Fast forward a year later,

I am not exaggerating here!.. I have been acting really matured and trying to act professional but this afternoon was the height of it, he told me 'why are you acting like a virgin sef', I almost slapped him
Please I need advice on this, how do I handle work place harassment please, without it leading to court and all that. I have gotten angry, I have told him I am not comfortable with it, but he still continues, trying to push his luck the next time..
Anybody that have experienced such situation should let me know how they overcame it without destroying the business relationship you've worked so hard for.
Pardon my creation of a new Moniker, I have advertised a position here and I will not want the name of the company searched and displayed. Just leave that place biko |

PrettyCrystal: A lady who works at a mall in Abuja has revealed how she shut down a married man who made sexual passes at her after collecting her number while on duty. According to her, the man promised to make her life better only if she agrees. She politely declined and took her leave.
Read what was shared by the Humans of Abuja.
One day a gentle man whom from all indication is a married man came to my stand to patronize me. After asking for the prizes of some of our products he left promising to come back and pick up some of the selected items.
The next day he came requesting for my contact that he will call me when he is ready to pick up the items and also direct some people that will like to buy. I gave him my cell number without any ill feelings, unknown to me he has other motives for collecting my number. Two days later he called me and requested that we meet in an eatery that he has somethings to tell me, with a clear mind I went to meet him in popular eatery in Wuse 2.
To my greatest surprise the shameless married man started making sexual advances towards me with promises of making life better for me. I just smiled, took a sip from the bottle of coke he bought for me, excused myself and left for my house. In my stand I get to meet different people everyday knowing their motives towards me has being the biggest challenge. Some come and act like God sent while some come with less noise more action.

Ways to Make Your Phone Battery Last Longer Than Expected
1. Avoid keeping your Phone in a hot or heated surface
Sounds strange? Yes we know !!!
Most smartphones have battery made of either Lithium ion or Lithium Polymer battery. These two elements used for production of cell phone batteries are badly affected when there are exposed to heat and this leads to drastic drain of the battery.
2. Use power saving mode
Recent Smartphones come with power saving mood to conserve your cell battery, this feature limits you to necessary functions like call, messages, time, contacts etc. It saves your battery up to 90%, releasing more power to your cell. So when you dont need internet service in your mobile phone put it in power saving mood.

Crime › Re: Corpse Of Roseline Sougie, Killed By Husband By Sliting Her Throat In Oshodi by tottinova: 5:58pm On May 28, 2016 |
ObiOmaMu: A 49-year-old man, Jafaru Sougie, pictured below, allegedly killed his wife of 26 years yesterday at Araromi Street in Oshodi area of Lagos State.
Jafaru reportedly slit his wife’s throat with a knife around 2am but she was discovered dead at 4am by one of their children named Richmond and his aunt who raised the alarm.
The suspect poisoned himself thereafter and was vomiting in the bathroom when Richmond woke up.
The Edo State indigene was reportedly rescued from a mob by policemen from the Akinpelu division and was rushed to a hospital while the wife’s corpse was deposited in a morgue.
Forty-six-year-old Roseline sold frozen foods in the Ijora area and was said to be the breadwinner of the family as the killer husband was jobless.
Saturday PUNCH gathered that Jafaru had serially assaulted Roseline on the grounds of being unfaithful. Apart from the infidelity allegation, he reportedly beat the mother of five children for collecting gifts from her relatives for the upkeep of the family.
Richmond, 16, said that he could not explain what came over his father to have committed the act, saying he started behaving strangely afterwards.
He said: “My three siblings, our aunt and I slept in the living room while dad and mum were inside. Around 4am, dad called me from the bathroom. I went to meet him but he did not say anything. I went outside to urinate and when I came back, I checked the bathroom and saw him lying down, vomiting some black substance and excreting on his body. I think he poisoned himself. I told my aunt to wake mum up to attend to him. But she didn’t wake up. “I shone a flashlight on her and saw blood on the bed with a wide cut in her neck. I fainted when we discovered she was dead. We later asked dad how it happened, he said somebody entered and did it whereas the compound gate is always locked in the night. “It was mum that took care of us. She was the one sponsoring my elder brother, Collins, who just gained admission into a university in Abia State. I don’t know our fate now. “The landlord of our former rented house on Michael Street sent us out because dad always quarrelled with mum. We were also sent away from Banjoko Street for the same reason.” The aunt, Veronica Imomoh, who confirmed the assault, said she was surprised the woman did not scream during the attack.
She added: “Our family had warned him to stop beating her. He didn’t have any work and she was the one feeding him and paying the rent. Anytime she collected gifts from her relatives, he quarrelled with her. He would accuse her of sleeping with men and beat her up. There was a time he took her to our village in Edo State to swear whether she was cheating on him or not and she did. “Yesterday (Thursday) he demanded N10,000 from the wife, saying he wanted to travel. She was trying to raise the money from her friends. But I don’t know whether that was the immediate cause of the incident.” A neighbour, Simeon Nnoron, said he had tried to prevail over Jafaru to stop assaulting the deceased to no avail, adding that he suspected he was on drug and wanted to use the woman for rituals.
Roselin’s elder sister, Mrs. Kate Yakubu, said she had wanted to divorce the husband two years ago but was enjoined to rescind the decision.
She said: “They fought two years ago because he wanted her to stop selling the frozen foods. During the argument, he held her in the neck and removed strands of hair from her head with his teeth. She left the house for a week to live with his brother in Masasa. She wanted to quit the marriage but we begged her not to because of the children. There was a time he said he smelt sperm in her pants after she returned from Seme where she normally bought goods.” The Deputy spokesperson, Lagos State Police Command, DSP Damasus Ozoani, said the suspect had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation. “It was a murder case and the husband was suspected to be under the influence of drug. The case has been transferred to the SCID and investigation has commenced,” he said.

Politics › Re: Why Alison-madueke Is Not Yet Repatriated, By EFCC by tottinova: 3:02pm On May 18, 2016 |
masterpiece86: Agency arrests Bauchi, party ex-scribes, aide
From the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has come a clarification why former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Dieziani Alison-Madueke, has not been repatriated to face the corruption allegation preferred against her.
According to the anti-graft agency, it is waiting for the conclusion of the corruption case she is facing in the United Kingdom (UK), before she would be extradited to answer for the alleged $115 billion election campaign scam for which many prominent Nigerians are being investigated.
Those that have been grilled in connection with the purported scam, which was allegedly carried out through Fidelity Bank, were former Governors Liyel Imoke, Ibrahim Shekarau, Ramalan Yero, Achike Udenwa and Ibrahim Shema. Erstwhile ministers have also been quizzed.
One-time Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bashir Aminu Wali and his Minister of State II, Dr. Nurudeen Muhammad had also been questioned in connection with the fund.
Others in that category are officials of the Independent National Electoral commission (INEC) and those of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as well as Senator Chris Anyanwu and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Michael Ahamba.
Though the senator, senior lawyer and Udenwa have since denied involvement.
Also yesterday, the anti-corruption body arrested a former Secretary to Bauchi State Government, Alhaji Ahmed Ibrahim, former Personal Assistant to ex-Governor Isa Yuguda, Alhaji Sanusi Mohammed Isa and the Secretary of the state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Salisu Garba in respect of the alleged fraud.
The Bauchi suspects were alleged to have collected N500 million out of the money.
An EFCC source informed The Guardian that they were arrested and interrogated in Gombe yesterday.
“The suspects, in their statements, said the N500 million cash was distributed in the Ramat Hall of Bauchi State Government House. The former secretary to the government and the secretary of PDP admitted collecting N20 million each and the former personal assistant collected N15 million. However, they have individually pledged to refund the amount each had collected from the fund,” the source added.
