All you need to do is to man-up and challenge his optimism.

Although he's doing that to lay you on the right path but he didn't realize that overdoing it can revoke the initial positivity in it. Just walk up to him and pour your heart out... There's high tendency of him changing.

Garri can not affect the eye. People say this because an unprocessed cassava tuber has a toxic substance called the CYANIDE.

This substance affects the optic nerve when consumed without it going through adequate heat during processing.

Back to the reason for the widespread of the lies... A set of sojourners were in the woods and they found a cassava farm that was ready for harvest, they harvested enough to continue their journey and they depended on it.
After getting to their destination, some of the lost their sight completely while others had few issues with their sight. It was traced to the cassava they ate and since then cassava became the the cause of bad sight when taken.

That's the story I was told but scientifically, well processed casava cant affect the eyesight. but just in case you're scared, add palm oil to it, it takes off all traces of cyanide BUT I LIKE MY GARRI WHITE

I hate it when anyone generalizes about tithing.

To me tithing is an individual thing. I started experiencing the blessings of malachi 3:11 when I started paying my tithes__ note: I wasnt wretched when I never started paying my tithe but i experienced more blessings when i started paying . I tried something for three consecutive months; i decided not to pay my tithe and i realized that i spent my salary on things that are inevitable but useless (e.g paying for fiancee' hospital bill). I didnt get the free things i'm used to getting.

I changed back to paying my tithe and things moved for the better.

If you think paying tithe pays you... Keep paying and if you think it has no effect on you, pls don't let anyone force you to pay.

Being a young business man in today's Nigeria can be so challenging , especially with the way our electricity supply ha been reduced to ground zero leaving me with no other choice than to run my generator 24/7 to keep my business running.

Every month I spend over 42k (fourty two thousand naira) to fuel my generator and this kind of make working from home a little bit challenging.

But anyways , it is too late to fail Amen.
