Fabprincely:Sorry about your refusal... Gather your strength, don't give up and reapply... It's good you've ordered your GCSM note, wait for it to land first before you fire back. In the meantime, you can provide details on your school and work/business experiences and also documents submitted and explain the financial part of your application for many with experience to give their suggestions. This will help you to know what documents you may likely prepare for re-application before your gcms note drop. 2 Likes |

lolobukkie:If Mpower is the priority in your search, they are not many, so I'll advise you start from there. Write out the schools on Mpower list for Canada, and check one after the other (I think it's around 21 or so). They are all universities, just a single college in Ontario. You should be able to get 2 - 3 schools offering your desired program. |

ShowYoung: ShowYoung I don't have anything against you... This sanity or whatever you're talking about, it doesn't concern me. My response to you was only based on you attacking CentennialGuy, while he was actually saying the very fact we all know. You even knew quite well that you twisted his comment as if he was encouraging fraudulent acts in visa application. You suggested to the person that asked the initial question, saying Canada is easier for family compare to UK. And that's what my comment to you was based on. I don't have anything against you... Las las, everybody go do what pleases them. Peace! |

ShowYoung: Centennialguy gave some very valid points about UK process... You turn it upside-down on his head because you don't have valid points. His statement does not in anyway encourage any fraudulent thing. Even if UK VO sees that all the money you need (let say ₦20m) came in at once (lump sum), they don't care, so far it's in the account for 28 - 31 days... That's why majority of UK applicants borrow money. Now you've really shown that you have little or no knowledge about the 2 countries compared. That's why some suggestions you give people here at times are somehow. 17 Likes |

OneLocalMan: I will just advise you to quit now... The content of that mail does not specifically refer to PGWP, rather, it's an internship and/or CO-OP, which may be part of requirements for your program. When it comes to PGWP, it is only the government/IRCC that have the final say. In as much as you've seen NO on IRCC website, I'll advise not to push your luck. Gracias 5 Likes |

msttolusola: What is your last 2 years' GPA? (i.e 300 and 400 level GPA) if it is up to 3.5 (70%), you have a chance. If it's a thesis based, securing a supervisor and writing a strong statement of purpose for grad school will get you in! 1 Like |

Cannymission:NO is the answer. You need nothing less than 11m Tuition - $18,000 Living expenses - $10,000 Miscellaneous - $3000 above Total - $21,000 x 335 (official rate for cad) ₦10,385,000 Don't forget that showing the exact amount needed as a self sponsor will likely not even fly. 2 Likes 1 Share |

adeeeeeeeee: The truth is, it's very difficult to get admission for master's program with 2.2 in Canada, but not impossible. Some factors may be crucial in deciding her graduate application. 1. Her GPA in the last 2 years of bachelor’s degree 2. If she can secure a supervisor before applying. 3. How many years of work experience in the field. 4. Her Statement of Purpose to Grad School in her application. If these things her well placed, she could get an offer. If not, she can apply to a college for Post-Graduate Certificate or Post-Graduate Diploma related to Law. All the best to her! 1 Like |

jogojogo:Sincerely, no specific answer to this question. For some, It can be within few hours, days, weeks, months or even a year. Yesterday, someone said he noticed his eligibility has commenced when he logged-in in the morning and got PPR around 4pm same day... I've also seen someone whose eligibility has started since October 2021 and no final decision yet. So, no specific answer to that question. |

geotherm: Sorry about your sister's refusal, it's just temporary. She should refire after addressing the VO concerns 1. The amount shown was not reasonable enough. With half tuition at $10k, the remaining half will be in range of that ₦3.5m (which is $10k). That means no money for living expenses... So, let her show about ₦7m above. 2. The 3 brothers and a sister, are they citizens, PR or on temporary residence status? For temporary status, it will be easy to address. But if they are PR or citizens, she'll need to spend more time explaining and developing more home ties that outweigh their permanent status! 2 Likes |

dangervu:Sincerely, you still didn't mention what exactly you need help with. If you're confused about the tuition, send a mail to your department. But I know that the total tuition for 2 years Conestoga college program is not $17,847, it's for the first year only. And any increment for the next academic year is usually within 2% to 4% maximum. For the first semester, if you paid $9,317, then second semester will be $8,530. 1 Like |

Good morning all, for those who are planning ahead for Fall 2023, you may want to put schools in Quebec in your plan... Here is why: Quèbec government to reduce international tuition fees from CAD20k to 3k/yr (domestic rate) starting Sept 2023 Eligible fields: IT Engineering Health & social services Education(early childhood edu) Gonna be a game changer for int’l students. This is a developing story, but I'm sure they are not like Naija government, they always do what they say.... 5 Likes |
