No, it's not. It's only added as a proof of being paid in a situation whereby the reference letter didn't capture the salary of the applicant. Sometimes, some VOs can requested for it or salary bank statement before final decision on an application. allabs: Good Morning,
Is the addition of payslips compulsory when applying for PR or it is just an additional document that could be added with the Introduction letter from my employee?
Thanks. |

I don't think it's an issue at this stage since the jobs you stated is to claim work experience points and I believe that those jobs were not claimed to be your current job but previous jobs. Post-ita will be the point to state all your work history including the current job(in personal history) since you aren't claiming point for the experience. Kabz: Greetings beautiful people. I have been following this thread for a little while and you guys have been awesome. I got into the pool last week after passing IELTS and I have a question. In the course of updating my work experience, I left out my current job and one other just to have some consistency with NOC. Hope this is okay as I have seen that application could be cancelled if it is found out that some important information have been left out? |

A. Choose the NOC that fits well with your job duties instead of job title B. If your salary was written in words I think it can be overlooked as typo error or you just attach a LOE to affirm the correct salary. intrinsicniyi: Hello Beautiful People, (a). One of my work experience was working as a Piping Engineer. I looked through the NOC but the most closely related NOC are as follows:
▪︎ NOC 2148 (other professional engineer) and Piping Engineering wasn't listed.
▪︎ NOC 2132 (Mechanical Engineers). This actually has a sub-title for Piping Engineering.
PLEASE, which NOC should I pick in this case?
(b) There is a little mistake in one of my other employer reference. In the early paragraph, another zero was mistakenly added to my salary. However, in another paragraph of the letter, the salary was "correctly stated". Getting another reference letter would be a draconian task for me. What can I do in this case? Should I just leave it that way or write a letter of explanation?
Thanks as I welcome people's advice/comments on this.

While filling the new profile I answered no to the question if I have applied to IRCC before and I didn’t fill my previous profile number and UCI. 3. I noticed the new profile has a different profile number and UCI

Please can someone clarify this for me
I have gotten my husband’s PCC for UK. However he will be travelling there next month for just a week. Does this mean we have to do another PCC upon his return? Or it doesn’t matter since he isn’t staying up to 6 months... |

In addition to what others will suggest. The reference letter lacks some information like your working hours per week and your salary.also, I think you should have a 'unitary' job responsibilities while your new position can just be mentioned without breaking down the job duties that comes with it jpj: Hello fam, to cut long story short, I wrote my IELTS in 2017 without really thinking about relocating because my family was in the US at that time.
Lest I forget, I am yet to be refunded by IRCC and according to my GCMS notes refund has been made. I contemplated getting advice from a lawyer but for 30 minutes consultation I have to pay a minimum of $250 depending on the quality of the firm at the same time I have to pay $350 Canadian to Saskatchewan as I apply into their express entry. |

But upload all visas and stamped pages in previous passports that fall into the 10year period. Will that include stamped pages of previous visa refusals ? It can fly as 3 yrs experience. NOC5123 or 4031 can be used as your primary NOC akanniade10: Noc 4031 (NYSC): May 2014 - April 2015 (1year) Noc 5123: Sept 2016 - Nov 2017 (1yr 3months) Noc 5123: Dec 2017 - Sept 2018 (10months)
Senior people in the house pls I have 2 questions cos this seems technical to me. 1st Job is a secondary school teacher (NYSC) while the second and third job falls under the same noc (Journalist).
Pls can this fly as 3 or more years work experience and if yes which one should likely be the primary Noc? |

Personally, since your letters have the correct information I think that's the main thing sha because the golden mail too wont have spelling error obviously too. You can possibly try to see if you can edit your profile name by clicking on a mini Dropbox at the top right corner of your profile page(am sure of making corrections through this post ITA/preAOR) Sam07045: Thank you so much. But i filled in the right name post ITA. My AOR and Biometrics letters contain the right name. Its just that Applicant information part on my profile that has the wrong spelling. |

For question one, be calm and don't stress yourself because it's likely a system glitch. It will change back to "submitted" after a while. Question 2, that error its likely from your end when you are computing your details post ITA...maybe a CSE or direct call to them can resolve that. Others can give their thoughts too Sam07045: Hello everyone, I am a bit worried about my profile. I have two issuse. 1) I have done my biometrics over a week now and my status has not changed. My status still says “your action is required” please what do i do. Although i can see on my applicant information a biometrics number, date of enrollment and an expiry date.
2) My name was spelt wrongly( instead of “D” in dayo, they put an “O”) this mistake is only on my applicant information. It is spelt correctly on my AOR and my letter to go for biometrics and even on my profile.
Please all the gurus here should please shed more light on this issues because i am beginning to panic. Thanks and God bless you all |

Semilooore: Good morning all.. a colleague of mine is scared that she might be banned sometimes in 2015. She applied for student visa twice and got refusals. But she’s hearing now that provinces do not conduct background check. They leave it for the federal level. She has applied to EE since May and even got ADR few weeks ago. But she’s still scared about the past applications Pls am I right or should she really be worried If she has the application information of the one the agent did for your colleague. Let her order for the gcms notes of that particular application. She will definitely know whatever might have happened pertaining to the application. |

Currently waiting on the ITA email to drop, however, I have a quick question-- I do not live in Nigeria at the moment but already got my police report from Nigeria and the other country I lived in April. Get her a visit visa...then she can be processing her spousal sponsorship..that way you won't feel the long processing time of about 1 year since she will be with you. My response relates only to question 1 irocalot042: Hi Guys.
I got my PPR in April and would be leaving for Canada first week of next month. I plan on returning back and getting married in December and it has been a tough thought on how to go about getting my spouse to join me since I heard spousal sponsorship could be tedious.
Now to my questions. 1. Apart from spousal sponsorship and EE, are there any other means one could employ to bring over their spouse?
All advice and opinions are welcomed. Thanks |

Your primary NOC i.e the one with atleast one year experience will be listed when creating the profile while the second one will be added under your work experience history (making two work experience under that section)when creating the profile too. It will automatically reflected in your final CRS score Chidoo1234: Someone should help. If you are claiming two NOC in your Express Entry, how do you put it while creating account. |
