swaqq:
if I buy korope for 2m.. how much will I lease it out on hire purchase or weekly delivery.
It depends on the location within which the vehicle is to be driven. In Lagos, the weekly delivery ranges from about 30 to 45k. As a lawyer I prepared a hire purchase agreement last month for a friend who gave out his minibus vehicle. The weekly delivery was 30k.
It depends on the agreement between you the owner and the driver who wants to purchase it.

Allow your poor niece breef.... If you stop her from watching it, then she will get in the real act... Nothing can make her stop it now, if you block her from the router, she would purchase data with her money, if you expose her and start monitoring her, she will wait till midnight when everyone is asleep, or better still go into the bathroom to do her thing...

Since you have blocked her from the router, don't kill her self esteem by letting her know you are aware of her secret, allow her use her data, Xvideo and XNXX will reset her brain when she keeps using her food/transport money for subscription every two days.. when the time comes, she will forget about it...

One thing I discovered about porn addiction is joblessness, boredom and being alone, once you get yourself busy, it stops or drastically reduces.

90% of people viewing this thread have once been addicted, or still addicted to porn. Infact this thread will trigger some people to watch it tonight cheesy.. like the false prophet use to say; This I have seen grin

I am happy seeing United building without him, bcoz their recent form of wins without him scoring or even playing have killed dt baseless dogmatism of cr7 fans posited after last season dt said United can’t score or win without cr7
He knows his role isn’t needed, young players are now in charge, mk ur goat continue to watch from bench or go to China or mls next January n he won’t be missed…

Romance / Re: My Fiancee's Anger Issues by TripleA9: 9:08pm On Jul 24, 2021
mario22:
My fianceé anger issue is worrisome to me. ones she has a bad day, I will get my own share at home. I have begged her all i need in this marriage is togetherness, peace (she jokingly calling me Mr. peace of mind).

She just graduated and we are staying together for 2months now. She can be very sweet and hardworking, caring, can clean, arrange the house. I don't expect her to be this all good cos NOBODY is perfect, but her anger issue a big turn off.

When her Project supervisor was purposely frustrating her, and told her he will not accept her work and she will not defend (it was sorted out later) . I tried to talk and advise her she angrily walked out of my car in the middle of the road.

That night she wasn't talking to me and i started a call n went to the parlor, she came and was asking whom i was talking to and i said my guy, she queried but why did i go to the parlor, she flung our engagement ring away without knowing whom i was talking to (not cheating or calling any girl) she makes rash decisions when angry. like She can scatter our 2weeks plans cos of a small provocation.

I Love her but the anger issues is killing.

Premium tears loading!
Anyways we would still be here when your eye clear.
Na wa for you oo. So after all the red flags, you still need advice. Well, my advice to you is... Do whatever is on your mind. If it leads you to sense, good and fine, if it leads you to foolishness, equally good too.
Some people must learn the hard way

I almost ran mad in Enugu at first. I thought it was too slow for normal humans to dwell in. Imagine transport vehicles waiting for you after you flag them down. Most of them will even reverse to you no matter how far they had gone.

Life in Lagos is not normal. If you stay too long in Lagos, normal stuff becomes abnormal when you see them outside Lagos.
Very true bro. I remember when I went for Law school Agbani at Enugu. Anytime I go outside campus to either Ogbete or Gariki, I keep rushing for vehicles and I keep getting amused when they slow down, reverse or wait for you. Even the conductors don't collect money until you are almost at your bustop. It was really a peaceful time. I almost adapted. But once I got to Ojota and saw danfo and sweaty red-eyed conductors, my hustling spirit returned. Lagos ehnnn. Survival of the fittest (and the divinely blessed)

Ishilove:

Hello sonofjos, thank you for sharing.

People like us who were born and raised here notice a marked difference in the tempo of activities in other areas of the country. I was in Ondo for a year and I almost ran mad there because life in that state is so... sleepy. Everyone was just moving like geriatric patients, unlike Lagos here where if you are too slow, you will be shoved aside. Last last when it was time to leave, I packed my travelling bags and two mighty Ghana-must-go bags and fled the place by 6am.

Lagos is a melting pot of different ethnic groups with different characters, both saintly and shady, so overtime it developed a character unique to it. We talk angrily a lot of the times because there is someone somewhere always trying to provoke you, cheat you, or steal from you so we are always on guard and on the defensive. Someone tried to pick my bag last year but the kind of eye I gave him must have turned his ancestors in their graves.

Add the congested roads and the traffic and you cannot be calm even if you try to. You will be angry for no reason. Yoruba people call it 'kan ra'. Pepper body. That is why danfo drivers behave like animals because one cannot sit inside hold up day in day out, inhaling noxious exhaust fumes, avoiding police, LASTMA, NURTW agbero, taskforce, police, VIO, those new ones wearing green uniform (I don't know these ones. There are so many uniforms in Lagos) and still be completely sane.

Conductors and passengers fighting is a normal thing. One day I was returning from work and saw two fighting in the middle of the road, and what amazed me was they were sparring like professional boxers, complete with the boxer's stance and leg work. iKid you not. Conductor and passenger. It was the agberos, funny enough, who came to chase them from the road because they were constituting nuisance to other road users. The kid you described did not have any super powers. He was just acting like the typical Lagosian who has been conditioned to act out in the face of provocation. Eat or be eaten. Some of these conductors are very rude and nasty (I suspect it is their own defence mechanism) while some passengers on the other hand are idiots.

The trader in Computer Village was not 'threatening' you. They are simply aggressive marketers. If you don't aggressively market your products you won't make any sales because there a 1001 traders selling the same thing as you. The secret to walking successfully through the Village is rearranging your face to look like granite, avoiding eye contact with anyone and stubbornly ignoring 'threatening'' calls. They cannot hijack you from the road into their shop, abi? Develop military mind! cheesy

The same military mind my friend Sanchez01 took to Enugu when he went on a visit. He wanted to board a bus and used ishon (muscle) to run pell mell to where the bus was parked waiting for him. When he jumped in with the skill of a James Bond stuntsman, he met the driver and passengers staring at him strangely.

The driver asked him: "Oga, are you from Lagos?", to which he replied in the affirmative. The driver then remarked "No wonder. It is only Lagos people that behave like they are fighting with everyone."
wow!. Ishilove, you can write well. You hit the nail on the head on all points. You get mouth jare. Have a cold bottle of your favorite drink on me.

Business / Re: How Much Do I Need To Start A Danfo Business?? by TripleA9: 8:52pm On Jan 12, 2021
My dear, Transportation business is lucrative but stress filled and full of risks, especially in Lagos. If you really want to go into it, don't let anyone discourage you. There is no worthy venture without risks. I would just advise that...
1. Try to know as much as you can about the transport business.
2. You get a trustworthy person to drive it if you aren't driving it yourself.
3. Contact a lawyer to draft a proper agreement between you and the driver so that you can be covered in case anything occurs.
4. Continue to ask advice from people who are already in the business.
I wish you success in your business ventures.

Ps.. I am a lawyer and you can consult with me on anything.

Family / Re: Have You Ever Regretted Being Married To Your Partner? by TripleA9: 9:00am On Dec 07, 2020
emkz:
I regretted mine, not necessarily for what she did but for my inability to follow my instincts about her which could have prevented the calamity. We were not married but things had been done towards that like introduction and trad before kasala burst. I was happy kasala burst before we went farther.

For anyone who wants to get married, by all means do so...but marry for the right reasons. You first need to understand yourself and your own limitations. If your aim is to have children, perhaps a contractual arrangement suffices. Unfortunately, many marriages today are not different from service contracts: I will provide shelter, food and security while you provide pussy when I want it and how I want it, and you must not provide it to someone else. Or I am marrying you because society expects and would respect me to be married as it shows I am responsible.

The Dutch Prime Minister is single.

Or I'd marry you only because I love you. These are wrong reasons to be married. For a potential spouse, look at compatibility, companionship, communication, character and charisma. Exude these qualities yourself and you shall find it in your potential partner. Love will fade, the butterflies in your stomach shall die, your partner shall irritate you, what then would hold your marriage?

The stories of wayward men and women are told everyday on this forum. Don't let them deter you. There are very good men and women from very good homes who are responsible to be wifed or husbanded. I know this because all my sisters have been married for years and no one has come to report that they have issues with them.

Don't go looking for a wife. Develop yourself and have the values of someone husbandable, creation will link you to your spouse.

In closing, my question to you is:

Why exactly do you want to get married? Are you truly convinced of the answer you give yourself?
Bros, you just hit the head on the nail!. A bottle of your favorite poison for you
