please, a brother of mine want to travel to Germany, he needs to know the nigeria cards, visa or master "naira" that can be use abroad.
we went to FBN yesterday to apply, because he has account with them, the customer service who attended to us, said the naira master can be use to withdraw abroad, please if anyone had used it successfully without complain, let me know, thanks for response

You need to activate it for online transactions, check the small booklet that comes with the card, i dont use Africard, i use Access visa card, I can only speak on that.
