LTGEN: STFU You have been carrying on" your holier than thou crusade" because no one answered you till now . The police in the US yesterday shot a man in the back several times , he wasn't a criminal he was breaking up a domestic dispute , is Nigeria the only country in the world that has rogue security personnel ? you act like Nigeria should fight the bh with sticks and stones .I am sick and tired of your ilk Like as if a 155 mm ARTY SHELL bought in Russia is some how inferior to one made in the US .Nigeria bought 12 planes from the US and MOFOS like you wont allow us to rest. with your Human right mantra . WTF is shocking about 12 A29? is it the only plane in the world ? Since then the US has sold 3 drones to Nigeria NIGERIA is getting 3 JF 17 which is a 3.5 GEN Multi role fighter and will be here in 8 weeks. kilo de gan? I beg this is not 2009 with your crappy sanctions . The US supplies the Syrian freedom fighters , dances with some pretty awful shady characters in the Mid east that you shouldn't visit their embassies and we won't hear word about sanctions that won't happen . Corrections; russia uses 152mm ammo Jf 17 is 4 generation And yes things like this can make us not get the super tucano and we can't get that capability anywhere other than the west You are right about any other thing |

BlackBaron: Probably only the second time I have seen a video of Nigerian howitzers firing, first being on that Vice documentary.
It'll be interesting to see those new SH5 self propelled artillery moving into position and laying down fire while an aircraft provides overwatch. I would favor artillery over airstrikes every time, but the time in between the number of rounds was too much....were they giving them time to run away? That first strike out to have had the highest volume of fire, to have the most effect and surprise, ...to me this strike wasn't very effective. |

Mugiwaraluffy: 7 days is too much bro. Just 48hrs rotation so that the teams will always be alert and won't get tired on the mission. This could bring drastic changes within a short period of time You can't do anything in 48hrs, as this mission would most likely entail killing, bht planting IEDs,observing and learning the routine, to know what's not routine( sign of trouble). |

Odunayaw: 25km recon is not an Olympic sport na. Besides, they'd deploy and RTB without assets like Helos or vehicle to avoid detection. 7 days is ideal if you know the kind of missions I speak of.
I understand your point tho but you may likely find jack in 48hrs, in fact, changing teams could be detrimental in that Intel flow on patterns and the likes will be "stop-start" Missions like this would entail sniper teams, as many as 20 to 30 different hides, over a long distance as many as 10 teams, specialized ghille suits and surveillance equipments, not the rubbish suits they snap with..., a dedicated quick reaction force....and each mission would last weeks, as many as 3 weeks and lots of radio silence, only call ins, at pre calculated times.....and lot lot lot lot lot of specialized and expensive training that teaches the men to blend into their surrounding. |
