there are canals in lagos for goodness sake.

most are clogged with trash and act as trash heaps.

the problem here is overcrowding- makes it very difficult to plan or manage anywhere.

you sound like one of those women who sleep with babalawos and random madmen, in the bid to snag a husband through fetish means.

always after other people's men due to your low self worth which keeps the unattached ones away.

turn to Jesus and stop worshipping the devil while pretending to be a saint.

I am sure you were there when he was adopted by Abibatu Mogaji. Only if he would take the high road, like Obama, and present the adoption papers for us all to see with our korokoro eyes. Maybe then, we will all give it a rest.
Mississippi is a river that over flooded its banks

we do not experience wildfire in nigeria most ecspecially not the humid south

there is not excuss for lagos state government
my point is flooding happens every year in parts of the US.

likewise, wildfires.

lagos state govt is not superman and i'm sure will do whatever it can to alleviate the situation, but with the overpopulation of lagos, it's a very tough call.

of course telling developers and tenants not to live in or market flood prone areas, isnt an option because our suffering is too much in nigeria.

explain yourself better because if what you mean is gay marriage, licking myriads of privates all over the place, legalizing cocaine and such, then you might need to remain overseas and be free there.

Romance › Re: U Must Not Marry, U Must Not Have Kids. by tpia5: 7:43pm On Jun 16, 2011
The western countries that you people keep quoting as examples of where people commonly live togethr without marriage- which country is that because most westerners (especially whites) have an extremely high marriage rate and it's actually rare to see a white person (especially women) who's never been married. At the very least its not as common as people imagine it is. A white woman will marry if she wants to, and will choose from any available ethnicity without batting an eyelid. AA women are trying to catch up with that but even then havent quite.
Romance › Re: Plz Help : Am Not Trying To Expose My Friend by tpia5: 7:36pm On Jun 16, 2011
Do the crime, do the time.

Thanks, no need for millions of imaginary scenarios- that one no concern me. Keep your zipper up before marriage and stop sleeping around after marriage.

If that's impossible for you to do, then accept Jesus in your life before you pass on to the great beyond.

This is the beginning and the end of the whole matter.

All the gbeboruns, keep walking- nothing to see here. Show's over. Your plan has failed, so you can go and bury your heads in shame at your silly plan to destabilize the southwest.
Family › Re: Life After Death: Jos People Your Opinion by tpia5: 11:06am On Jun 16, 2011
unfortunately, nigerian society isnt exactly friendly to widows.

so yes, she should ask her church and/or relatives for support, or just trust God.

not much that can be done otherwise.
