nice is an undastatement anyway. But why not allowing these students to pass through a litmus test of qualifying exam so as to know those that are capable and qualify for the exam instead of just wasting money on some students that are not serious with their academics and engage in truancy. |
wildbubble: Hoho, I don't respect stewpid men so nothing stops me from abusing you back if you chose to start. Who made the girl's way 'impure' in that community? Other men who may have sexually abused her? Most importantly, what has the girl's purity got to do with anything. That's the question you still haven't answered. Ok, I agree, the child is a slut, husband snatcher sef, anything you want to assume she is, I'd agree. Now that we both agree that the little girl is a she-devil, how does it help the case against the 'animalistic, barbaric' rapists.stop refusing to make sense. The fact still remains that if the 13year old gurl is pure enough, she wouldn't be the one to withstand the 3 able bodied men one after the other, i doubt if she wouldn't even be in her grave by now. And the immediate outcome (like tear, bleeding and serious psychological/physical/emotional weakness) of the men's barbaric act is on the girl will be enough to call for an alarm. Perhaps she is one of the street gurls whose activities warrant the barbaric action of the men. |
no comment for now since the news is just being carried about by people which may later be a rumour. |
aise dede ara aye ni o n mu eni ranti ero orun(inconsistency of the living brings the memoir of the death). Things may not be as bad as this for PDP anyway, but doesn't mean things will be good for them. Nothing can be compared to peace of mind most especially when there is nobody to finance tokyo, eleweomo and co. |
wildbubble: In other words, the little girl could have been dirty right? The questions you are asking is exactly what is wrong with child-rape investigations in Nigeria. Let's say you are asked to look into this little girl's case, you ignore the major issue before you and go about 'investigating the baffling issues surrounding this matter', issues like the ones you've mentioned: 'What kind of a girl was the victim, was she a virgin, did she like sex, did her parents watch her like a hawk'. And what exactly would you do with the answers to these questions when you get them? Let me guess, establish that it wasn't entirely the fault of the three he-goats who molested her. The girl asked for it by loving sex at 13, her parents asked for it by not noticing that the girl has been raped, those three innocent young men are the real victims here, they only played into the hands of a young slut and her careless parents.i respect woman, that is why i kept on sparing you my abuse! Can you try to remember the 1st time you were dicked, how painful it was. Now bring it down to the 13year old gurl being defiled/sexed by three able bodied men one after the other, to be sincere with you, she will not live to tell the story. Probably the gurls way isn't pure in that community but that still doesn't warrant that animalistic treatment from the men. Like i have been saying the men's act was barbaric but still in every true compound there can sometimes be an atom of doubt. |
wildbubble: What 'gurl' are you even talking about? Are you thirteen too? This is a child for God's sake. It doesn't matter if she begged for it or if she was a virgin. The fact that you can even think of things like that in a situation like this, means you are sick!what is the problem lady? Must we be confined to an issue alone without considering some little circumstances surrounding it? Like i said, the men's act were barbaric, animalistic and inhuman. But does that mean we shouldn't talk about baffling issues surrounding it. Assuming the gurl is clean, no matter what, the parents would have detected the problem immediately after the incidence if they treat their daughter with care. |
coogar: without health, you won't even be able to walk to the supermarket - let alone buy something!pray DK doesn't come back to this thread. Arguing with you will continue to retard me to your level of reasoning. |
fastlane84: Una. Na lasgidi nah..... Oshodi4 dat matter..i no talk am o. Those men are really animal and callous anyway. Perhaps the gurl in question na one kind gurl wey dey dash out the thing to every guy making they to conspire to have their share. Notwithstanding that is too bad. |

those are the 20 yahoo guys that didn't settle them. Don't be surprised if they are later released after cash/alcoholic/pepper soupric/ashawoic settlement |
eh, see packaging! maybe dem punna dey secret cocaine or them pants don turn coca leave. |
wildbubble: And the 'blame the victim' game begins. It's a 13year old girl here for Christ sakes, what difference does it make if she wanted it. What has that even got to do with anything. If the suspects deserve 20years in jail, do they automatically get 10years because the thirteen year old girl wanted sex? You people are so silly.woman! Did you bother reading my first comment? The one you quoted is just a response to a quote anyway. besides i never dipped my dirty finger into yours. |
coogar: 3 words - health is wealth!go to the supermarket to shop with your health without you having your cash. coogar: this is where you people don't get it.....imagine! List the countries with absolute free health care. coogar: you speak absent wisdom......those factors you mentioned are not even major factors coogar: and this is why the ones who do are first world and the ones who don't are down the ladder. it's as simple as that. the elite are always very fewer than the masses. america do not belong to the elite - you can take that to the bank with my name on it!your foolishness and ignorance are comic! coogar: i would decompose all the compounds in your body into protons when it comes to politics.....get it? that's political science......you are magnificient in your political nonsense anyway. Just realised why DK always wipe your yansh in the chelsea thread. I would have loved to tutor you, but i realise you've decided to choose ignorance as your watchword, trailling the part of folly |
Mrajonder: AKPORS CLASS. The new Principal was walkinthis one don miss way. |
wellmax: Guy you are wrong!how? |
Chanchit: bros abeg don't be baffled o, some girls fit be 13yrs but their abuna na 30yrs.well! My pharmacology lecturer said something in the class. He said 'some of you girls here are biologically older than your mother'. |
coogar: what is economy when the policies are daft? what about factors like crime rate? murder rate? free health? etc....do you mind telling me the daft policies of the USA? If crime rate, murder rate are the parameters, then countries like swaziland and lesotho will be 1st world countries. And how many countries in the world has the free health care than USA.? Mr Coogar, it is getting obvious that you are not really familiar with politics. Better you go back to sport section to continue to defend Fernando Toress sir! |
this is not fair enough! Akinola Saburi only spent 12 years. |
ilugunboy: You be GEJ?no! We are in the world of committocracy! |

thanks France for returning them. That is what Britain will never make an attempted attempt to do with Ori Olokun and others in their museum. |
The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, Wednesday day urged the Federal Government to expedite action in taking up the offer of dialogue from Boko Haram, following Monday’s declaration of ceasefire by a faction of the terrorist group. The monarch, while receiving the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika, who paid him a courtesy call in his palace in Sokoto, also expressed his belief that Nigeria would not break up, adding those calling for its breakup are just seeking for relevance. He maintained that it had become necessary for the Federal Government to engage in talks with the faction that declared ceasefire, as a means of getting across to the other splinter groups within the Boko Haram sect. The sultan described the ceasefire offer from Boko Haram as a welcome development and urged the Federal Government not to throw away the opportunity of engaging the sect in negotiation, with a view to ensuring peace in the polity. He said: “When few days ago we heard a purported ceasefire by a faction within the Boko Haram sect, we welcomed it and I believe it is an issue we have to open up to. “So, it is for the government to now say even if it is a faction, let us talk to them because from the way you deal with one faction, you will get to the other faction. “This is not an issue that should be thrown away by government because they don’t know who they are. People know who they are and decided to come out to talk; so, government should accept them, hear from the sect and sit down for dialogue.” The sultan told the army chief that notwithstanding the security challenge that Nigeria has been facing, it would not break up but remain one entity. According to him, it is better for Nigerians to sit down together and resolve those issues threatening national cohesion instead of seeking for the breakup of the country. “God cannot be wrong by bringing us together. He has a reason why he brought us together as Muslims and Christians. There are many issues that bind us together, there are many reasons why we should remain together as brothers and sisters in this country. “I don’t see myself looking for a visa to visit Lagos, Enugu and Port Harcourt, when I have a lot of friends, brothers and colleagues in those areas,” he added. The sultan aslo called on political leaders to be transparent and ensure justice to the people, saying this will reduce friction and disaffection in the polity. Sultan Abubakar who said no good Muslim or Christian would take up arms to kill another person of different religion, called Boko Haram terrorists and other allied groups to stop using the name of Islam to terrorise people. He added that the. Nigerian Army is the last hope of the common man, saying the stability of the country depends on the unity and cohesion of the army. The monarch therefore commended the army chief for renovating some buildings at the Brigade 1 Barracks, Sokoto. Earlier, Ihejirika said the unity of Nigeria was non-negotiable, adding that it could not be subjected to a debate. “The unity of Nigeria is non- negotiable. This is what we are all trained to preserve. When some people talk about breaking up the country, I called a colleague of mine and told him that they would have to kill over 100,000 officers and soldiers to achieve that,” he said. He assured the sultan that he would continue to do his best to transform the Nigerian Army by ensuring that the resources made available by government are applied towards enhancing the welfare of troops. He stated that this would translate to optimal performance of officers and men towards ensuring peace. Meanwhile, northern muslims under the aegis of the Jama’atu Nasril Islam (JNI) yesterday said the cease-fire announced by a faction of Boko Haram islamic sect was a welcome development. The religious body which is under the leadership of the Sultan noted that the cease-fire move by the sect should be seen by the government as an opportunity to be fully utilised. The JNI in a statement signed by its Secretary General, Dr. Khalid Abubakar Aliyu in Kaduna, called on the government to shun all negative and counter comments that it should not dialogue with the group. The organisation said what matters was the declaration of the ceasefire, as there were many factions of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) which the government dialogue with in the past. “It is based on these facts that the JNI calls on the government to use this medium and dialogue with the group, so that peace and security will return to the north-east, north- west in particular and Nigeria in general. “We pray Almighty Allah to give us peace in Nigeria,” the JNI said. mtchew! Who are those people in the committee self? Seems we Nigerians will need to form a committee to look into this and stop all these chop and clean mouth committes without concrete success. |
Paul John: Not also sure about the 18,000 permanent employment thing.they should have made it clear how it was done, that is what am saying. Not just making us to believe they are employed as a permanent staff. |
If he was sent home for just an error of falling down in the 18yard box , what should be the fate of many referees that have flaws falling prey of diving in officiating european matches? What were the linesmen watching during the incidence or weren't they also officiating? Was he the one that make mikel to miss the penalty? Better they leave the referee alone cos if it were to be against the zambian, will they crave for his sack! |
Omexonomy: let trouble maker catch you you will recieve the greatest insult of ur life next time you will learn to praise any political propanganda from ACN footsoldiers on nairaland.am neither afraid nor intimidated. We all have our weapons. |
Gbawe: You are entitled to your scepticism but OYES has always been highly regarded home and abroad as a visionary and exemplary scheme. This achievement is therefore really no surprise. It is actually in line with the aims and targets OYES is set up for.common! Am not talking about OYES but the employment of 18000 youths. |
Paul John: Tolu, except OYES is not in Ife. What verification do you still need?!yes John baba. I have the knowledge about the OYES scheme, and it is applaudable. But what am saying is that employing 18,000 on permanent staff is what i am doubting. Cos politicians are full of inflating digits. |
ifyalways: So the mother, a mom could not notice that her daughter was pregnant till it got to the 5th month?I notice there is a problem with nigerian parent-children relationship. Most parents are just too harsh to their ward just because they want the children to fear them which is not a home mentality. A parent should be able to be their children's confidants and not a terror to them assuming they were closed she would have told them from the onset. I feel sorry for the young girl. But there is still something that baffles me. How will 3 men have sex with a 13year old girl one after the other with no tearing and bleeding |
