Education / Re: Graduates In The House Please Give Your Opinion by Tohsynetita1: 10:24am
Good day everyone, please i want everyone point of view on this.
Due to the situation of things in this country and having less or no hope. Whats your take on furthering one's education into achieving a bsc or learning a skill that has high chance of giving one a good and comfortable life. Please to the graduates what has been your experience so far? What can you advice?

what I think is get a means of making money legitimately, after that, you can then school, but if you have money, you can leave Nigeria and School somewhere else where what you will study would be appreciated. See, a lot of Masters holder doesn't have a good job that beffit their qualifications.

Family / Re: I'm Getting Married But I'm Not Happy by Tohsynetita1: 10:25am On Oct 25
I will be getting married in 3 weeks time but I'm not happy
I'm getting married to a man who has beaten me two different times. I'm getting married to a man who is heartless and doesn't know how to love and treat a woman right. I'm getting married to a man who does not have a mind of his own.

I'm getting married but I'm already thinking of divorce.

I'm overwhelmed! I'm physically strong but I'm weak.
Just don't want to wake up from my sleep so I won't have to continue with this marriage plans as I can't stand the shame of calling off the marriage at this time.

just announce that it has been postponed to further notice, simple

Family / Re: What Is It Like To Grow Old And Never Be Married? by Tohsynetita1: 4:05pm On Oct 24
I hate it. I’m 41, never married, no kids.

I’ve been close…twice. But ended both relationships when they were caught cheating.

I’ve dated several men since then, most older than me, and they seemed to be in no hurry to even be in a committed relationship. Which is crazy to me that these men are mid-40s and still trying to hangout with the guys and party. I met a whole guy group of friends in Houston 2 years ago…all single, all 36–45 years old. They were throwing house parties during the quarantine…parties!!

When I was in grade school, I was told to get a degree, don’t get pregnant, just enjoy being single, make friends, keep dating, and the right man will find you.

Now that I have two degrees, traveled the world, developed hobbies, and avoided pregnancy…my doctors are telling me to just be a single mom because I’m running out of eggs as I type this message.

I beat teenage pregnancy to be considering single motherhood at 41.

Damn you, parents, counselors, pastors, and everyone who gave me that advice. I can’t get that time (or my eggs) back. I hate being single at this age!!

Buy eggs.

look for a problem in your area, then solve it, if you have the interest in the solution. That's the best way to do Entrepreneurship. Don't just learn because it's common, you might not have interest in it.

Career / Re: Response I Got After Sending Happy Teachers Day by Tohsynetita1: 12:09pm On Oct 09
parent gives not parents gives, parent is a singular noun. like pair of shoes, A pair is several entities
Many aspects of English were not taught in Secondary School, if you know how simple diction and phonics are, you will marvel. It's only those who attended Montessori or British Schools that could notice, what Nigeria Education system does for English Language is, open your textbook, read comprehension page bla bla, answer it and submit. That was what I did in my school for almost 10 years of English Language. I knew difference between ordinary it's and its when I wanted to write Jamb. In short, English Language syllabus needs to be reviewed. Ordinary comma can change English language sentence meaning.
