I keep telling people that oil does not make a country rich what makes people rich is the human capital I keep telling people that access to ocean doesntr make country rich, if access to ocean makes country rich maybe somalia, sudan, Nigeria, Ghana, Sao Tome would be the richest country maybe oman will be richer but the richest and the most prosperous country in EU is landlocked and they are Luxembourg and Switzerland and these countries have the highest GDP in western Europe yet they have no oil they have no access to ocean.

To bring this argument home, Anambra my home state have proved this theory to be truth from the most educated state, a state that have the highest concentration of millionaire in sub Saharan Africa, a state that have the most intellectual to a state that have the highest can do spirit and business owners, yet just like Luxembourg they don’t have oil or do I say oil in great quantity, the citizens like me care less about oil but care more about how to do the next deal or the next region to exploit. Anambra state governor, Willie Obiano has increased the salary of state workers by 16%. He announced the increase in salary during the Civil Service day celebration in Awka the state capital yesterday July 30th.

This is state that had surplus where others are broke, states that bought up other states bonds like Osun, Ondo et al. This is a state that turned education around by 360 degrees. Yes they might say these Anambra dudes beat their chest or blow their trumpets, yes it might be true but the fact is that they have the right to do so. When you look back and understand how far you have come in life, at least just like the proverbial lizard that fell from Iroko tree, what you do is nod your head. I think these peeps from Anambra deserve that.

Only a blind man will see a yoruba man and call him igbo. The physical characteristics are just way different. Yoruba men typically have small head, long ostrich neck, lack of full hair, slim build, lack of muscles, weak bone structure and jawline, and absence of deep voice. In other words they have less testosterone. Similar to those of their brothers in Togo and Benin Republic. None of these are Igbo physical traits.

Igbo and so-called SS men have similar physical traits...bigger head, shorter neck, presence of full hair, well built, strong bone structure, jawline and muscles. They have very deep voice. All these are indication of high testosterone. Explains why they dominate sports in Nigeria. That's why you can easily mistake Sen. Akpabio, Gov. Ubom, GEJ, Gov. Dickson as Igbos but can never ever, I repeat ever mistake them as yoruba. I'll stop here.

At the end, they tell you Nigeria guys are cowards and easily threatened. Why won't they be threatened?? when you maintain a social life they can't afford? Some of them need to slow down.... social hype is just too much.

Let me confess,i get sexually turned on when i hear an intelligent lady talk intellectually and i can't help falling in love with a lady who is intelligent no matter how ugly and let go of a brainless blac chyna.

I doff my hat for your intelligent arguments but let me just clear some of your deductions.

1. As per #1 you nailed it and please advice other ladies to reason as you do and i really hope you find a reasonable man who will never take advantage of your wonderful stand view.

2.You got that part wrong,i never wrote that all Igbo ladies are expensive to marry but ITS A GENERAL BELIEF by many guys that igbo ladies are expensive hence the need for any igbo lady in any committed affair with a man to start singing this into the ears of the man so that this erroneous belief will be expunged from his mentality.

3.Many ladies always get it wrong.A man may not stay sexually faithful to you because you were there for him when he had nothing BUT HE WILL NEVER EVER JOKE WITH YOU and given the chance that you remain by his side without bleeping up,he will most likely marry you even if he marries and beds other women.

Many ladies always expect that because they were there fore him,he should not even touch other ladies but this belief should be discarded.Look at Abiola,2baba,basket mouth,P square and even Olamide who sang melo melo for his lady who have been there for him.

Guys will almost never ever let go of a lady who have been there for them when they had nothing.I am a man and im telling you this raw truth so when next you se a made man and you jump on him, don't be fooled because he probably has a lady he cherishes far far above you.

4.This lady in question will still and forever be a friend to me because i invest so much in human relationship and no matter what you do to hurt me,i will always remain friends with you and never veer cut you off.

The truth is that i was getting to really love her but i have made some little sacrifices to show my care but just that one time that she had the chance to show a litle care, she blew it up due to crazy doctrinal dogma.

5.I am one guy who does not care about a ladies past as long as it does not affect the future. Like if your past abortions won't stop you from conceiving or if i will not see a crazy guy disturbing you while with me and stuffs like that.Any man who truly wnats you should know about your past to avoid unpleasant surprises but should not dwell on that.

6.Work on being a good person and invariably will be a good wife. For instance when i tell people i have been with just 2 ladies for the past 20years they scream and i always ask why? I am a sexually decent guy and always love to be with one lady not because of the love i have for her or not because i don't desire other ladies but as a believer i try to make GOD happy so Yes i agree with you that by trying to please GOD,by default we will apparently please our spouse.

As per that deliverance thing oh my you will laugh, husband hustle and after the deliverance they will ask the lady when she wants the man to walk into her life and she will say immediately then the man of GOD will decree that the man should locate her and stuffs like that.

I am not making mockery of the spiritual thingy though but its pretty funny howe it plays out.
nice post I must say but the past has a way of catching the present

these ladies will not tell you that they have dumped many guys in the name of the don't live in vgc

most of them are too vain ...imagine you as a simple dude wanting to marry a girl that have an IPad 12 phone where the guy is using tecno

majority of these ladies are not trained

I am an Igbo man but I must be honest the bride price ain't high because the last time I checked the palm wine tappers still get married in my place

the problem is the woman and the family expectations are high

when my in law came to marry my sister the bride price he paid was just 10k and me as the first born told my kinsmen that they should slash the list and its me that have the final say they complied

when I met my wife I was a corp nysc yet she stood by my side today we have a family stay in nice place and I can afford to travel out on business trip to some countries out of Africa ...how many women can do that ? bought her a car

PoliticsPresident Buhari And His Five Shocking Blunders, never Mind They Wont Tell You!!! by tonychristopher(op): 1:17pm On Jul 30, 2015
Everyone makes mistakes. We are all human beings. However, when you are the president of the country the population of which exceeds 170million people, all your actions, including even speech blunders, are never left unnoticed.

Muhammadu Buhari has been travelling a lot recently, especially after the May 29 inauguration. The most widely-publicised trips were carried out to Germany for the G7 Summit and to the United State for a meeting with Barack Obama.

Both were marked by Buhari’s slips of the tongue, which some Nigerians tagged as serious errors that must not be made by the politician of his level. The others, however, simply joked about the matter without dramatizing the situation.

See all those things that got Nigeria talking…

1. In the US

Muhammadu Buhari visits Barack Obama in the US
Speaking with President Obama about the peaceful power transition in Nigeria, Muhamadu Buhari referred to his party as the All Nigeria’s People’s Congress.

For some it sounded like a combination of the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party. Headlines screamed that the Nigerian president apparently forgot the name of his party, the opposition party that came to power following the historical elections in the country.

See the video below:

2. In the interview with Al Jazzeera

Following the postponement of the general elections earlier this year at that time the APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, expanded the abbreviation INEC as the Independent Nigerian Electoral Commission (when in reality it stands for the Independent National Electoral Commission).

And people in the comments went like:

“I can’t really believe my ears. Can this be really true?”

“I covered my face in shame as I watched the interview on aljazeera tv. What a shame to APC n al his supporters.”

Not a big deal, said the others.

3. In Oweeri

The presidential candidate, seeking support for his party in Imo state capital, failed to recall correctly the name of his running mate, Yemi Osibanjo.

Instead, he called his right-hand man “Yemi Osinbade” in the course of the big rally attended by the crowd of supporters.

4. In a conversation after the meeting in Germany

President Mihammadu Buhari attentds G7 Summit in Germany
Back to the global scale. After the G7 meeting President Buhari was briefing journalists on the outcome, when he suddenly referred to Germany as… “West Germany” (historically, West Germany seized to exist in 1990). In the same speech Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel somehow became “President Michelle of West Germany”.

Nigerians lashed out on Buhari:

“Three mistakes in just five words… ‘President Michelle of West Germany’? Our president still lives in the stone ages.”

“Dear Lord, what sort of embarrassment is this? West Germany? We all thought it was over with Patience Jona, has GMB taken he batton?”

5. In America, again

The Chibok girls abduction is still and will remain a sensitive issue for Nigeria and the whole world until they are rescued. Probably, President Buhari was nervous as he delivered speech at the National Institute of Peace. Anyway, what came out of it was another mistake as the Nigerian leader said that the children had been kidnapped from “their hotels” instead of “hostels”.
