Stress, depression and lack of sleep, poor nutrition etc causes brain fog, not masturbation. Do your research well.

I had similar experience. My advice for you;
1) get adequate sleep
2) lower intake of carbohydrates and other sugary foods and eat more of proteins like beans or eggs
3) Always exercise
4) Practice fasting or intermittent fasting; Fasting is a brainbooster. Just try 6am -12noon fasting or more.
5) Read books
6) Drink green tea with hot water either in the morning when fasting or before bedtime.


When you do all this for like a Week you will see big results. Sometime depression causes "brain fog".
