Learning is more important that passing exams! Yes, If someone cheats by engaging in exam malpractice to pass his exams and he does pass, Would you prefer him to someone else, Who attempted the questions on his own, failed and learnt from his errors and did his corrections? We must encourage learning, honest learning. Not cheating is not equal to failing. You can stay away from cheating and still pass. TLF

Family Theme Bible Verses Galatians 6: 10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of the household of faith Ephesians 2: 19 So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 1 John 3: 11 For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, Mark 10: 6 But from the beginning of creation, 'God made them male and female.' 7 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, 8 and the two shall become one flesh.' So they are no longer two but one flesh. 9 What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder." #August #Family #JoinUs

ODB Message We Have a King! By Xochitl Dixon In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit. Judges 21:25 After attacking my husband with hurtful words when a situation didn’t go my way, I snubbed the Holy Spirit’s authority as He reminded me of Bible verses that revealed my sinful attitudes. Was nursing my stubborn pride worth the collateral damage in my marriage or being disobedient to God? Absolutely not. But by the time I asked for forgiveness from the Lord and my spouse, I’d left a wake of wounds behind me—the result of ignoring wise counsel and living as if I didn’t have to answer to anyone but myself. There was a time when the Israelites had a rebellious attitude. After the death of Moses, Joshua led the Israelites into the promised land. Under his leadership, the Israelite’s served the Lord (Judg. 2:7). But after Joshua and the generation that outlived him died, the Israelites forgot God and what He’d done (v. 10). They rejected godly leadership and embraced sin (vv. 11–15). Things improved when the Lord raised up judges (vv. 16–18), who served like kings. But when each judge died, the Israelites returned to defying God. Living as if they didn’t have anyone to answer to but themselves, they suffered devastating consequences (vv. 19–22). But that doesn’t have to be our reality. We can submit to the sovereign authority of the eternal Ruler we were made to follow—Jesus—because He is our living Judge and King of Kings. PRAY- Jesus, please help us remember You are our living King of Kings and Lord of Lords, almighty and worthy of our loving obedience and trust. God gives us the power and the privilege to enjoy the rewards of doing things His way. #August #Family #JoinUs

19th August If Google could honour Dr Ameyo Adadevoh with a Google Doodle (a special, temporary alteration of the logo on Google's home pages) on her birthday, we should ask why many Nigerian Organisations and On-line platforms have not also celebrated this wonderful heroin of ours? Dr Stella Ameyo Adadevoh was born on October 27th, 1956. “She is credited to have curbed a wider spread of the Ebola virus in Nigeria by placing the patient zero, Patrick Sawyer, in quarantine despite pressures from the Liberian government. She is known for preventing the Nigerian index case from leaving the hospital at the time of diagnosis, thereby playing a key role in curbing the spread of the virus in Nigeria.” On August 4th 2014 it was confirmed that she had tested positive for the virus and she passed away on August 19th 2014. We in our own way celebrate and remember Dr Stella Adadevoh. NOTE: God willing we would be having a viewing of the TED Talk presented by her son Bankole Cardoso titled “Patriotism and development” organised by TEDxJabi at our TLF Centre. Kindly send us a message on tinalovefoundation@gmail.com for reservations, inquiries and sponsorship. Thank you.

FarmTech:We support you, your position and kick wholeheartedly against the immorality and evil that this show promotes. It adds nothing to singing like Reality Music shows do It adds nothing to physical fitness like Ultimate show does It adds nothing to intellect and knowledge as Mathematics and other Game shows do It does not build our culture, entrepreneurship skills, home, entertainment value, finances, and all But acts as an addiction, time waster, money drainer and moral killer. It does not reflect any religious faith, cultural practice or borrowed culture. Can we see this among the Japanese, Arabs, British Royals or American elites Why are we descending to our barest animal instinct? When Nebuchadnezzar realised he was living as an animal and came to his senses like the prodigal son, they returned to God. Let's return to God. It's never too late. Jesus is the way, the truth and the light Let's not support, encourage, watch or push the agenda of Big Brother If only you trace the lives of past participants and ask and wonder Was it worth it? If only you can trace the money and time you spend during its duration You would wonder and ask Was it worth it? I urge nobody to be a part of Big Brother Those who watched the first ever BBN will bear witness ... the ultimate law is love @Tlovefoundation |
We sincerely appreciate the many hands that are getting involved in charity and social development. Government alone can't do it all, neither can churches. But with the combined efforts of everyone, we can achieve our aim and objectives of making the society better by improving lives and encouraging positive development. We commend Mariam Ashley Yusuf Foundation and pray that God blesses her intentions and actions that they may be in sync with His will and purpose, In Jesus name, amen. We invite all who can make it to join as NAPTIP marks the International Day against Trafficking in Persons on the 30th day of July 2019 With activities such as quiz, road walk, and others www.tinalovefoundation..com |
NOL2dworld:We heartily commend what you are doing on this platform. Kindly continue and be rest assured of our support and prayers. Many are called but few are chosen. Jesus asked a question, He said, "when I return will I find faith?" With the increase in spiritual laxity, indifference, violence, racism, bigotry, worship of church leaders and denominations, pyrography, nudity, immorality and a myriad of other vices, evil and sin, it is very welcome to see a light shinning on the Forum. May God give you more. May our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ find faith when He returns, amen. TLF @Tlovefoundation |
World Heath Day It's #WorldHealthDay! In some cultures it’s traditional to make a wish on your birthday. Today, on our birthday, @WHO’s wish is for universal health coverage for everyone, everywhere. #HealthForAll April 7 of each year marks the celebration of World Health Day. From its inception at the First Health Assembly in 1948 and since taking effect in 1950, the celebration has aimed to create awareness of a specific health theme to highlight a priority area of concern for the World Health Organization. Over the past 50 years this has brought to light important health issues such as mental health, maternal and child care, and climate change. The celebration is marked by activities which extend beyond the day itself and serves as an opportunity to focus worldwide attention on these important aspects of global health Over the years the WHO has adopted various themes to mark the day. These themes have been- 2007: International health security 2008: Protecting health from the adverse effects of climate change 2009: Save lives, Make hospitals safe in emergencies 2010: Urbanization and health: make cities healthier 2011: Antimicrobial resistance: no action today, no cure tomorrow 2012: Good health adds life to years 2013: Healthy heart beat, Healthy blood pressure 2014: Vector-borne diseases: small bite, big threat 2015: Food safety 2016: Halt the rise: beat diabetes 2017: Depression: Let's talk 2018: Universal Health Coverage: everyone, everywhere 2019: Universal Health Coverage: everyone, everywhere Today being another day to celebrate Health, the Universal health coverage is WHO’s number one goal. Key to achieving it is ensuring that everyone can obtain the care they need, when they need it, right in the heart of the community. I was privileged to go to the UNIBEN Health Centre April 2nd 2019 to take vaccination against tetanus and I was grateful because I didn't have to go far from my community to receive the free vaccination even though I am neither a staff nor student of the University. But it was coincidentally in this University I based my Undergraduate Final Year Project on Medical Negligence. A lot still has to be done with regards health care, workers and access. But millions of people still have no access at all to health care. Millions more are forced to choose between health care and other daily expenses such as food, clothing and even a home. This is why WHO is focusing on universal health coverage for this year’s World Health Day, on 7 April. I am pleased as a member of TLF to be concerned, involved, act and be vocal on issues relating to health as our theme for the entire month of April in TLF. *We acknowledge that most of the information shared above are referenced from the WHO website.* For more information on how you can be part of our activities and advocacy through charity and social development kindly send a message through- 08098598075 WhatsApp tinalovefoundation@gmail.com Email @Tlovefoundation Twitter Or visit us at our temporary Office/Centre TLF
