In as much as the victim realizes what he has been made to do, dissociates him/herself from it, seek Allah's forgiveness and follows such acts with good deeds, Allah will replace his errors/mistakes with positive rewards.
This is because of His words in Suratul Furqan verse 70: "Except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." This also applies to someone that commits a sin due to ignorance or negligence.
However, if that victim dies while still under the spell without ever realizing, then his accountability will be till such a time that he/she was fully conscious. This is because of an hadith from Ibn Abbas where the Prophet was reported to have said: "Truly Allah has for my sake, pardoned the mistakes and forgetfulness of my community, and for what they have done under force or duress."
Allah knows best |

The clause of not working in a similar field is against the Nigerian labor law and the constitution; hence it cannot hold in a court of law. That is even if the clause was included in your contract |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Is This Not A Form Of Slavery? by Toay(m): 6:54am On Jul 03, 2022 |
Conditions like that are against the labour law and cannot stand. My take (as once advised by a lawyer) is: Take up the job and move whenever/wherever you want. The employer can't enforce the clause. |

Kano, kaduna, katsina, kebbi, Yobe, Adamawa, Borno, Jigawa, Gombe, Niger, Taraba, zamfara,
He would score 75% in Abuja, Osun, Ondo, Oyo, Pleateau, Ekiti, Sokoto, Benue,
He would score 98% in Rivers, Lagos, Imo, Abia, Anambra, Edo, Delta, Enugu, CrossRiver, Ebonyi, nassarawa, kwara, jigawa, Bauchi.

Please don't blame your wife for your condition. She may even be the only reason why the fire did not consume you in the first instance. Life is never a straight line. Learn to face challenges when they come and pray to God to protect her, your child and yourself.

Family › Re: Help, My Husband Is Causing Me Pain by Toay(m): 8:40am On Dec 18, 2019 |
Forward77: Take my advise.
Men are big babies and you know babies are possessive and stubborn.
You have to understand that he’s your husband and not just anyone else.
He said clearly that women who work are not submissive. He’s right about that.
Don’t argue with him. Show him that you are not going to be rebellious.
Don’t nag at him Learn to negotiate with your husband. Treat him you will treat yourself, because you won’t nag at yourself, but you’ll rather negotiate.
Don’t destroy your marriage now It’s obvious that he’s no more comfortable being around you; you have to make him feel comfortable. To have him with you because if you start to loose him, small girls with big gODS with snap him up.
Marriage is not always easy There’re no perfect marriages, so learn to compromise and always apply negotiation to avoid having a destroyed home.
From my understanding, there’s something you’re doing that is making him take such a decision and others things he does.
We know you’re a graduate and want to work and all that, but lower your standards and remember that you’re married.
The secret weapon is NEGOTIATION
I wish you good luck This is, perhaps, the best advice you can get |

majamajic: ambode contractors are very slow, one of the major reasons he lost the second term, four years in office most of his contracts are half way.
kudos to him though but he for finish most of these contracts in 2 yrs,
like the oshodi bridge, he was busy doing the beatification, instead of doing the main road then beautification, but he was relaxed thinking the 8 yrs was in the bag already, secondly he toyed with investments of his boss, that's the main reason he didn't go for second term. Education › Re: Just Saw My Cgpa, What Are My Chances. by Toay(m): 11:59am On Mar 13, 2019 |
ClintonNzedimma: Is it that Nigerians don't understand common statistics or what, we just like to encourage mediocrity? The reason you don't see first class graduates at the top echelon of life is because in the bigger scale of things they are the minority. At most 6-9% of Nigerian graduates yearly are first class, 20% are 2.1, The rest are 2.2 and 3rd class. That is to say you are more likely to see a successful 2.2 graduate than a first class because at the top echelon, the first class graduates are still the minority. Do not listen to anyone here telling you bullcrap. Aim higher and succeed. When you graduate you can use 12-16 months to build a sound portfolio before you start working. If you want to be the best ,be the best. I have told you. PS: I am not a first class graduate but a spade is a spade While I agree with your submission, I think you forgot to encourage the guy on the need to development himself professionally and excert too much energy wanting to graduate top of his class when his first class is almost certain. |
Education › Re: Just Saw My Cgpa, What Are My Chances. by Toay(m): 11:53am On Mar 13, 2019 |
Cool down dude. You need not graduate top of your class. Now that your first class is already in your 'pocket', concentrate more on things that add value to you eg learn industry softwares (I heard Accountants use Peachtree or so), start ICAN, learn some skills, participate in various internship programmes etc.
These are things that help you in the real world; not grdauating top of your class |
