On a light note, so those of us that waited over 6 months, Our faith did not work and grace did not find us ? It's well o.
This experience has humbled me.

It's an individual something. We see things only in part, so best approach is to continually give thanks rather than wonder why your case was not like someone else's.

You that waited for over six months, it's possible that its the grace of patience you needed. Or maybe you've always gotten things easy in life and you needed to understand how it is for those who struggle/wait for everything. It's even possible that God mercifully honored his request, simply because he would have lost his faith if his PPR had not been speedy as requested, and not because he had the right prayer points So many possibilities...

My wife already applied for a PGD programme in info tech at NOUN. She has 2.1 in computer science for her first degree.

Would she be considered and offered admission as she only needs the certificate in pursue of a targeted dream?

I have read somewhere that PGD is only for candidates with below 3.0 CGPA and 1st class and 2nd class Upper might not be considered. How true?

To me it looks clear that Québec pof rules win (and federal is not happy about this hence advice to bring in as much money )
The only federal eligibilities you need to clear are application fees, medicals and security checks.

If I were in your shoes I'd get a reference letter from my bank in CIC format and submit only that. Note that extra documentation can be requested at any point, including statement of salary account. Regardless, the only document you're required to submit is the letter.

hello,i totally disagree with your conclusion because as a computer forensic expert your data can be compromised by anybody so far your personal computer is connected to the internet we just need to take extra precaution while using the internet ,even the biggest company get hacked and vital data get stolen but to put the whole blame solely on a gscm company is just not correct ,and even your data can be stolen via your so called trusted friends with just a keylogger remotely link to the computer and how does the phone number and contact address , will make any website legitimate ..i do not think so this just another marketing strategy
