BusinessRe: Do Nigeria Insurance Companies Keep Their Word. by TokyoBulls(m): 6:22pm On Apr 01, 2012
It depends on the insurance company. My company uses GTAssur and they've never failed. Not once! They pay claims as soon as they can. They paid one of our claims in less than 48 hours, but that wasn't life assurance. It was vehicle insurance!

There have been several questions and I hope I've done a good job answering them so far. Pampers is the brand of diapers we manufacture and sell. Only P&G produces Pampers diapers.

AdvertsRe: How Can I Secure N1,500,000 Loan With 2007 Toyota Corolla As Collateral Quickly? by TokyoBulls(m): 3:59pm On Feb 27, 2012
I'm interested, but won't accept a 2007 Toyota Corolla as collateral for a N1,500,000 loan; except the car is brand new or direct tokunbo. BTW, how do you plan to repay the capital + profit?

Hi.

Please l will like to know the returns on investment if l put in N1million minus the trade margin.
If you put N1M, you will get 2.4% trade discount. Calculating ROI for the business depends on your monthly turnover, and it might be difficult for me to estimate that because all locations are not the same. If however, you turn your N1M around once every week, that means your turnover will be around N4M monthly and your margin will profit percent will be around 9.6% monthly. You can do same if you know your estimated monthly turnover.
BusinessRe: Where Are The Farmers? by TokyoBulls(m): 11:21pm On Feb 23, 2012
Sincerely, I was thinking of farming right after school even though I had First Class degree from Ife and had a couple of offers from 3 multinationals right after school. I had done some findings and was almost sure that was what I could do with the resources I had raised back then. But the turn around came when I came back to my father's (and grand father's) hectares of land and it's been taken over by a company. And they said the company has compensated the village. C'mmon. I was very pissed and had to settle with one of the companies I had offers from. I'm still interested and following the thread is a blessing.

@tkb417. Send me an e-mail on dotun.ogunlade@yahoo.com so that I can understand more details about how to start.

Some guys offered me some land early January around Ibogun in Ogun State. Maybe I will reconsider their proposal.

FamilyRe: Should A Wife Join Cash And Effort To Build House/business With Her Husband. by TokyoBulls(m): 1:32pm On Feb 22, 2012
My mind tells me the woman has a plan.  First, the lady needs to be open and brave, and raise the discussion when her mother-in-law and the husband are present.  She needs to watch how the husband react during the discussion.  The man too might have a plan.  If she discovers that the man does not have any evil plan, she can invest in the business/house, but the documents MUST carry their names; as joint owners and partners, and she must be sure that she's the man's next-of-kin. Some people are better 'helped' in their quest for death.  The mother-in-law has earned a place among those qualified to be poisoned.

Let us have your contact. I need a part time house help who comes in on weekends (preferably Saturdays) to clean the home and get paid for the services. I'm ok with a male or female as long as the services are rendered.

For those who have called, I hope I've been able to answer most of your questions and requests. The business potentials are heavy. The population of Nigeria is increasing and these are products people use daily and are willing and ready to pay for.
