Many of the websites of Nigerian state governments were absolutely useless for any form of information gathering. Some were either propaganda pages for the governor or were just too bad - graphics and all.
Some states did not even have any website! No online representation or presence at all!
Politics › Do You Know The Official Website Of Your State Government.?? by tk4rd(op): 5:33pm On May 28, 2015
It's Democracy Day.!!
Let's Play a sweet game and celebrate the Democracy Day..
....
(Rules)
You are to choose only one state, which is either your State of Origin or your State of Residence. You have the option to choose, but any state you choose becomes the state you represent.
.....
(Procedures)
*1. Drop the official website of your state (the state you chose to represent)..
2. Tell us the feature (or features) of the website that you like.
3. Tell us the feature (or features) of the website that you do not like.
4. Tell us the feature (or features) that you would wish to see on the website.
*5. Finally, and most importantly, grade the website on a scale of 1-to-10..
.....
(Notes)
1. Steps *1 and *5 in the "procedures" are very important.
2. When w say "Official Website", we are referring to the official website of the state government, and not some blog-sites or some clone-sites developed by individuals.
3. THE AIM OF THIS GAME IS TO KNOW THE STATE WITH THE MOST ORGANISED OFFICIAL WEBSITE, VIS-A-VIS, THE STATE WITH THE MOST COORDINATED ONLINE REPRESENTATION

Yes I have, then I was just 12, We stayed in a school's staff quarters then with bushes around so seeing snakes outside once in a while was no longer surprising until a fateful night I woke to to read by 2am , I was reading when I raised up my head and saw it (I still remember the sight shocked) It was a long black python and it was very big (not exaggerating) . Immediately I screamed and jumped untop my bed where my sis was still sleeping (she's a deep sleeper as I shout reach she nor wake up) , It was as if the snake was scared too when I screamed and was dancing around before it went behind a long in the room, it was then my parents woke up and opened the door , that was when my sis woke up and we both ran out of the room. The finding and killing was another long story sha because it took hours before they could find it (he started doubting me self) They had to bring everything out from the room then when they finally saw it , it ran into my parents room which was just opposite to mine. My dad had to call the mallam and my neighbours before they could kill it and it spat in the eyes of one of them. The mallam sold the snake. lol . We knew that it must have eaten all the rats in that house because for months before then we weren't hearing their sounds. Honestly it's God that protects his children.
Damn scary.. Thank God de snake didn't hurt ur sleeping sister..
See as I dey here dey visualise the scene

Politics › Re: Soldiers Take Over Capital Oil, Load Drums With Fuel by tk4rd: 8:40am On May 26, 2015
GOATandYAMtheory:
Officials of the Nigerian Army on Monday took over the Ojodu Berger outlet of Capital Oil, buying petroleum products in drums, after scaring away thousands of consumers.

The armed personnel came in the guise of maintaining peace and order, but they soon abandoned their primary responsibility for fuel racket. They shoved, maltreated and sent away those who were on queue to be attended to, thereby gaining access to have their drums loaded with fuel.

As of press time, the unregistered white Isuzu truck they use for the ‘deal’ had visited the filling station for the fourth time.

The fourth truck was being loaded as of 8:50pm.

The vehicle, on each visit, left with at least 14 drums and dozens of gallons filled with fuel.

The helpless consumers, some of who slept at the filling station, suspected the soldiers were feeding the growing Lagos black market with the product.

The military officials who were fully dressed had taken over the only two pumps that dispensed the Premium Motor Spirit.

Those who protested the act were beaten and given scares on their bodies.

Meanwhile, consumers, who had spent the entire Monday at the filling station without getting the product to buy, had described the announcement by Ifeanyi Uba as a publicity stunt.

By 9pm on Monday, not more than a hundred cars left the station with fuel.

Besides the military, officials of the Nigeria Police Force and black market dealers took over the show while thousands of motorists who had crowded the place since 5am were abandoned.

They would sell these drums to black-marketers

Really? You may be saying the truth. But it will surely hit Onitsha in a day or two. It has certainly hit awka. And it's not the price here but the availability.
Guy,, there are No Queues in Awka.. Fullstop..
The price ranges from N200 to N250.. But there No queues at-all...

ugojamali:
Boy if u don't understand the real situation of things then u won't. The entire nation has not had electricity for three days. Fuel is so scarce that you'd be lucky to find it. And most people can't afford to buy it at that cost. In a few days food prices will skyrocket. Telecoms may shut down.

Tell me again why you don't think that you're in trouble? Yes you!
And then, the Anti-Christ will come.... End-time is here.!!
