This acquisition may not scale through. Buhari and Sylva are leaving in less than a year. NUPRC(DPR) is there forever. Under the PIA the consent has to come from them and they don't want to give it.

If this things gets to court, NUPRC will win. Make dem go beg them.

Its called 'ministerial consent' for a reason. Its just the impunity and 'anyhowness' in Nigeria, else someone would be packing their bags out of office today. I don't see how there is any wrong on your part for utilizing dividend funds paid into your account. They should patiently wait until such a time you are able to fund your account before taking whatever the computed wht amounts to. But their personnel responsible for such blunder has probably already been shown the way out
