Hi Sir,

im loving your project. Im one of the silent follower of the tread. Now i had to comment because i was waiting for time when moderate ppl starts posting, not all the big pocket that are building big houses on here so far. I believe we Nigerian need to start small and progress with time, not trying to be millionaire overnight.

I have start my projects too, but i anticipate for it to be slow for the time being because i just secure a little home for my family in the US too. But im bring something different from the regular home trend in Naija now.

keep up the good work and God will help you complete it soon. I so encourage by your project. as a matter of fact, i will wire some money into my project account tomorrow. lol

Simply obey LAW! We nigerian do not follow simple law... remember that you will be a landlord someday too; thats if you do not worry your current landlord. Here in US, you leave when you are note to leave, end of story.

Save whatever money you still have and go elsewher where govn. is not eying and build you family a decent home. My entire family was destroyed as a resolve of demolished home. Even though my uncle fought the gov and even won as of recent in supreme court, Fashola offer badadry: joke compare from Magodo that they took and families that they destroyed.....PLS READ IF YOU PLAN TO OWN HOMES IN LAGOS!!!!
