hmm Naawa o. this article just shows the simple truth about most humans. no matter what u do (Success or otherwise) u will most likely incure the wrath of certain pple. |

i guess the volatile nature of the North makes it an unpleasant place to want to build a career. U will be surprised that its the patient that will first carry cutlass to the doctors' residence once they start their fight. |
Jigawa ke. Germannig:ok there is one private one on hakimi road, Jigawa in the last administration had alot of indonesians in its work force. IT and teaching majorly |
This thread was almost losing its subject at a time I thought it has something to do with nwando or 4Him. like one of them was part of the 39 docs that applied. |
i dont know |
, But really I don't think the state goverment should be so proud of this. Anyway I don't blame the doctors for not showing interest knowing what comes with leaving in the north, except they'll guarantee their safety. the constant ethno-religious crisis without any body being held resposible is part of their fears, plus time will come when they'll need an industrial action to get their 'fantastic remuneration' maybe a 'Fantastic Strike'. |
when n igerians migrate to the rest of the world do they really get better treatment? Its a Q I will like answers |
I hope the nigerian doctors will also benefit from the “We have offered them fantastic remuneration, including good residential accommodation and car loans,” |
The Bauchi State Government has recruited 30 Egyptian doctors to bridge the doctor/patient ratio in the state. The state Commissioner for Health, Dr. Altine Bello, told the News Agency of Nigeria on Monday in Bauchi that all the Egyptian doctors could communicate fluently in English. “The cost implication to the state is moderate and beneficial to both parties. “We have offered them fantastic remuneration, including good residential accommodation and car loans,” she said. The commissioner, however, expressed concern at the reluctance by Nigerian doctors to take up appointment with the state government in spite of the offer made to them. She said, “We have advertised for 60 vacancies, but only 39 indigenous doctors applied. “Regrettably, not all the 39 candidates who applied for the vacancy responded for interviews,” Bello said. She expressed optimism that the Egyptian doctors would help to ameliorate the shortage of doctors in the state’s health service. Bello reiterated the commitment of government to revitalising the health sector, adding that adequate measures had been put in place to curtail the recent outbreak of measles. source http://www.punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art200803110233193 |

I am the youngest, but the first born, huh |
sorry we're six plus pop and mom. |
we are four> one girl and three boys, in that order, I am the youngest. |
well I had one, but we were nevr too close to call for any mal treatment, I dont even know where she is, since it was money she came to look for and now my dad is retired I guess she moved on, now my parent are back together at old age, but i missed growing up with my dad and mum under d same roof. I thank God for my parent, for my mum's patience and true love for our dad, i guess he can see that now and for my dad the wisdom to be fair to children. throughtout those period of separation he kept his obligation to both parties as in finance such that we never lacked. since i was the youngest of my mother's children i spent most of my childhood with her, but my older siblings had a taste of the step mum brohaha. the conclusion is that no matter what the effect tells in the children and we should try to protect our offspring from goin through such. but thank God for Christ. |
