advanceDNA:if all else fails, they will say they were hacked. |
Hemanwel:the gist of this article is that some people in a ministry in Nigeria, tried to perpetuate a scam on their own citizens by charging a huge non-refundable fee for visa applications, that the host country (UAE) now say they know nothing about apparently. The UAE say they do no know jackshit about the website that was planned to be used to perpetuate said extortion. |
LegendHero:official page without blue tick, grey tick or yellow tick? Lol |
Goodvibes007:there is no blue tick, no grey tick, no yellow tick. How are you certain that page is even the real official page? Lol |
Not surprised. Was just waiting for time to pass and more to unfold. David is not infallible, but 9 times out of 10, dude knows what he is saying and doing per time. Who first unravelled the Nigeria Air scam?? |
blacknp:lol Normally I don't respond to scroungers, but I'll indulge this once. Omo Ondo ni mi, Owomomowo ni Odoshida to be exact, Ondo West. Both my folks from Ondo West. Mother's side na Adegoju, Oke-odunwo. Born and raised in Lagos, graduated from Lasu, infact I chop scholar money for the 4yrs cos was a 4-pointer GPA student. My mother only last year retired from the LASG civil service, Ministry of Health. During hols for school then, I participated as support staff in Jigi Bola eye mission initiative for diagnosis, and gifting of reading glasses (which was literally the only commendable new thing Tinubu did himself those 8 years). I probably have gotten physically closer to him than you have. Currently have my permanent residence in Ibadan. Try harder 👊 |
raskymonojendor:https://www.nairaland.com/8017949/how-nigeria-people-govt-got Just like they escaped Bubu with their lives and still voted same APC..They (the majority this thread describes) will vote APC again. |
raskymonojendor:I sure had a good laugh seeing how the leadership he stan-ed has radicalised him and made him so flagrantly rebellious in mere months....sotey he dey swear for himself in a way, e no know. I don't care about the options, water under the bridge. I care more about his stan-ship that has gone sour, after being thoroughly whooped with the reality say they don't care about him... unfortunately the whooping has only just begun He should not be flip flopping like a transposon. Shebi he made the best and wisest choice... |
See a shining, glaring, and even comical evidence of your submission in the thread below https://www.nairaland.com/8156661/how-it-started-vs-how#131001394 Unfortunately, democracy is the govt of majority, and so when that majority no get sense and senses, wahala go everly dey, evident by how Nigeria has been turninoniown before I was born, more so even till now, and sadly for a while to come.

Me I sha don't know why y'all keep giving this nuisance the attention. Unbeknownst to you, you are helping it's career, giving it publicity and strengthening it's online presence. Not like it is smart enough to use any of those factors for anything positive or to any benefit, but still una dey give am relevance. A nobody should not be given relevance like this. Ignore the rat, and watch it disappear into certain obliivion, but No you all keep energising it and feeding it with attention. Anyway, to each his own. |

Hilarious. Slow folks that only get sense either temporarily, or when it's much too late. 🤣🤣🤣 Na now him day just break..na the folks wey need to protest be this. How does he not know he is indirectly cursing himself here? No be him fellow sycophant bros and sisters dey erect 2027 billboard?

Nigerians had a prime opportunity in 2023 to rewrite history, clear the stables, and begin on a fresh slate...one where the people show unequivocally that power belongs to the people and that failure should/will have consequences. Majority of Nigerians failed to do that. They decided it was a good idea to not only reward failure, but also give an already power drunk person more power. Enjoy your emperor folks. You have till 2027 to maybe learn a thing or two, or to self-destruct further. But to engage in one stoopid protest, miss me with that BS! Anybody wey wan protest, na cos you have ample time on your hands, so have at it. Whatever you see, ko f'ara mo! You want to protest against a man who is that drunk on power, when there is clearly no united front and probably never will be. Good luck. |
Haha Late Funsho Williams' assassination when he undoubtedly had the upper hand and a clear path to victory in Lagos state, readily comes to mind. Mysteries, mysteries.... |
Enough evidence of people being grazed in more sensitive areas, even children. All this McGyver analysis wey we dey do, I no understand oo Graze is graze....nicked, brushed, bruised, extremely minimal contact.
|
missjekyll:was not a penetrating trauma. Bullet didnt hit dead on, but rather grazed the top surface of ear. If a buckshot with more pound force and more spread can graze the tip of an ear, a rifle round with less force & spread can do same. Again, no report in the last 12 to 24 hours is even talking about the glass thingy again. All the media reports are agreeing that the bullet grazed his ear. He has been to a hospital, a doctor can easily identify a glass shard cut from a bullet graze I believe. Also, I'm not interested in debating pro or anti-gun rights/policies. American people, american problem. Na Bulaba problem I dey battle with for here.
|
missjekyll:all the reports I have seen that points to the shards of glass conspiracy were in the early hours of the incident. All the reports that have been within the last 12-24 hours have all said bullet grazed his ear. I'm not a specialist with guns, but the little I know, I still think any bullet can graze you, if it doesn't hit you dead on. I have read of bullets just peeling the skin. I tried doing some research on what you said, and couldn't find anything direct, cos of course it will be hard to find a specific case of some being grazed by this exact gun/bullet, even though there are many many reports of people being grazed with other type of bullets....but thankfully I did find something that can offer a logical inference that backs up what I also believe is possible and is the case. Buckshots have higher spread and force than assault rifle bullets, and there is a submission someone made on quora 4yrs ago about someone being grazed at the tip of the ear with a buckshot, and that didn't take the person's ear off, cos it was the tip. Also there is a slowed down and frozen image of the exact moment the bullet ripped by his head, and that also was when he reacted..is that image fake?

First of, I like Trump and think he did well in his term, bar his handling of covid, which has so many nuances that I think worth consideration. This was a pandemic that wasn't planned for, but shook the world nonetheless...and yes they say Trump didn't take it seriously, and we heard that everyday. Let's agree that is the case, he still provided all that was needed to get a vaccine out in record time. He did that. Now, post election, and today covid has now been officially/scientifically agreed to be basically like any other cold/flu (Google it, if in doubt)....that sound familiar yep that was basically what he was saying in the early days (maybe not in the best way giving the emergent nature/pulse at the time), but it all still came full circle. I'm hammering on this particular point cos that is the major thing Dems and most others used against him, and the grouse most have against him. All well, and good. Aside that, he had good figures when he ran the economy, and he put America first. He is the president of America, he doesn't have to be the Mr nice guy of the world, he really majorly has to be the president of America, and do what is best for America and Americans and I think he did okay, in that regard, in my opinion. not saying he doesn't have his downsides, his rambunctiousness for one, but I really think he did well and right by America. When I heard of this shooting na Church I dey this afternoon...I no even know, na fellows there dey tell me say Twitter don dey on fire since yday...wetin concern me with Twitter. My first response was why now? Shey no be say this thing na strategy to sway emotions of voters? This despite that I like and support Trump o. Well, from the little I have gathered, I think it doesn't look staged at all. I think he got very lucky,.cos if he didn't twitch his head at that moment, he would be dead by now. As per the wound, and his ear not being blown off, YES YOU CAN GET GRAZED BY A BULLET, NO MATTER THE SIZE OR CALIBER OF THAT BULLET. HE GOT GRAZED AND THAT HAPPENS. Same bullet killed someone else in its path. I don't think it was staged cos of the profile of the shooter. Think about it, if you want to stage something like that with your life on the line, you would get a seasoned professional, like expendables or MI6 level of professional to do that. It's just the logical thing I would do if i wanted to stage something as risky as my head being possibly blown off if this shooter isn't worth his weight in gold. 20 years old nerd isn't the profile of the perp that connected politicians would use to stage something like this. Just doesn't make sense to do that. He was in the line of fire ffs, certainly they would get a seasoned pro to try that kinda shi |

Only a foolish person, that doesn't know what he/she is doing will sell any stable store of value they have, be it USD or gold, where USD is cheaper and easier to buy in this regard. Ko no da fun patriotism ti o da nkan kan. The country will eat you up and spit you out. PH refinery never show till now. Haha |
godwinngbede:At least Binance is off the hook now, same as Abokifx during the Emefoole years of the same calamitous APC. Cardunce-o on the beat!🤣🤣🤣 Life is generally unfair, esp in Nigeria. There are millions who are smarter, more qualified and better than this slowpoke, but hey he gets to have been a tier-3 bank top exec, and now even CBN governor simply due to connections and his ability to do boy-boy. Incompetent, unintelligent and just generally out of his depth. Lucky him sha!!! I already predicted how shallow he will be from day one https://www.nairaland.com/8017949/how-nigeria-people-govt-got |

tellsblinks:oh really, I'll check. That was the good ol' PDP days, when you could spend thousands of dollars using your naira ATM bank card. I used to do around 10k USD a year then (that was just 1.5m at the time). It was my savings and I would always find something to invest in so it could keep growing. All that is not possible anymore, thanks to the calamity called the APC. |
Ayemileto:lol. I experienced this back in 2014, when I invested in the planting of 2 hectares of maize and cassava. After the first two days, with how dem pack my maize despite plenty fight, I gave em the middle finger and told them not to bother coming back the third day, cos they just no gree hear word. I had to let them dry, shell, and then sell. It cost me more, cos of harvesting, transportation (this one I used my official car at the time a Renualt Logan for it, so only fuel money for like 20 back and forth trips btw the farm and silo🤣), storing in a silo, shelling,....but that was the only way i was gonna be able to break even. I never did agric after that, cos that was literally the only thing I have ever invested in, wey stress me, and on top I didn't make money. Other things wey I no need move one finger I dey make btw 50- 300% ROI back then importing and selling jewelry, shoes, clothes, car scanners (I was one of the first movers selling this, and made a lot of money)...the good ol' PDP days!! You will likely need to sell that maize dry, if you will break even, talkless of making profit. With wet maize there is literally only one use, to be boiled/roasted and eaten, and those women will have to buy cheap so they can make profit, cos they will buy coal, wood, and do all the roasting/boiling... Whereas with dry maize there are many uses and so more options, and with that more value. |
Kee yourself na. Dramatic Karen! |
And yet we were told Tinubu built all that... |
mightyhaze:lo ba tan o.. The 2billie is just the down payment for a roasted corn of electricity. Dazall!🤣 |

all this is inconsequential. At least based on his logic, it wasn't past administrations that made the naira tissue paper, or pari passu disjointedly effected the 'magic bullet' PMS subsidy removal, which took PMS to the 700s and yet there are still fuel queues everywhere every 2 market days since then, as we can see. So thankfully, we know where, and to whom to fix culpability. We must ALL stand on the mandate gidigba |
Realtord43:imagine the audacity of that clown. Even the achiever wey own Nairaland won't have cautioned someone about opening a thread, much less a scrounger who has achieved nothing and wastes all day opening worthless threads him/herself. The clown literally wastes each passing day opening unhelpful, unwholesome and divisive threads, but still is asking someone not to open a 'how much' thread. Ment! |
All I know is you must keep standing on the mandate. Don't be fickle like Madridguy and hop off this mandate. O gbodo duro s'ori mandate yen d'opin Lobatan o. https://www.nairaland.com/8017949/how-nigeria-people-govt-got |
kwakudtraveller:ewelele🤣🤣🤣🤣 Own goal! Hehehe He/she no know say reverse image search is a thing apparently |
