Ndkings1: I'm new to this. If I have my degree certificate and transcripts, how do I send them to ECA. Please read page one of this thread for full info on this process. There is nobody like ECA, ECA is a service provided by at least 5 bodies. This is a link to the list of approved ECA providers. Visit each providers website, check their processing time and required documents, then pick the one you'll go with. All the best. |

dudujomi: My previous employer gave me a reference letter and attached my job description to it. They didn't put my salary because its against their policy. Although I have my payslips, is the job description too much information since my duties are already stated on the letter? And how do I go about the salary omitted on the letter. If I were in your shoes I'd use ref. letter, payslips and loe that it's against company policy to include salary in letter (or better still the email via which they informed you of this policy). No need for extra JD in my opinion (except they indicated in the letter that JD is attached). |

Ropophen: Thank you for your observation Tojued, I hope I won't be doing overkill by packing so physical documents to the interview olowo cos I have even added NYSC pictures, my medical insurance card, all monthly receipts for my professional dues and so on. Boss, you can hold all your documents (just in case). But please only submit (to the receptionist) the ones that were requested. |

Ropophen: Yes all letters are on letterhead and a lot of other people on a WhatsApp group have called it strange as well, I don't know why they will be requesting for my certificates when I have done WES evaluation nd submitted it with my application, No Adrs at all, as at when I ordered my notes CIO agents regarding every docs were Ok. IMO you submitted too many documents and your VO got suspicious. Requirement for proof of employment is reference letter and payslips (if available). You did overkill not just for one job, but for your entire work history. Don't worry, everything works for good. Carry all your docs plus passport plus copr photos when going, instant copr may just be your portion. |

dane15: This brings me to my questions:
1. Should I upload a revised bank confirmation by raising a CSE to challenge the Case analyst's computation?
2. Should I just upload a revised confirmation and form "ignorant" of the computation of the analyst?
3. Should I wait for them to ask for an ADR? Option 2 in my opinion (hope you don't mind me answering since I'm not an ancestor). What rate did they use? |

iaatmguy: NAAA mistake came from waec, spotted it immediately but was told to leave it, since a fresh one can't be issued. i have never altered my age. TO IMAGINE I JUST PAID WES YESTERDAY NIGHT CHAIIIIIIIII I wonder what their process for refund is. Honestly, they changed the terms of reference mid-way and I think it constitutes a breach of contract. If I were you I would try for a refund. It's supposed to have become effective with warning, and only to people yet to commence relationship with them. |

Abbylee: On this WAEC issue, I had mine evaluated with my Bsc last year because I didn't want stories that touch incase i wanted to upgrade my WES for school, which I have successfully now.
The info on their website was outdated, so I suffered small that day.
I went to the WAEC office in Jibowu, paid 10k for processing and 9k for UPS. I was asked for affidavit( you can get this done under one shed outside the building for 2k or so in like 30mins), please dont bother doing it elsewhere because they will not accept it and they'll still direct you to the shed outside the building. I was asked to bring my exam number (the exam number will be used in the affidavit), I also used a copy of my statement of result as I didn't have my certificate, some passport photographs. Cant remember any other significant thing I was asked.
I can't remember if I paid for verification again (I doubt I did)but I collected the transcript guy's number to follow up on verification.
The process may be different now sha.
I hope this helps! Thanks for sharing |

Pipes1759: Good morning guys, i have been reading this thread and i must give kudos to the folks that are kind enough to answer questions on here..i have a few questions of my own.. -First, how long does it take after submission of passports at vfs before one gets it back? I will like to know when to start disposing stuff i wont be needing anymore. -Secondly, what is the process like when one arrives at the airport in terms of immigration and the rest. -Thirdly, how much would u advice a family of three to hold for survival before getting a job and the sort (i have a reative that lives there so we have where to sty for like a month or two).
Thanks and have a great day. For question 2, read (or skim) through this thread. A good number of folks have shared their landing stories. |

Clayrex101: Hello my fellow Nairalanders! kindly help me view the attached screenshot and analyze. Does this mean we have passed medicals? I’m sorry if this seems like a lame question.
But I have been expecting a message in my CIC account informing me that medicals have been passed. So I haven’t been looking at this table per day. Does this mean I have passed medicals? They usually send a message but all it says is that your account has been updated... doesn't inform you that medicals passed. Well congrats, you've passed medicals (MEP). You're officially in IP1 (application in progress). |
