DavidJohnDavid: A colleague had a dream, where he saw a close relative of his standing in front of a door. His relative was unlocking the door but the head of his relative was that of an animal but the rest of the body was human. What could be the possible interpretation of the dream?
He told me he remembered there's a tradition in his family, where a goat is killed, put up on a stick with the blood dripping and everyone had to pass over the animal blood. This is a tradition that they no longer practice. Do you think there is correlation between the two things?

Change the section.
Cyberbaze: 20 year old make-up artist Belinda Maines can transform herself into anything she chooses to.And its all using makeup .The interesting thing is, she had no training and does it for fun, showcasing her work on instagram ,until she caught the interest of the team behind BBC show, Doctor Who..She said

I just started doing this in my bedroom at night,'I've had no training, it was just something that I enjoyed doing. It's a fairly cheap hobby. I buy face paints from fancy dress shops and they only work out at £1 each. As well as that I use things I find around the house, CDs that I cut up, beads from necklaces, pots of glitter and old eye-shadows.'It's a horrible feeling to see all that work go literally down the drain, but once I've taken a picture there is no reason to keep it on,' she explained. 'A few times my neighbours have caught sight of me in the garden trying to get good lighting for a photograph. They stand staring with their mouths open. 'Once a man even got the rest of his family to have a look but I always get positive reactions online though.'They got in touch to say how much they liked my work, 'I would love to do make-up for one of a zombie movie - that would be incredible.

onlykay: Is this the world’s most expensive car? $6 million gold Lamborghini pictured in Paris

Gold-plated Lamborghini Aventador parked by Plaza Athenee palace hotel on the luxury Avenue Montaigne
The luxury car appears to be from Saudi Arabia and sports a distinctive 666 number plate
Last year solid gold model Lamborghini Aventador went on display in Dubai with a price tag of $7.5 million
Sporting a distinctive 666 number plate, the gold-plated supercar appears to be the same one which has been turning heads in the French capital over the past few days.

Car enthusiasts have filmed the gold plated vehicle, which features a 6.5-litre V12 engine delivering 692 hp, driving through some of Paris's most exclusive streets.

The most impressive supercars, popular with wealthy playboys and mega-rich Arabs, are usually housed in the Middle East.

But they are often spotted on the streets of European cities over the summer months, when rich Qataris, Saudis, Emiratis and Kuwaitis move away to escape the Middle East's baking mid-summer temperatures.

The vehicles - which act as a magnet for curious tourists and car enthusiasts - are tailor-made versions of famous models from car manufacturers such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bugattis and Bentley.
LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR LP 700-4

Top speed: 217mph (350kph)

Acceleration (0-62mph): 2.9 seconds

Seats: 2

Miles per gallon: 17.7mpg

Price: Around £300,000

This summer a striking gold Ferrari sitting on Sloane Street in London drew a few admiring glances. Among the other supercars spotted were a £2.5 million premium LaFerrari, £2 million Bugatti Veyron and £700,000 McLarent.

But the gold Lamborghini parked up outside the Plaza Athenee suggests that the supercar summer is not quite over yet.

Last year, a model gold Lamborghini Aventador went on display at a showroom in Dubai to celebrate the manufacturer's 50th birthday.

The gold vehicle had a pricetag of $7.5 million, making it the world's most expensive model car.

Carved out of a 500-kilogram block of solid gold, the finished model contained 25 kilograms of the precious metal. The model was designed by German mechanical engineer Robert Gülpen and sculpted from the same carbon fibre used to make Formula One cars.

Mr Gülpen said: 'I wanted to do what no-one else has done before, to build a model car that is an "icon within an icon".

'I wanted to create a tribute to the legend of the automobile.'

The 1:8 scale replica of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 was just a prototype - for an even more extravagant model that will be cast from a block of solid gold.

Today is no April 1st na
Rikidony: No fewer than 300 Boko Haram fighters have surrendered in Nigeria’s neighbouring country Cameroon in the past three weeks, Cameroon’s defense ministry has said.

According to the country’s military spokesman, Lt. Col. Didier Badjeck, the Islamist militants gave up their arms and asked for asylum in Cameroon.

Badjeck added that the fates of the terrorists are yet to be decided.

It would be recalled that fighters from neighboring Cameroon, Niger and Chad have been identified recently fighting alongside Nigeria’s homegrown Boko Haram sect.
The insurgents have in recent weeks attacked border towns and villages in Cameroon.

Boko Haram had seized a string of towns and declared an Islamic caliphate in northeast Nigeria before the Nigerian military started recording victories with air and ground attacks that have resulted into 135 Boko Haram fighters also surrendered to Nigeria’s army

According to the Nigerian Defense Ministry, about 135 insurgents surrendered Tuesday night, some at Buni-Yadi some 200 kilometers (125 miles) west of Konduga and others at Michika, 165 kilometers (100 miles) south of Konduga.

It was gathered that several militant commanders were among the dead including Mohammed Bashir, whom the Nigerian military identified as a double who posed in videos as Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau.

The Nigerian military has claimed in a statement that Shekau has been killed in a battle last year.

Prior to the emergence of reports that Shekau has been killed, President Goodluck Jonathan has revealed that the Boko Haram would end by next month.

Jonathan made the revelation on in Abuja, while speaking at the 66th National Executive Committee, NEC of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

He said the security challenge posed by the sect who have been killing innocent Nigerians as well as the destruction of properties estimated at billions of naira would drastically change.

A very poorly spoken english with a fulani accent will never sound very pleasant to the ears.

Here is a man who wants to aspire to be the President of the most populous black nation on
Earth, yet he cannot pronounce the word "the" properly ,instead he pronounces it as "ze"grin gringrin, "fifty" as "pipty".

Buhari cannot even pronounce Nigeria properly,a country he aspires to rule.
He pronounces Nigeria as Neeje - Areagrin gringrin. The funniest part is the way he pronounces "country".Somebody
should please help me to pronounce "country" as Buhari would please.I want to explode with laughtergrin gringrin

Being a Fulani is not an excuse.Let him go and learn how to blend English with Fulani accent properly from
Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, the emir of Kano,Buba Marwa,Afterall, they are all Fulani.
so what. The dude can still buy nairaland and fart all over it. An accent has ntn to do with intellect or ruling. People round the world have their own accents. .(you must not hear Germans and Russians speak) China. Rabbit. Labbit. Australia diamonds.diaminss. Even nigerians have their own. Especially yoruba people pronouncing guitar as giitaaaa. Every language has difference types of accents and it's nt meant to be made fun of. Yoruba some say eshe as ese. Is it meant to be funny? It dosen't make any difference, so stop dissing the man. At least people don't laugh at us when we speak English outside nigeria.

1.Would you say he or she should wake from SLUMBER, would you say he/she has a PREPOSTEROUS taste, Would you say he/she is an OPTIMIST or You'd say You love his/her SPIRIT?

2.How much do you feel should be the least decent salary( take home) a fresh graduate should be asking for(In a City like Lagos)?

FamilyRe: Who's Responsibility Is It To Teach Sex Education? Parents Or Schools? by tomiobj(m): 4:02am On Sep 26, 2014
lalasticlala: Many schools in the country don't really give comprehensive sex-education. And, unfortunately, most parents are uncomfortable to talk to their kids about sex. Hence, youngsters end up getting partial or even incorrect information from the internet.
Some also get misleading information from peers and the wrong people.

In my opinion, teenagers MUST receive proper information about safe sex practices before they engage in sexual practices.

But, who's responsibility is it to give it to them?
. Parents should teach it. Teachers could go against the parental values and cultural values. Teachers just teach anatomy which is 'funny' to kids because their teacher is saying 'penis' nd stuff so kids won't take it serz
