The dr stopped mine at 9 weeks, started at 3 weeks though.im currently on dusphaston and low dose aspirin

My doctor said there was no harm stopping at 12 weeks but I'm still very skeptical about it.

So sorry sis, will advise you go for evacuation to avoid infection. Same thing happened to me too. I found out during my 8 weeks scan and decided to wait for the sac to come out naturally. At 14 weeks the sac was still not out . Had to go for an evacuation when I started spotting brown discharge.

It was purely the wonders of God as fluid was completely dried.

Dunamis diagnostic center along old Ojo rd, finaija/abuleado bstop. It's a very gd diagnostic center. I don't work there buh my hospital prefer their reports to d hospital own sometimes.

I actually trust Clinix (Amuwo ) . If you still want other options, try El-Lab (3rd Avenue Festac ) or Paramount ( 4th Avenue Festac). Dey are also good

I think you should try Mecure(oshodi & Lekki) or Clinix healthcare(Amuwo, Festac & Ilupeju). They are good diagnostic laboratories.

That is how i was asked to do pregnancy test at a govt hospital before i got married(rccg & their protocols) The result came out positive oo!!! I was walking aimlesly on d road that day(how will i tell my dad? What will mumc say? My inlaws that are pastors nko?). I forgot i drove to the hospital sef. I later got myself together and went to a pvt lab and the result was negative! I went back to the govt hospital with so much anger and started raking! It wasnt funny.. the lady was still saying "aunty, yu are pregnant" just accept it
Sm1 else now took my blood and confirmed it was negative.
So d koko of my story is that never accept a result that you believe is not your own.
That is how dey dash ppl sickness that dey dont have.

Please any mama that knows any hospital in lagos where I can go and do rhesus test and get accurate result . Have done 8 tests so far and keep getting conflicting result. Please it's really urgent

How Soon After a Miscarriage Do I Need the RhoGAM Shot?
If you are Rh negative, meaning that your blood does not contain the Rh factor protein, your doctor will probably recommend that you get an Rh immune globulin shot (such as RhoGAM) within 72 hours of the start of your bleeding.


With the shot you have lower odds of developing antibodies (becoming sensitized) against Rh-positive blood from this pregnancy; if you have circulating antibodies against Rh factor, you can face problems in future pregnancies. If given later than 72 hours after the start of the miscarriage, the shot is not likely to make a difference.

If it has been more than three days since your miscarriage, however, don't panic. The odds that you have become sensitized against Rh factor are low. Although there's no strong evidence that the shot is totally necessary after a first-trimester pregnancy loss, the shot is low-risk, so doctors recommend it after any pregnancy bleeding because of the theoretical risk of Rh sensitization.

Still, it is a good idea to get it within the recommended time span if you can, as it makes the small risk of Rh sensitization even lower. There's much more evidence on the shot's necessity after a later pregnancy loss or after giving birth.

If you are concerned, you can ask your doctor about a blood test to check for RH sensitization so that you can set your mind at ease.

It's was my first pregancy nd I lost it at 8 weeks. The gyn ask me to come for a test when I start seeing my period.

You should carry out an indirect combs test to know if you are sensitized. Besides, your doc suppose know wetin to do. Am sure he must have done it except the pregnancy wasn't up to 12weeks and if it's your first pregnancy.

Congrats to all mamas that has put to bed, may Almighty God watch and keep ur lo. I was patiently waiting for Saturday so I can get a positive news concerning the heart beat, only for me to start having cramps all through yesterday and i was spotting.hmmm toward evening the cramps became unbearable it's was like I was having contraction every 5mins. Went to d hospital this mrn nd they gave me an injection and was sent to scan ,they couldn't find the baby again only for me to go nd pee and i popped it out and blood everywhere. I couldn't believe it, was so shocked but relieved as well,my baby at 11 weeks was finally gone. Hopefully I will join u all soon by God's grace.

Thanks to all the mamas that showed concerned .I went for another scan today and they where able to see the baby but no heart beat.the scan showed I was measuring 8weeks which was wen I lost all the systoms of pregnancy.I was ask to come back next week for another scan b4 they can conclude if it was a missed abortion.I can't even explain how I'm feeling right now.
