I bought this fan some months back and it has started "misbehaving"! It recently developed a mind of its own by going into highest level and coming down to the lowest level. It doesn't accept any command from the remote. I don't know if anyone has experienced such or knows a solution to this particular problem.
Anyone?

- have you used it for 2 - 3 years?
- if yes to above, it may be time to throw it away.

Note, my hisense used to do the whole power savings and still cool the room by about 4 - 5 degrees in the past, consuming between 300 - 600w depending on the compressor cycle. All of a sudden, i realized this mofo ac is constantly on 1.1 - 1.2kw.

Nothing wey i no clean finish, indoor unit, outdoor o, filter o, e.t.c. Eventually called fouani to come check on it, no real diagnosis other than "you know you can't compare when it was new"

In addition, with the 1.1kw consumption, the ac is no longer cooling properly and can't drop the temperature of the room more than 1 - 2 degrees.

Long story short, fouani just delivered my new 1.5 lg ac. They have it in stock now.

my warranty is far more solid than those brands anyway thanks for the trust. just give them the well known brands they desire. mine is also well known to several hundreds of people on nairaland using my batteries.....

What's your cable size and distance from panels to cc? Panel orientation? So many things can affect PV harvest.

Was trying to avoid going on the roof but it appears I have no option.



I actually did use a pressure washer but tried to hit it from an adjacent window. Sadly by the time the water travels the distance there's not much pressure left.

Whatever you do, don't buy lead acid battery. Else rainy season/ cloudy condition will show you pepper.

Use mppt from 60a

2,000w minimum inverter. Sachet inverter should be able to power all the chargers.

Depending on your location, site your panel where sun can begin to reach out from 8am to 5pm. Turn on inverter 8:15am and off it between 5.30 and 6pm.

You will spend up to 1m - 1.5m but you will enjoy it later. If you're charging N150 per phone /N200 power bank is cool biz. Just see your solar system as fixed asset

I use a powmr 60amps mppt charge controller connected to a 24v system I used 3panels of 280w voc of 39v in series but it’s generating max 63w

So I got this Tuya DC meter to test out it's functions. I'd been angry with dem Chinese for not thinking out a way to make a DC meter that works on Tuya platform despite the numerous smart add-ons that they have on that platform.

Even though with felicity hybrid I use, I can have some online monitoring capacity. But this Tuya meter appears to pack some punches.

Hi again, everyone. You didn't hear from me all day because I arrived my base in the South East at around 9:30 pm. I have been on the road. This is someone who took off from Lagos a little after 6 am. And this SUV is incredibly fast. Damn. It's like they built it to be quick. Still, police and customs kept delaying us until we lost so much time. I'm just glad I made it home safely, with my new SUV snoring in my house. @ Udemzyudex someone advised me to get an external cooling fan which I can connect to my laptop during heavy usage,to prevent it from getting too hot and shut down,since the laptop fan is no longer blowing well. He said if I want to replace the fan,I might have to order the default Heatsink fan from overseas because it's scarce.
I have ordered one on jumia, it has 6 fans of 3 different sizes,the smallest has 1900RPM,the medium is 2100RPM or so, while the largest has 2600RPM.
I saw several brands with RPM of between 900 and 1200, but I decided to go for that one because it has higher fan speed and will give more air to the CPU.

You see that 300 watts panles eh, they are not just heavy BUT wide, and to carry am climb ladder, especially for any building more than 2-storey, na better work.

What I often do is use rope to pull it up because if e fall or hit something well enough, you don buy market BUT it never occurred to me it could stay on it's own without support.

Mine is there without anything bc weight of panels alone na die. Since no hurricane or tornado type of wind. They are just there. My decision!

How exactly are binding wires used to hang solar panels on a roof? Do you intend to use the wire to bind the panels together and just place them on roof? I am struggling to get the picture. Please shed some more light for our learning.

Besides, in the normal process of hanging solar panels on roof, nails or hammers are NOT used. The dark-coloured screw on the left part of the first picture is used to drill the rail into the roof through the upper-undulated part of the roof that has wood underneath as seen in the second picture, while the second screw and bolt on the right part of the first picture is used to hold the panels together on the rail as seen in the third picture.

So, it is not drilling that causes issues to the roof, it is process of working on the roof and causing indent to the lower-undulated part of the part which causes water to collect that causes the damage

10 pcs 300w panels
4kva microtek inverter (transformer based)
60A charge controller sunfield

Below is what’s coming from the controller 5A and the highest I’ve gotten recently is 10.5A
