Must be a fast learner and carryout duties that be assigned by the Line Manager.

I see nothing wrong in it since it's a way to assist him to doing something.

But you have to politely ask yourself this questions and respond sincerely if actually you know.....
1) Do you really know your brothers' character or attitude?
2) Have you ever given him an advice and he took it sincerely.........knowing now that you will be giving him instructions and duties at the work place. Sometimes some of the duties may seem like an errand.....
3) Do you trust him enough not to undermine your authority especially in the work place?
4) There are so many interests in a working place apart from getting a job done.,....,....will your different interests not affect your relationship as a family?

Well, I can't really say much about him because we don't stay close to each other

It is the dream of every man to marry a virgin lady even if the man himself is not a virgin. But the truth is that virgin ladies nowadays are very scarce. Girls of 16 years and above are already in the game.

These girls did not disvirgin themselves. Majority of these girls from 16 to 19 years were taken advantage of by older guys who promised them heaven and earth. Girls at these age bracket are usually vulnerable. Most times they get trapped by the small small pocket money they receive from older guys which their parents doesn't give them.

Please guys, stop taking advantage of these little girls. Don't promise to marry them, take away their virginity and run away. Same will be done to your sisters and daughters

Sadly, African culture encourages extravagance...for marriages, burials, naming ceremonies, etc.
Most men wouldn't even want this.

It is still same Africa that a man will do traditional wedding, white wedding and court wedding on top one third hand lady that has given out her self for free to all the street boys.

And her family will want you to marry her as brand new!

Nigeria's marriage act does not provide for private wedding... Only at registry or a place of worship.

Baba the most important is the parents giving out their children for marriage in a simple and beautiful way.

How many of our parents do their wedding for registry?

And they still stay together for "better for worse"

The picture is a dad who gave out his daughter to a man for marriage.

This is the most simple wedding I have seen.

Parents should make wedding simple for guys.

Making wedding simple doesn't mean your daughter won't be valued by her husband.

The most important thing is the parents blessing.
