Love something that's hard and not common.
Don't really get choice when buying or getting things. You might gather 100 stuffs and I won't see my choice. Then I might be going somewhere and if I see a cloth I like, I will drop and buy it.
I love to walk, there's a time I walked for 5 hrs with no specific destination.
If I can't marry you from mere looking at you, I won't even bother dating you. I do take crazy risk, have sent a machine of 80k to someone I don't know online and it hasn't never disappoint me.
I love thinking, I prefer to think of something I will be do after leaving University while in the university and I would have planned it ahead. Sometimes I can buy something I will use in 8 months ahead if I forsee I will not have money then.
About the thinking, I can use a year to think and research on what will give me money and overtake those doing white collar job, while am thinking, you will feel am lazy and won't know what am doing secretly.
Sometimes ago, a lady do see me in betNija shop and concluded I didn't have anything to do with my life. Meanwhile, I only go there to charge, I don't even talk to anyone there. Only to charge and press phone. I can eat bread morning, afternoon, night, without any stew for a year.

JAPAHTML:
Greetings Nairalanders my dad is a peasant farmer his is mainly focused in producing Rice and garri, so as the topic says, I want to Japa out of this country with Agricultural money, so this year my dad just did his normal rice farm which he started from June and made a profit of 600k in the past month, but the problem is that during harvest, they usually make use of what we call circle to harvest the rice manually and this shit takes a whole lot of time and unbearable pains in the waist after that, they still separate the rice from the leaves manually by hitting it with stick and this usually take a whole lot of time with so Many labourers, and my plan is to make like 3 or 3.5 million from this rice farm and Japa with the money but this manual harvesting is tiring, we have a lot of land but with this their old method one can not succeed in farming there, I have check Google for rice harvesting machines but the price I am seeing is crazy , please farmers how do you harvest your rice faster? and the method/machine you make use of?
Note: anti Japa people avoid this thread
2: don't tell me 3million won't be enough that's not the only money at hand

Go into tech bro
Do a little research on high paying tech skills like cyber security, data analysis or data Science, copywriting, animation, video editing, etc I'm not even talking of skills that need programming or coding for now.
Spend like 250k to 300k to get a good fairly used laptop, internet data for 3months, download tutorials from YouTube and immerse yourself in them for 3 months. Then register on freelance sites.
Your life will not remain the same again.
nothing like that, we talk base on our
experience. If you seek advice online,
some will support your motive , some
won't. That's depends on our
experiences of life. So, don't expect
everyone to support you. For example
if you asked if it worth leaving this
country, some will say it's while some
won't support. So, Base on farming
that people are dragging, their are
some aspects of farming that's like
gambling and their are some aspects
like money ritual. It depends on your
doggedness, research, patience,
exposure, and experience. You can
compare someone that has an
hectares of plantain with the gain of
someone that plant maize and
cassava. Meanwhile the maize and
cassava farmer might be
discouraging people. Even that same
maize, their are some people that are
very skilled in it till the extent that
they can't plant any other crops.
Theirs a man I got online in USA last
week, he made around 40 tonnes of
maize per hectares. Hardly will one
make 10 tonnes here in Africa. This
man has been breaking record of the
same maize since 2016. So, it's time,
practice, experience.
The first time I planted watermelon, I
lost drastically, not because the
melon didn't grow but because I
didn't have good place to sell it to.
So, I could say, I was duped. I
planted an acre of watermelon and I
had around 1000 big balls that are
good. I have the video and pictures
to back it up. Imagine if have
stopped being the first time.

I graduated since 2016 and yet I have no job. I have tried all I could do, I apply for all the fg jobs but all effort proved abortive. This problem has kept me single because I don't want to make my wife and kids go through untold suffering. And I am getting older. Please I need advice on what biz I can do with 1million naira. Somebody promised to help me with the money. Please help me think of a profitable BIZ.

Think of farming, farming of tree crops majorly. If I say farming, don't think of maize and cassava o. Not your regular farming. You can do the following, castor, mushroom, sunflower, jathropha, cricket, stevia. You don't even need 100k for an hectares of castor for example, Around 30k should go for seeds for an hectares and and hectares should give you almost half of tonnes after 3 months. Half of a tonne currently is around 1million naira. All these aren't something you can just see anywhere. they are scarce and very profitable. Only those who research, read, will know how profitable those stuffs are.
Also, you can learn export business, with just 50k there's something you can send overseas that you will gain like 450k. So, don't think those stuffs are money intensive. Only that most don't read, research.

Family / Re: My Sister Completed Her House Without Telling Any Of Us Including My Mum by Tohsynetita1: 4:12pm On Dec 24, 2023
bestman09:
Everything should not be kept secret in life. A man was building a house secretly in felele area, Ibadan without telling his wife or any relation and suddenly died due to an accident in 1996. Because no one knew his family, that land remained fallow for over 20 years till 3 years ago when some omonile fought over the land as one set of omonile sold the house to someone else without settling the other side, that's how people knew about the reason why the land has been idle for a long time. However the matter was settled but the family of the man that owned the land remains unknown and the said land has been resold to someone else.

It's fair enough to hide some things to friends, but family? Noo

But what happens if you discover that whenever if you tell anyone your plans, either friends or family, that stuff will fail. This is something that had happened countless times.

Business / Can Someone's Inherit His Or Her Parent Debt? by Tohsynetita1: 9:09pm On Dec 13, 2023
During Corona virus, a man in my environment committed suicide because of a bank loan of 10 million. He does block making business and I think he failed due to some unforeseen circumstances.

After so many embarrassment by police to pay his debt and also after the sale if his own built house. The debt was still left to be paid completely.
It was when the country was in tension of Corona that I heard he poisoned himself and died.
So, my question is "Can children inherit Parents debt?"
I ask because the remaining debt is left for the children.

Skillsmaster:
Good day nairalanders. Please come to my rescue. I will be brief as possible. Please ignore any grammatical or spelling error.
I lost my job (teaching job) two months to my wedding. About 10-15 of us lost our job in this same school, because of the economy of the country. I couldn't get any job after then, so I decided that I will postpone my wedding because of this but everyone except my younger brother kicked against it including my wife. I continued with the wedding plan believing that everything will fall in place soon. This is three months after my wedding, still no job. My wife has tried a lot, she has a shop and she has been very helpful all these while and I use to appreciate her for that. But of recent she started behaving somehow, which shows that she is tired of the situation and I am also tired of the situation. My wife told me that she can no longer continue like this. I was surprised because this is the same woman that was so angry when I told her about my plan to postpone the wedding. To be honest with you people, she has tried, I must commend her.
On my own side, I have searched for job to no avail, both teaching and non teaching. I reside in Abuja, I and one of my friends have trekked on many occasions submitting my own CV. Yet no call for interview. I am a mathematics teacher, before my marriage, I can't submit my CV in three to four schools without getting any invite for interview from two or all of them. But it is the opposite now.
I tried to get capital to even start a poultry farm because I am also good at that, but I couldn't get any. My wife is already "threatening the marriage" asking me to bring money which she knows that I don't have. She told me that she regrets this marriage and just saying all sort of things. She knows that I am not lazy. Even to get labourer work on site is not easy. I will stop here.

I am sorry for bothering you with this long write up. You can say anything you want to say but I will appreciate it if you can help out with a job. I want to have my home back. Thank you.

Note: I studied engineering. I worked as a site engineer for like two years before going into teaching.

it's so disheartening, what I can do for you is to teach you some farming and export for free, if I mean farming, I don't mean your regular planting of maize, cassava etc. But any of the following:
sunflower farming, castor farming, mushroom farming, jathropha farming, BSF Bio soldier flies. it's very economical to start. You need few funds.

Okay then, if you didn't make any false allegations towards anybody, then there is NO way a mod can ban you on the travel thread. He even usually warns people before banning them. I have been a member of NL since 2005 with an older account so I know this to be a fact. So in a few days, you'll be free to post on the travel section again.

Second, can I also have the link to the guy who sells the pumping machine you talked about here on this thread?

Last but not least, how are you going with the mushroom export? Do you source from producers in Nigeria and export abroad?

one thing people fail to undestand is the fact that herders dont like grazing thick forests because pf the choice of crops available there. On a plain grassland they know navigation is very easy and their animals are exposed to a wide variety of grass and crops. They hardly invade plantations like that
Try to fence your farm now, you can use some billards, bamboo, concrete, etc.
