Trying to log into Twitter now, only to be met with a dire error... Thought it to be a device or internet-provider issue, and decided to login via other gadgets, but all proved futile.

Googled out the issue and discovered I wasn't the only victim...here's CNN's view of the situation...

In as much as I like this man, his publicity these days is becoming rather appalling.
