For someone who is pregnant and wants to apply for Tier 4 Visa, do they need to show maintenance funds for the baby in the womb?

Please guys, about the statement of account, do I print 28days to the day I applied for visa? Eg: I applied on 23 Aug so do I have to count 28days to 23rd and print?

My colleague got a refusal cause of this last year. His refusal letter states investigation shows insufficient balance. His statement had way more than the required amount for 28days but he pulled it out. Whether bank had right or not, he has had to put in another application last week. It’s better to be safe than sorry, if you must touch it wait till you receive decision email first before doing so.

As far as I know, no but I'd like to know why your school insisted on using the school accommodation.

Why not just use your school's address to avoid complications? You don't need to upload proof of address but you need to know what your options are and have an idea of where you'd be staying.

Same happened to me. I thanked them for their offer and said i initially chose them because of their ranking blah blah, but unfortunately, i am choosing to withdraw my application in favour of another university for personal reasons.....i requested for a refund of the fee i paid previously...... I ended my email by thanking them for their "beautiful offer"........Schools know and expect students to consider other universities, so its no biggy. Hope this helps....cheers!

I was at TLS Ikeja on Tuesday for my appointment.
They were not accepting walk-ins at that time; they said any Tier 4 applicant who wanted to do a walk-in should return the next day (Wednesday) and I know someone who actually was able to do a walk-in on Wednesday.
I heard that going forward that would be the pattern, but I cannot vouch for that - let's see what happens this coming week.

Well, this happened to me this morning, I actually lost my old date, like in my dashboard what was written was no date selected.
I had to book the new date afresh


If it's a glitch or a new method, I don't know. I'm just saying what happened to me.

So yeah, I lost my old date before I could book a new one.

The customer care personnel might not know what exactly is obtainable or it might be a new policy for that branch of the bank to clamp down on their staff who do back door runs

The statement printed by the bank for personal and visa use are usually the same, no differences.

As long as your surname and first name are on it exactly as it is on your passport, you’re good and shouldn’t let ‘additional names’ delay the process.
