naijainform:That would still not resurrect Russia's economy. |
vicfajeze:Despite the forces they have thrown in, things aren't going to plan. And their economy is currently in the gutter, companies are blacklisting them. Soon they would know how it feels to have the world turn it's back them. |
Baddestguyp:Is it really that good? And please could you tell me the synopsis? |
Russia has bitten more than it can chew! |
Nukilia:If you had any reasonable counter argument, you could have made it known. But instead you decided to show how your empty head is. |
Why the hell would you think anyone pays for torrent? It's called pirating for a reason. |
Logistics!!! Not the nonsense Russia has been doing. |
JonOfAustrlia:It is possible, after all South Korea did it, why can't we? But as a realist, I'm not so optimistic. My people are largely uneducated and for many who aren't, they are bias to a blinding fault. So seeing the big picture isn't part of their skill set. |
For nigeria to be great, it would take a lot of brain power and willingness from both the leaders and citizens. Security, education and a healthy economy are key. |
Where as the US is guilty of double standards, neither Russia nor China are anywhere eligible for that role. They are both flagrant violators of basic Human Rights. Both Russia and China run prison camps, and are not fit to be world police. |
thesicilian:Common sense isn't common.... So Russia invades a sorveign nation unprovoked, kills innocent civilians and they are not the bad guys? Dumbasses that have swallowed Russian propaganda hook, line and sinker. |
HBB1:It makes a huge difference! As long as you haven't taken control of the capital city, as long as you haven't toppled the government, the country still stands. Urban fighting is a world of its own, because you have to meander through a maze of unfamiliar territory at the risk of getting ambushed by guerrilla forces. Russia has been sending volleys of missiles, and still the city stands. Another option would be to nuke it, which would automatically lead to a 3rd World War. Kiev can't hold out indefinitely, but the Russian forces can't either, adding the fact that the morale of the Russian soldiers are at the lowest with many refusing to fight. Russia is sending a wave of reinforcement, the rest of Europe are also sending Ukraine a sizable amount of support. At the end of the day Russia might capture Ukraine, but their Armed Forces would be dealt a devastating blow. |
HBB1:Outside the city, why haven't they taken the city yet? |
HBB1:They are outside kiev, not inside it! Those are two different things entirely. The long convoy of reinforcement rolling into the country, are moving from the countryside, where there wouldn't be any opposition to their movements. And if you are a country as big as Russia, the second most powerful army in the world, they should have taken a city by now, and not getting their equipment destroyed left, right and centre. |
Biafran4life:"USA puppet" yet, they have more freedom and basic Human Rights than most countries, Russia included? Why do you think the citizens are willing to die for their country meanwhile thousands of Russian people are being arrested for protesting? Biafran4life is your monicker, yet you are supporting the invasion of a sorveign nation? Ironic. |
SarkinYarki:You are calling me low IQ? LOL!!! You are the retard that said he wants a regime change in a country that 1. Whose citizens are happy with their current administration. 2. Whose country is better than yours by a country mile. 3. Doesn't not concern you in any way. You are a hopelessly stupid individual, and the only thing you are good for, is being food for worms. Unintelligent simpleton. |
SarkinYarki:Regime change, in a country with a more stable democracy and economy than yours? Omo senseless is a disease. |
Skooltynz:Where's your own News source na?! Like I said, emotions don't win wars and you are too emotional to accept the fact that Russia is losing. |
Skooltynz:While emotions don't win wars, the Russian invasion has been a total disaster! They have not yet captured a city after 5 days of fighting, Russia had the absolute upper hand in air power, but their planes are being shot out off the sky. Their soldiers have ran out of food, tanks and equipment have run out of fuel, their soldiers are fucking low on morale and don't want to fight, and even their best of the best have been almost completely obliterated, 200-300 paratroopers have been shot down from the sky. And Russia still hasn't gotten to the hard part! Combine that with the fact that the EU is sending mor weapons to Ukraine to match Russian firepower, and let's not forget that ther Russian economy is currently in the shitter, so financing this war is going to be one hell of a task! The three things needed to win a war. 1. Firepower (manpower, weapons and tactics) 2. Logistics ( moving around your assets and supplies easily) 3. Economy (to fund the war) And Russia only has one out of the three. So yes emotion doesn't win wars, and that's what many Putin ass kissers here on nairaland don't understand. |
GRIMMJOE:But he's right, these characters aree multiversal beings, but anime characters are normally universal in nature. |
heniford2:You are the one who's intelligence needs to be questioned! Your leaders will treat you like shit, years later you'll start hailing them as saints... Is that not stupidity?? Worshipping past dictators as gods, your head must be messed up. |
People like you sicken me!! Sometimes I wish people like you would die so that at least we can free up space in the country!! Gaddafi came to Nigeria, insulted us, said that our country would be destroyed in 5 years, sponsored Boko Haram, and after all the atrocities committed against us, he's suddenly a saint?? People like you don't deserve life!! Gaddafi, lumumba, Mugabe were all overthrown by their people. Paul biya is still there because Cameroonians are cowards. |
Alexgeneration:Go to sleep child, this is a discussion between adults and I'm afraid you don't qualify as one. |
HitSong:For you to have typed this nonsense you did, means you have 0 idea of what's going on... You only based your conclusions on "dem say dem say", and you just look stupid right now. |
jmoore:Thank you! Those two morons have no idea how war works. |
kingslj:Aghh!!! Clearly you don't know shit about what is happening! First, I'd like for you to read up or research on the cold war, then the history of Africa, South America, China and korea. Let me summarise it for you. The cold war was essentially a series of proxy wars between the US and USSR. Both sides trying to spread their political ideology to countries around the world and since tgey couldn't engage in direct conflict with each other because of both fearing a nuclear war, they instead started supporting and sponsoring factions to power in warring countries. E.g. in country XYZ, america would want democracy and capitalism to rule, so they will back and sponsor faction A, but the USSR wants communism to rule in that country so they will sponsor faction B. A and B will now start fighting each other for power, hence the proxy wars. Now let me break it down for you so you'd understand the entire Ukraine and Russia situation. After the fall of the Soviet Union, Ukraine gained it's independence as a country. The US saw that as an opportunity to gain a new ally, so they gave Ukraine a taste of democracy, and basically helped them become a booming economy. Ukraine and it's citizens had been suffering under the brutal dictators of the Soviet Union and finally had a sense of freedom and never want to go back to how things were. Russia did not like this, and began to antagonize Ukraine. So Ukraine wants to join NATO, so that Russia would stop disturbing them. Mind you, Ukraine had never for once antagonized Russia, they had been minding their business. Russia knows Ukraine can't join NATO, because the several rules for joining NATO prevents them from doing so. So why attack them. Putin is just jealous that Ukraine is doing fine without them and wants Ukraine back by force. Because if it's the nonsense of " not wanting NATO at their doorstep", then Putin would have attacked Latvia, Estonia end US... Because these are all NATO member states that already surround Russia, so why attack Ukraine that is only begging to join NATO but can't due to several reasons. Also I don't know if you've noticed but UKRAINE IS A SORVEIGN NATION AND CAN DO WHAT THE Bleep IT WANTS!! Imagine Cameroon will wake up one day and demand that Nigeria should pull out of ECOWAS because they don't like it, what will be your response. |
kingslj:Dumbass, I know what proxy war is and how it was fought all over the world between the US and USSR. that was essentially the story of the cold war. So tell me, what concerns proxy war with anything I said in my previous post? |
Nnamdi Kanu didn't say anything.... Stop your obsession with the guy!!! |
kingslj:Who's using who as a proxy here... You tried to sound smart, but just ended up disgracing yourself. |
