These kidnappers have become so brazen that they now operate freely without any fear. Secondly, I think paying of ransome should become a criminal offence. In case you don't know, by paying ransome, we are enabling the terrorists, bandits and kidnappers by providing them with the much needed funds to continue to expand their operations.

Now, to answer the original question; what will the kidnappers do with the 60m ransome? They will buy more sophisticated weapons, recruit more kidnappers and settle all their 'people' that participated in the operation. Is this not enough morale booster to continue in that illicit business?
