First her parent gave her 12K for a phone and you gave her 5k and she didn't buy any and only reaches you at her convenience which connotes her unwillingness to get connected with you. What did she say she used the money for? This girl doesn't seem like she's interested in reaching you like you're to her. For someone who really want to stay in touch they would have gotten themselves a phone with that money against all odds. What phone does she reaches you with and how often does she call?

Perhaps she might even have a phone but doesn't want to give you her number as this could unearth some things she's shielding away from you.
Tnks broda.

HealthCholesterol: Causes And Symptoms. by Treash(op): 8:17pm On Aug 12, 2015
WHAT IS CHOLESTEROL?
Cholesterol is found in every cell of the body and has important natural functions. It is manufactured by the body but can also be taken in from food. It is waxy and fat-like in appearance.
Cholesterol is oil-based and so does not mix with the blood, which is water-based. It is therefore carried around the body in the blood by lipoproteins.
Cholesterol has four main functions, without which we could not live.
Contributes to the structure of cell walls
Makes up digestive bile acids in the intestine
Allows the body to produce vitamin D
Enables the body to make certain hormones.
.
HIGH CHOLESTEROL LINKED TO INFERTILITY -
Prospective parents with high cholesterol levels could be in for a long wait to become pregnant, a new study published.
CHOLESTEROL DIET
The HEART UK, has identified "six super foods" that actively lower cholesterol levels:
• Soya foods (15g a day) - soya milk, soya desserts, soya meat alternatives, soya nuts, edamame beans and tofu
• Nuts - a handful a day
• Oats and barley - providing the soluble fiber beta glucan
• Plant sterols/stanols - found in a wide range of foods
• Fruits and vegetables
• Foods rich in unsaturated fats - for example, canola and vegetable oils.
THE HEART UK also lists foods that are bad for cholesterol levels:
• Butter
• Ghee
• Hard margarines
• Lard
• Fatty and processed meat
• Dairy fats.
WHAT CAUSES HIGH CHOLESTEROL?
High cholesterol is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, a cause of heart attacks, and reducing blood lipid levels lowers the cardiovascular risk.
Two types of causes lead to high cholesterol levels: Modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. The major risk factors are highly modifiable. Something can be done about them. They are:
Diet
Exercise and weight.
Limiting intake of fat in the diet helps manage cholesterol levels, limiting foods, in particular, that contain: Meat, cheese and egg yolks are sources of cholesterol.
Cholesterol (from animal foods, such as egg yolks, meat and cheese) Saturated fat (found in some meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, and deep-fried and processed foods)
Trans-fat (found in some fried and processed foods).
Being overweight or obese can lead to higher blood LDL levels so exercise can help manage this risk factor.
The primary causes of high cholesterol are genetic.
Abnormal cholesterol levels may also be secondary to the following:
*Diabetes
*Liver or kidney disease
*Polycystic ovary syndrome
*Pregnancy and other conditions that increase levels of female hormones.
*Under-active thyroid gland.

FAST FACTS ON CHOLESTEROL
• Cholesterol is an essential substance that is produced by the body but is also available from foods.
• The greatest risk factors for high cholesterol are modifiable lifestyle choices - diet and exercise.
• Having high cholesterol does not produce any symptoms.
• Cholesterol levels should be blood-tested once every five years.
• First-line ways to reduce cholesterol involve lifestyle changes.
• If lifestyle changes are unsuccessful or cholesterol levels are very high, lipid-lowering drugs such as statins may be prescribed.
• High cholesterol levels are an important contributor in the calculation of an individual's risk of having a heart attack within the next ten years.

TV/MoviesOnly My Husband Can Turn Me On – Omotola Ekeinde by Treash(op): 7:42pm On Aug 09, 2015
Ex-model and Ondo State-born Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde is a Nigerian actress, singer and philanthropist. The award-winning actress has appeared in over 200 movies and received numerous high-profile awards. Omotola is the first African celebrity to receive over one million likes on her Facebook page. Today, beyond her show business accomplishments, the mother of four has been applauded for her remarkable humanitarian efforts. In this interview with Telegraph’s ABIOLA ALABA PETERS, the beautiful wife of a pilot and Member of the Order of the Federal Republic speaks about her family, politics and what has helped her get to where she is today Your children seem to be delving into showbiz. Was it your idea or their choice? Absolutely not. It was not my idea or their father’s, it was proudly their choice. We are happy about it; we are proud of them and that is why we are supporting them. Only two of them are into showbiz. One of my daughters is into fashion; that is Mariareh. Plans are already in top gear for her to go study fashion in school. My first son is a music producer cum singer. He had wanted to be a pilot, but for funny reasons, he changed his plans and decided on music. Do you still influence their decisions? Not at all. I can only advise them. When it involves their career, they take decisions for themselves. If any of my children wants to be a welder, I will gladly support him or her and give them the best of education in that field. How is your online store doing and why such an initiative? Oh wow! It’s doing very well. Our clients and fan base keep growing by the day. I am grateful to God for that. If you were offered a ticket to contest for the seat of a governor in your state and it’s confirmed you will win, would you consider the offer? I won’t accept the offer; but maybe, if it’s in Lagos, I will accept the offer. You have been involved in charity work and some motivational projects. How much joy does it give you? I have always been actively involved in charity work, maybe you don’t see them. I have just returned from South Africa where I went for a program, ‘POVERTY S*XIST.’ What is that one thing or those things your colleagues are fond of in the industry and you are not down with? Those who are very close to me know that too well, I can’t specify. Have you ever been been attracted to any man apart from your husband? No! I’ve never been attracted to any man other than my husband. My husband is sweet; he’s very cute, handsome and attractive. He’s the one man I have always been attracted to all my life. When will you produce your own movie? Well, maybe sometime in the future. But for now, no plans whatsoever. Twenty years down the line, how has it been and what lessons do you want your fans and other upcoming acts to learn from your rise to fame and fortune? There’s so much to learn, and that’s why I introduced my reality show, ‘THE REAL ME.’ It’s not easy getting here, but I am thankful to God and my husband. I couldn’t have achieved this much without him. For my fans and the rising stars, they should be prayerful, determined, focused, hardworking and by His grace, they will get there. What do you have for those who have been wishing that your marriage had hit the rocks a long time ago? They should keep wishing. That’s all I have to say. Three things you cherish about your husband. Oh my hero, my pillar of support, my ever cute captain. I admire and respect him for his calmness, dignity and his love and fear for God. So much I cherish about him, he’s one in a million. Do you still wash your husband’s clothes and cook for him? Well, he’s sitting next to me (pointing at her husband). Maybe, you should ask him. What advice do you have for President Muhammadu Buhari? He should scrap NYSC. It’s not useful, he should please do that for Nigerians. Our children don’t need it anymore. Why do you want NYSC scrapped, knowing fully well it’s a national orientation programme? I have looked at the programme thoroughly and exactly what it’s supposed to have achieved over the years. Believe me, there is no credible or tangible result. It’s a total waste of time and resources and I think all the time and resources should be channelled into something more resourceful. For instance, I have had situations where some members of my staff, in the name of NYSC, left for a year only to come back and their spaces had been taken by another. You can imagine. NYSC is not just adding any value to our society or even to the lives of our children. I am of the opinion that it should be scrapped. So what other useful and relevant programmes do you suggest? Skills acquisition. We have had situations whereby the young ones, after graduation, are with no jobs. They start roaming the streets or even go into crime to survive. This is an urgent situation that needs to be addressed. Let us make good plans for our children, instead of going to waste a whole year of their struggle, claiming they are serving their fatherland. They should be trained and equipped with skills. That way, their future is secure. Where do you see yourself and your children, especially those in showbiz, in five years? B y G o d ’ s g r a c e , five years from now, I see them at the peak of their careers, all doing us proud with their different talents.

Though am not a front page contender, but please this is for public awareness. Its a disclaimer against Barr. Francis who claimed and posted on this page that he graduated with First Class in Law, University of Ilorin, now alleging of bringing Sahara Reporter down.
Am convinced he neither studied Law nor graduated with First Class in Unilorin. Which year did he graduate with first class? Reports shows that only one person graduated with 1st class from Law, Unilorin, and that person was Kazeem Ilias Abiodun, in 2013. He was my class mate, coz i also graduated from Law also, but with Second Class Lower Division. In fact,i went to Law school, Lagos Campus together with Kazeem Abiodun Ilias. That so called Barr. Francis lies; he may not even be in Sydney, Australia as he claimed.

Crime20 Yoruba Charms And Their Meanings. by Treash(op): 8:25am On Aug 06, 2015
1.Ijaya (To Frighten). A charm used in frightening an adversary or an antagonist in a place of work, school e.t.c or is there anyone you want to take advantage of that you want him/ her to keep mute while you express your opinion and explore every good things to your advantage. Ijaya will do it all. it causes overwhelming fear unreasonably to human and animals. 2.Eru (Fear) if you place someone on “Eru” he or she will be afraid of you for life when around your vicinity 3.Mayehun (Refuse me not) it is used when you want a person to grant your request after a command is made) could be used in wooing a lady, request money from people, Miser, tight-fisted friend or wealthy man. There is a simple incantation that goes with some Mayehun formulas: “In Yoruba Language; Orun Lo ngba towo omode Orun Lo ngba towo agba ” x5 Translation: “Sleep takes from the young Sleep takes from the old Part of the preparation goes thus. You put a cowry (cowrie shell) in each hand when going to sleep . The following morning it would have dropped from your hands. Pick them up and pound them (to powder) with the herbs” 4.Afose(To Speak and come to pa$$ or Speak and happen) is a quite advance form of Ase. it is usually prepared with black soap and put inside an Animal’s horn e.g Cow’s, Antelope’s, Cow’ e.t.c Whenever Afose is Spoken with happens immediately or later in the future depending on the potency of the charm or the nature of the issue the Afose is addressing. Yoruba forefathers possessed some Afose to address nature elements such as rain, fire, outbreak e.t.c and on the negative size to curse(Epe) I personally had one that i use to stop a car from starting also have seen one that is use to dry up a very big tree in three days. The tree was cursed with that Afose with Afose you could place a curse on somone or any Object be it animated or Non. 5.Gbetugbetu.This is more of a hypnotizing charm. The person under the spell doesn’t really know what he is doing. It is used in compelling people to do the most impossible things. Things they would naturally not do or refuse to do. It is somewhat difficult to prepare but there are some simple formulas too, however they also vary in degree of potency. The powerful ones that I know has in it as part of its ingredients the rope that a man hanged himself with. To illustrate its power I would narrate an incident that happened which was manipulated by the use of Gbetugbetu. A friend once used it to call a stubborn but pretty lady into his room. (Normally she would have shunned him right off.) When she got inside he commanded her to strip, which she instantly did, but he didn’t touch her. 3 days later the girl came to her senses, she confronted my friend and an argument broke out. It was settled but after that incident the girl avoided my friend from then onwards. Mor*l of story — You don’t play such jokes ‘cos you’ve got the power. Our forefathers used it when they were attacked by a gang of thieves; they just commanded them to fight (each other) or hand over their weapons 6.Olugbohun. The “sound picker.” It is believed to be a powerful spirit that picks whatever is said and makes it happen, if not immediately very soon. (Even if u mistakenly curse your children out of frustration.) Now this is not a genie that will drop things physically in front of you, like food, wine and a flying carpet. However it will create a situation that will cause your request to be met. It is not kept in the house but far away in the bush and its consulted only once in a while. 7.Ase (To command Power and authority) it has the ability to make whatever Statement you make to come to pa $$ or happen or ability to compel anything to compel to your will which include Animated and inanimated object) 8.Aluwo (Charm to make someone fall after being hit) 9.Agbefuye (Lightening charm) 10.Olonde (Charm that makes one to lose one’s sense after being hit) 11.Gbekude (Death ceasing) 12.Afeeri (Disappearing charm) 13.Kanako (Distance shortening charm) 14.Egbe (Air flight charm without using jet, chopper or plane) 15.Amudo (Fucvking charm/Charm that can be use to fuvk, i.e with or without her approval) Remember don jazzy Eminado? was culled from Amudo. 16.Tude (Loose bondage) 17.Ewon Sanpona (Small pox handcuff) 18.Okigbe (Cutla$$ proof) 19.Ayeta (Bullet proof) 20.Isoye (Memory enhancing charm) without reading much you will pa$$.

CelebritiesStar Trek 2: Tuface, MI Rock Makurdi by Treash(op): 4:20am On Aug 02, 2015
Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, came alive on Saturday as it played host to Star Music Trek phase 2. The event, which held at the IBB Square in the city, was headlined by Afro pop star, Tuface Idibia, who performed alongside acts such as MI, Faze, Yemi Alade, Kcee and Runtown. Gbenga Adeyinka was the MC with Tony Blaze and DJ Neptune on the wheels of steel. Commenting on the show, Tuface said: “This is where it all began for me so obviously it’s a highly emotional experience. It’s like a homecoming and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to perform for my people at home.” On his part, Edem Vindah, Corporate Media & Brand PR Manager, NB Plc, said: “Star lager is committed to providing a platform to inspire Ni gerian youths wherever they may be, and this was another instance. We are particularly excited to present Tuface to his hometown crowd in Benue State, for inspiration to the youths.” Organised by Nigerian Breweries, Star Trek has thrilled music fans for nearly two decades, using the potent vehicle of music to pass across positive social messages to young people. This year’s theme, My Superstar Story inspires the youth to view their situations as a work in progress and to always keep their goals in mind. After a hugely successful first phase which passed through Calabar, Abakaliki and Awka, the fun train moves to Sapele on August 8, Auchi on August 15, Ibadan on August 22, and finally Lagos on August 29.

CrimeAnother Bird Turns Into A Woman In Lagos. by Treash(op): 4:10am On Aug 02, 2015
Although the latest incident ended peacefully, as a woman who has confessed of killing four people was taken to police department, in majotiry of similar cases womenas well children are brutalized by locals. Nigerians react Nigerians took to social media to express their dissapontment and anger at government for taking no action to isolate mentally ill people (who are often blamed for black magic) from society. Blessing Bassey: Every mad woman is a bird turned to a human, I wish government will take mad people off the street, so birds will continue to be birds. Chukwuemeka Osadebe:Poverty is sin. Why the bird-humans have not been ever seen in Ikoyi and Banana Island? Na so so downtown. Una doo. Aramide Kehinde:They are not birds, they are mentally deranged people. Stop tagging them witches! Accusations of witchcraft remain common in Nigeria, where magic is embedded in the form of Pentecostal Christianity popular in the country. In Nigeria, some pastors have incorporated African witchcraft beliefs into their brand of Christianity resulting in a campaign of violence against Nigerians.

PoliticsUSA Refuses To Sell Weapons To Nigeria, Against BH After Buhari Anti-gay Stance by Treash(op): 9:00am On Jul 23, 2015
After a four-day official visit in the United States of America, President Muhammadu Buhari will be returning to Nigeria today with no pledge of concrete military assistance against Boko Haram terrorists from his hosts. The US government told the Nigerian leader that its arms are tied by an American law, the Leahy Act, which prevents it from selling arms to countries with human rights abuse records. President Buhari, who is returning home displeased, told the US government that the refusal by America to arm Nigerian troops because of “so-called human rights violations” and “unproven allegations,” would only help Boko Haram. A global human rights watch group, Amnesty International, had recently accused the Nigerian military under former President Goodluck Jonathan of gross human rights abuses in the prosecution of the war on terrorists. The Nigerian military forces had denied the allegation which President Buhari pledged to investigate. Buhari “departs with little practical military assistance in his battle against the Islamist militants who have turned the northeast of his country into a bloody war zone,” the Associated Press (AP) reported on Wednesday. The US government has vowed to help Nigeria defeat the insurgency but it is prohibited under law from sending weapons to countries that fail to tackle human rights abuses. “Regretably, the blanket application of the Leahy Law by the United States on the grounds of unproven allegations of human rights violations levelled against our forces has denied us access to appropriate strategic weapons to prosecute the war,” Buhari said. Addressing an audience of policy- makers, activists and academics in Washington, Buhari complained that Nigerian forces had been left “largely impotent” in the face of Boko Haram’s campaign of kidnapping and bombings. “They do not possess the appropriate weapons and technology which we could have had if the so-called human rights violations had not been an obstacle,” he said. “Unwittingly, and I dare say unintentionally, the application of the Leahy Law Amendment by the United States government has aided and abetted the Boko Haram terrorists.” He appealed to both the White House and the US Congress to find a way around the law — introduced by Senator Patrick Leahy in 1997 — and to supply Nigerian troops with high- tech weapons under a deal “with minimal strings.” Since 2009, Boko Haram has been trying to establish an Islamist breakaway state in a conflict that has seen 15,000 people killed and 1.5 million displaced. The group’s brutality and in particular the mass kidnapping and enslavement of schoolgirls has shocked world opinion. In June, rights watchdog Amnesty International said there was sufficient evidence to launch an investigation into senior Nigerian officers for war crimes. In a 133-page report, the group blamed the army for the extrajudicial execution of 1,200 people and the torture or arbitrary detention of thousands more. Buhari insists that the charges are not proven, but he has replaced his senior military commanders and has promised to investigate the allegations.
