Just check my cic account on a laptop now and reason for delayed are:

Your travel history
Length of proposed stay in canada
Purpose of visit
Your current employment situation
Your personal asset and financial status


Document submitted are:
Cic forms.
Financial document (sponsorship letter, sponsor employment letter, sponsor statement of acct,sponsor int'l passport data page, sponsor bank reference letter)
Acceptance letter
International passport data page + my British visa page
Digital passport
My upfront medical form

Please your advise is needed as I intend reapplying very soon

Please what school did you apply to? And what mode ug, pdg or masters. What's the duration?

degreat11: to be honest u knew that application takes at least 2 months to process and u took the gamble/risk so just chill September resumption might be out of the pictures

A couple of people took risks applying late using the online route just Cuz some people got their Trv under a month using it too, forgetting that these CIC people aren't predictable.

You are not new on this thread, I remember you well and I think you ought to have an idea how its done after all these months of following this great thread. I don't think anyone will explain steps to you , all you need to do is study www.cic.gc.ca , and read bits of the previous parts then when you have an idea you can come back to ask questions then people will be able to answer you

Few people have been able to get admission for masters with HND it all depends on how your package your application to the school.

Till now so,I havnt gotten any mail from cic oooO and I see peeps here who applied same period and have gotten @ least med call ups. I check both inbox and spam steadily ooooO. Do I mail them to complain or wat? Which of the emails do I bombard? Swift replies pls.

Jaydenehis: Thanks a lot for your response,the problem is that the school stated clearly that the $1500CAD is non-refundable that's why my hubby is thinking of us trying with it using a good sop then follow it up from there but I don't know if one denial reduces ones chances afterwards. Seriously in deep thoughts right now

Did you take your MSC in Nigeria?,or outside Nigeria? If it was in Nigeria you can exclude it from your app, and go for the pdg u already deposited for, but if it were outside the country the student visa will be on your passport and you would need to write a very convincing sop as to why you want to go for a pdg when you already have an MSC. Please don't panic or be confused just take your time and read excerpts of previous parts of the thread to know the best decision to make

My application has not yet been treated and my school mandated i be around for orientation program, this wednesday, while classes starts on monday.My advisor said if i don't make orientation and start of class,i will be removed from my registered courses.Anyway, my question now is if i have been removed from my courses and they ask me to go for medicals and thereafter submit my passport for the visa, how do i handle this especially at POE?

Please o he shouldn't paste it here . He's not even done with it, what if someone steals his idea or the entire writeup?. Plagiarism is a big offense in canada . I've read on here about someone not getting admission into a school Cuz th school felt the sop was plagiarized. Click his moniker, his profile will come up you'll see send email to so so and so.

Once you get your admission letter, the tuition deposit you'll be required to pay so as to hold your seat will be stated. It is mostly 6k upwards.

I just received an admission notification from Medicine Hat College into Diploma of Business Administration. They are requesting me to pay a $100 confirmation deposit.

My question now is; how credible is Medicine Hat College at Canadian Embassy? Can I use it to apply for TRV? Has any1 gotten his/her TRV approved with Medicine Hat College

The school is one of the designated schools by CIC, so it is a credible institution. Right now it is not about if anyone has gotten their trv using MHC but if you yourself chose the right course, if its related to your first degree, if you have prior experience in the course, why you chose the course etc... Those are few of the things you have to tackle to know if you're on the right path or not.

Doesn't really matter which you use actually as long as its genuine.
