Yesterday, Chief Olu Falae, the National Chairman of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, requested of Nigerians all over to come together and join hand to remove President Muhammadu Buhari from power by not re-electing him in the February elections.
Falae said this when wife of the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaja Titi Abubakar Atiku visited the leaders of the pan-Yoruba socio-political group Afenifere.
He said: “All hands must be on deck by to ensure that President Muhammadu Buhari does not come back for the second term.

“We have to find ways to do it, this government must not come back, for the sake of all of us, even for the sake of the man (Buhari) himself.

“He does not have the clue of what is going on again, I don’t think he is well, he should just go home and rest. Some characters are hiding behind him to do evil.

“I wish him (Abubakar) well, we are on the same page, we are aiming the same result, no one wants this government to come back because the government has failed.

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, made another gaffe during the presidential campaign rally when he referred to “South-Eastern States” as “East Central State”.

Buhari made the blunder while highlighting to the mammoth crowd which gathered at Holy Trinity field in Onitsha, the achievement of his administration in the areas of economy, security and the fight against corruption.
He said “I am happy to have commissioned the Zik’s Mausoleum, I am just coming from there now. The road from Enugu to here (Onitsha), which was last done during the Abacha time, is being done again.
“We are also working on the Port Harcourt road to this place too, and I believe the minister of Transport (Rotimi Amaechi) has also told you of the railway project, which will also pass from Port Harcourt to Maiduguri, through some of your states in the east-central state.”
The development is coming a week after the President, during the presidential campaign rally in Warri, Delta state, addressed Great Ogboru, the state governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as “presidential candidate,” then “senatorial candidate,” then “governortorial candidate”.

Elections is less than a month and desperate politicians are seeking our votes after realising our enormous strength in the recently released voter population.
Last year at an international forum,our own president termed us 'LAZY',a statement which did not go down well with us.how can a president make such unguarded statement in the presence of world leaders concerning his own people.that has made many overseas nation to tighten their borders and have negative perceptions about blacks mostly Nigerians.
Russia has the highest incidence of cybercrime but their President can never throw jabs at his own people just to please others.
A saying goes that when your wife has issues outside,you have to support her outside and then correct her inside so as to preserve her respect.
PMB now needs the support of the same youths he termed 'LAZY' but we are not quick to forget those humiliations...Its payback time!

JUST A FEW FACTS

Do you know that if you remove 198, 248 votes that Buhari got in SE and add to Jonathan’s 2,464,906.00 votes, that Buhari still won the election 2,175,263 votes? Also, if you take the entire SS votes (418,590) to Buhari and give to Jonathan in addition to the entire SE votes to going to Jonathan, Buhari still won the election by 1,338,083 votes. What this means is that with the entire SS and SE voting Jonathan, Buhari would have still won the election by over 1.3m votes.

Okay, you think Jonathan got no votes in the North? You are wrong. In NC he got 1,715,818 votes, in NW he got 1,339,709 votes and in NE he got 796,588 votes. So he got a total of 3,852,115 in the North and if those entire votes are given to PMB, he would have won the election with over 10m votes (19,277,036 vs. 9,001,047).

Okay, you think the voting pattern would change this time as two Hausa-Fulani and Muslim brothers are running? I think so too. But the first point is that you that is NOT a Northerner should know that your vote is insignificant. The North and to some extent the SW will determine who will always be the President as far as politics remains a game of number. Okay, to that your thinking that the voting trend would change. Yes, Buhari WILL NEVER, I repeat WILL NEVER get only 7% of the votes cast in SE again. NEVER! They can’t write results again. I am confident of 35% at least. And in SS, I am confident of 35% at least. 55% at least in SW. And in the North, Jonathan got 24% of the votes in 2015, I am confident that Atiku cannot get more than 35% of the votes cast in Northern Nigeria. And in absolute figures, Buhari would win by over 3m.

Anyway, the main issue here is that our votes in SE and SS can’t change anything if PMB gets 70% or more votes in the North and 55% or more votes in SW.
Please stop making noise if you don’t have electoral value.
