Please I will encourage you to read the verses carefully. Tithe is only meant for the Levites. Sharing the Promised Land and other Possession is where God commanded what should be giving to the Levites. This is not sharing formular for the tithe. Tithe is different form giving to the needy.

Well, from what I see in the scriptures, Christians should indeed pay tithe. But how are we to pay our tithe and who has authority to disburse the tithe?
lets consider the following scriptures:
Deutoronomy 14:22-29
Deutoronomy 26:12-13

1) The tithe was of two types. There is the regular tithe and there was the tithe paid on the third year (the year of tithe) - see Deuteronomy 26:12

Deu 26:12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled. . . .

thus the tithes of the first two years were different from the tithes of the third year.

2) In the first two years, after the tithes had been blessed, the tither disburses the tithes amongst Himself and his family and the levites. - see Deuteronomy 14:26-27

Deu 14:26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever, thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
Deu 14:27 And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.

3) In the third year (the year of tithing) the tither disburses the tithe amongst the levites, the widows, the strangers and the fatherless (neither the tither nor his family will partake of it). - see Deuteronomy 14: 28-29 and Dueteronomy 26:12-13

Deu 14:28 At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
Deu 14:29 And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

Deu 26:12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;
Deu 26:13 Then thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:

these verses clearly show who should benefit from our tithes and when. It is also clear that the tither is responsible for the disbursement of his tithe. So I don't think the attitude of just giving all your tithe to someone and saying you are not concerned with what is done with it is the right one.

Okay then, 50K is not too small for the project and 50M is not too much either. It all boils down to the specifics.

You are probably more conversant with Dreamweaver than with frontpage. Most of what you can do with Dreamweaver can be done just as easily with Frontpage if you know where to look. Dreamweaver has better refrence materials though.

Well, @adjadrage, you probably know already that in the creative field their is no off-the-hat price list. You have to checkout what you have by way of equipments, crew/talent and stuff. Know what you can achive by yourself and what you have to outsource (or get paid help for).
You need to get your script in place and then sit with your directors (both those for animation, set, photography, etc) and work out an achieveable story board. This will help you determine the level of work that will be involved in the animation, video shoot (in case of composite animation which is a combo of real world elements + animations).
This is when you will just beging to get a sketchy idea of how much will be involved cost-wise and time-wise. A lot of things will evolve as the production goes on anyway and so will the cost.

I,ve not tried using Youtube but it sounds good. There is a simple way however of integrating a video into your web page without using the media-player active-X or quicktime:
insert the video as you would a graphics using HTML but instead of specifing the source with the "src" parameter, use the "dynsrc" parameter. eg.

One draw back though is that the video will not display any controls.

TV signals come not from your tv but from your arial. So if you wish to watch tv programs on your computer, connect a tv card to your computer thus you will have a port through which to plug your arial to you computer and view you tv programmes.

A video card is however used for video captureing - that is transfering video streams from a video device like a camcoder or VCR to your computer hard drive in an encoded format such as AVI or MPEG.

If your desire is to view the contents of your computer on a tv screen then you need a graphics card (VGA card) that has provision for TV-out. You connect from your tv-out port to your tv.

Since in your case you wish to view premiership matches on your computer (that is streaming tv programs through your computer) get your self a TV card. It cost less than fivethousand naira for the desktop version and about Nine thousand for the laptop version.

Imagine what would happen if you made post that might be contrued as disparaging to your employers and then someone from the Human Resource Department of your organisation checkes your profile and saw your pix. You'd probably get canned I think.

A cyber cafe password only allows you access to their systems so you can browse. You have to register a domain name with an ISP. If you do that (or if you have done that) You will get a Website adress of your own and a password to the ISP that is hosting your domain so that you can upload files to your domain space on your ISP's server.
When you have all that in place you can then upload your site using any publishing software. You can use Microsoft Front page too. This is how:
1. Open Microsoft Front Page
2. on the File Menu Select "Open Web"
in the file open dialog box, select the folder that contains your site. Frontpage will add some file in there to make it reconise it as a web-site so that publishin will be easier.
3. Again from File menu,  select Publish web and the following dialog box appears


enter the address of your domain as where specified and click on publish

yes God will raise the dead and make them incorruptible and they shall ascend bodily into heaven. Those who are alive and are of right standing with God shall also be caught up bodily with them.
The last qoute from 1 Thessalonians 4:17 explicitly stated that those who are alive . . . to be alive means body and spirit are present together. Thus if the living will be caught up then their spirit was not to be separated from thier bodies.
Did you think God was to raise all the dead up on the last day so that an army of zombies will walk the Earth? Surely he had a plan for our bodies as well as our soul. Why else would he send his Angels to contend for the corpse of Moses (Jude 9:9).

Christ's body was never allowed to see curroption (it did not decay nor was it defiled) and the body raised into heaven. Yep our devine "Flying Christ" sits (body+Spirit) at the right hand of God.

I've built a couple of desktop based multi-level marketing system softwares complete with network facilities and internet update system to update their websites. All are selfe contained database softwares with password controlled user interfaces with different user priviledges and with complete user tracking system so that everything a logged-in user does with the software is tracked and recorded. Network subscibers hierarchy can also be view via a tree view interface.

I've also built a sort of script generating software ( for myself) that basicaly reads input from a database and creates an interactive multimedia package with the input (sort of flash application), complete with a search engine and stuff.

I hope to achieve better and greater things next year.

Anyway, you may want to try learning some stuffs on your own. It's a little tedious but it's way cheaper except if you are quite rich.
Go to computer village and make some enquiries for studio max Tutorials (about 8 CD pack - should cost like #1200), be sure to get the software too. Start from there and try your hands on the stuffs you see. Find at least one very good animator who may serve as a mentor. When you have a SPECIFIC challenge, throw him/her a question and the person will usualy be glad to help out since you are obviously making some effort on your own already.
If you did the "WALATA" poster up there then I guess you are quite creative so you have already scaled a major hurdle.

Did you mean you want a trainer (i.e. someone to train you)?

Paying of tithe in the scriptural essence is about the same as giving to the needy.
The book of deuteronomy (deut 14:22-29 and deut 26:12 & 13) list those who should benefit from the tithe as
1) the levites - They have no inheritance with the rest of Israel ecxept land to build their homestead. They thus didn't have farms or graze land for sheep and cattle and such like
2) The widows - women generaly weren't supposed to inherit land and property. They were either married back to their late husbands brother (in which case they are no more widows) or if they are rejected (tough luck).
3) The "Fatherless" - This will not be orphans. More like bastards. Children born to Israeli mothers without a man laying claim to the pregnancy. The mothers will be put to death anyway and since the childs father is unknown he cannot inherit any land. A child of the state. A welfare case.
4) Strangers within the gates - Probably refugees from other cities either sacked by war or famine or such. Poor and un-eligible to own land within Israel.
The tithe was basicaly a means of welfare for the needy and sustenance for the priests. Though the priest benefitted more since they get tithes every year as opposed to the "others" who only partake of the tithes once in 3 years on the year of tithing (deut 14: 26-29).

Sure other provisions were made for the "others" in form of alms, gleaning of fields etc.

Malachi's call for a restoration of the tithes of Isreal should not be taken as a call that the tithe is meant for priest alone. His emphasis was on the preist because he was pointing out the reason why the preist had to forsake their preiestly duties in order to eke a living ffrom the land, to the detriment of the spiritual well being of the nation. Restoration of the tithes would be a sure remedy. He did not pronounce any new laws however. He refered to the same Mosaic laws as stated in Deuteronomy.

The welfare of the needy is very important to God (deut 15:8-11). So witholding your tithe is robbing God. And God also said he who gives to the poor Lends unto God (Proverbs 19:17).
