By Law, you owe her and you should do the right thing by simply paying her. YOu admitted that you owe her past rent, so whats the problem in being responsible? You run a shop right? assuming i bought a dress and was owing you for it. Then i came to you and said that because i no longer wear the dress means i do not owe you anymore. How will you feel curioupoul: |
Properties / Re: Please Advice Us. Our Estate Manager Is Burdening Us by true2home(m): 2:52pm On Mar 21, 2018 |
Honestly, i dont see a problem here. When you guy moved into the estate, the pump was working. Now its your responsibility to maintain the facilities you met in working condition. That's the way am running my projects. If you are made to maintain the facilities, you will keep an eye and prevent future damage which usually arise as the result of abuse MOST TIMES. Collectively, 2o units can buy and maintain pump. How much will it cost to fend for water yourself? This is my one kobo reasoning! |

It amazes me how far Nigerian will go to cheat each other rather than create something superior. I hope someone will research the strength of this new " Discovery". They might have stumble on something better by mistake. skimanski: 1 Like |

Those that are not Civil Engineers think we are crazy when we go against the visible common sense theories that they believe is structural. But thats the money maker for us CE. We understand the principles that governs structure and it gives us economical advantage when we design homes. Example; in one of my project, my roof design was less than 400K( wood and Long span Alumin). The roofer keep saying that the material wasn't going to be enough and i just told him to get the damn quantity i calculated. Guess what, we even had left over after the roofing was done. I cant wait to relocate to Nigeria and expand my housing stock. lastly, Building in Nigeria is so Basic. Try building in a climate that has seismic and snow condition, then you will know that we are not building anything yet in Nigeria. abdulwastecx: |

All you Baba boys do not want to face the real issue here. The evaluation is the big elephant in the room. We all know that Omo Onile repacked as Tax Valuer, will be using this tax to extort money from people and remitting some percentage to Baba in IKOYI. I remember laughing when they said that Omo onile is being abolished in Lagos. I know something has been arrange with them to continue using them to exploit the people. Now we know their new role in Lagos FabioPeter: |

Please lets not forget that Ogun State is also run by Tinubu's Puppet!!! I have noticed that Amosun is copying Lagos as well. Go to Lands in Ogun State and try to process your C of O, then you will see! I just hope Amosun will not let Tinubu exploit Ogun as he is doing in Lagos now. Omo Ogun La Wa O...Ogun State should come first, not Tinubu's pocket and his sell-out political mentality. The same Tinubu gave the Yoruba mandate of 2015 Presidency to Hausa and now they have shut him the Bleep Off. Obi1kenobi: |

LOL... How many properties in Lagos has any "Documents" you mention here This law is APC way of rubbing poor citizen and directing the money into their crony's pocket. Tinubu and his boys at work as usual. I AM VERY SURE YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE STEALING AND OPPRESSING THE PEOPLE TO BUY BENTLEY IN IKOYI AND LEKKI. What infrastructures did you see in Ajegunle, okokomaiko; Badagry express is still where it was and many more. Now compare that to Lekki and IKoyi where these people has their personal investment? Lekki -Ikoyi Bridge what the state needs is Ikorodu - Island Bridge and the Middle of lagos will be free from traffic. But these Dummies are more interested in enriching themselves by taxing the poor people. If you people want to continue driving your Bentley, Invest in Factories, Manufacturing and young Nigerians; not So Called Tax or LUC davodyguy: |

Great work you are doing here. I love small houses. But I have to ask this question and I hope you will not take offense. Will the Setback Meet the Building Code of that area? Just curious because that land is way too small for this building. I sure that is out of your job scope to worry about 1 Like |

The issue i see with your estate was the same problem most developers has. When you did the first project successful, you did not concentrate on making sure it is fully livable, rather, you went to start multiple other new ones without completing the first. Lekki garden got into problem too as a result of this same method. If i were you, i would have gone in there and build my own personal house in the first estate and motivate few other that are capable to build something too. Even if the place is not ready to live in, i will build parks and take my kids there to play and host events to encourage development. Just the way i would have done it. My opinion is not golden. I wish to meet you someday. You can use some little help to get things done spyder880: 3 Likes |

If you support the Buhari regime, then you are part of the problem of Nigeria. Nothing has changed since the 80s simply because some fufu heads believe in the same losers and keep electing them to role the nation. Meanwhile, three generations wasted away between 1980 and 2000. Abeg lets continue with construction while we still have that right 4 Likes |

I totally understand your view. My take on this matter is simple. The corruption is perpetuated by us NIGERIANS. All that you outlined are the result of YOU and I. All am saying is that we Nigerians needs to caution ourselves and do the right things at all times, then our country will change for better. Running away had never changes anything, but makes us a slave to other society. All our educations and intellects are used abroad rather than returning home to apply whatever we have learned worldwide on our travels. Example is the Chinese; they travel abroad to acquire knowledge, then send it back home to copy and mass produce. That's All! GoodFaith: 1 Like |

Thank you so much. People like you gives me hope for Nigeria. Most educated Nigerian do not know that its what a person does that he or she will have to live with. Anywhere in the world, including developing countries; I have yet to see their wealthy citizen living abroad. Example: Mike, Dangote and even my own common neighbors in Magodo. Some has Visas and still never used till this very day. I have cousins that are too busy with their life in Nigeria, they refused to travel when they clearly has the means to do it a world over. Honestly, Nigeria is the reflection of our unpatriotic self. Finally, Most people complain of Nigeria not being good, but the money they spent to ship their family abroad was not made abroad but in Nigeria to start with!!! Nigeria is a Developing country and it needs her citizens to stop running from their responsibilities, rather, work on creating our country to be like the one we willing fully slave our youthfulness, recourses and energy for abroad WHAT A BIRD EATS; ITS WHAT ITS WILL FLY WITH...Love Nigeria despite is imperfections and be willing to change what's within your avenue ice4u999: 3 Likes |

Why I understand your view, the issues that guides against such design are few. One that is major is the CROSS VENTILLATION. We don't have regular electricity, hence we can not install vents in areas that are not exposed to the perimeters. Hope that helps |

Filling is fully done and water is being used for settlement. Sockaway set and plastered. We plan to use the sockaway for storing water. I think the columns are over kill though!!! 9units for 12'x12'×12'. That actually half the same amount of column that we are using to support one story deck slab here too.
