Lightning sign(Voting Power) - The lightning sign is the voting power, and it is a way to curb abuse on the platform. Once you give a post full upvote, your 100% voting power reduces to 95%, and it will take 5 hours for it to regenerate back to 100%. Your upvote value at 100% is not the same at 95% vice versa.

This is to reduce the rate at which the Scorum Coins is printed so it won't be too much in circulation so there won't be inflation
