This was the last effort before it was all taken. I hope to do some painting soon, but honestly, it will not increase the revenue because the current tenants paid Premium as it is. I guess it proves that the system works and can beat competition easily larryking540:

Hi, Whats the quote for Corman Of same Measurement? Thanks Tiztonio: |
Good work Boss, Excellent decision to limit the units to 12. That will command quality Occupant as you have mentioned. I can testify that tenants are willing to pay premium for adequate spacing. Thanks spyder880: |

Simple, You have defaulted, move to your relatives for accommodation if you cant afford a place. Its call been responsible. I may sound harsh, but when you do the right things, goodness shall follow you. You will find blessings but if you are wrong and continue to remain so, then the opposite shall follow you. |

Hello everyone, We are back on this project. Here is the recent update. |
Hi, Does this TCC apply to those living abroad Its a questions that I been meaning to ask for years. How can I present what I don't have? I don't work or live in Nigeria but each time, they want us to magically present it... we end up paying bribe to move on... Please is there a legal stand to this matter regarding Unemployed?Sosqui: |
Hi Oga, Whats the plan for this build now? Is it still for individual purchase or on Big Man don Collect the whole thing? |
If you do the lay down steps to evict a tenant, they will be gone in 3months max. In Nigeria, most of us do not follow the law from start, but all of a sudden, we want the law to protect us. If you give 3months notice before the tenants lease runs out, all you then do is go straight to court and show them that the tenant;s contract is over. The worst the court will do then is to add up to 3month for the tenant to vacate. Try that and see what happens. The key here is the 3months advance notice for a 12month lease BEFORE there money runs out. That way you don't loose too much due to court allowance NOTE...for this particular case of my, I started moving in construction materials and knocking some Other structures down in the compound in preparation for renovation. He took off 5days later. I guess he realized that I wasn't afraid to go through court after I would have done my worst of making the flat unlivable for him [ quote author=seunfly post=88123361] How did u deal with the tenant that refused to vacate ur house?
|
you are a blessed and wise man. What you speak of is too complex for most Nigerians. It ok to go abroad but its a duty to every man to do his or her best to return to base. The real fun is being within your community, doing whatever you like and when you like. THAT TO ME IS THE ONLY SUCCESS THERE IS! I younger but I hope to join you soon. quote author=EgunMogaji2 post=85450336] You’re getting the picture Sir. I could retire cheaper to Mexico than Nigeria. At least in Mexico I won’t have to sink a borehole, buy multiple generators, rebuild screwed up buildings, bribe policemen and thugs, etc I could simply drive across the border from Mexico to USA every day if I wanted to. I have Nigerian friends who do exactly that. The issue I’m starting to feel, and frankly it’s getting tedious, is that people are discounting the joy of being back home. I was watching a documentary on YouTube about Igbo Ora having the worlds highest twin birth rate. I clicked a link a tab onto Google Map and found out that it was a 2 hour drive away. Guess what I did? Took a shower, hopped into my truck and went there for lunch. Some weeks back I went to Ogbomosho. And before that I went to Ore. I love Nigeria and I love being here. End of story
|
[And you believe all these things you mentioned are free in the Abroad ![]() quote author=1nigeriamyfoot post=85233164] You've said it all To make it in Nigeria is very difficult for a common man except through grace of God Anybody who's opportuned to leave should do so and not be decieved by what they read online How could someone who spent 31yrs in usa motivate me to stay back in Nigeria! Someone who left Nigeria even when the system is still ok compared to what we have on ground now Is it everyone who could afford to buy a power generating set? Is it everyone who could afford to drill borehole? Is is everyone who will be able to go to standard private hospital when they are sick?
|
Yes...I did that on one of my Studio Project. No complains at all by anybody, going to three years now. You can check my profile for pics yinkaoke: |
something like this

I was thinking another small window in the kitchen and one in the Hall way too. That Hall way one will help support the livingroom to have cross wind from the front of the house through the side. Love your work sha spyder880: |
Well done Spyder880, I want to suggest that you add some windows for the two end units to get them more air since the space is there to do this anyways.

what I don't understand is that, why is she upset if the account is anonymous? her friend will never know it is him and nobody except the two of you will know and its been ten years, who remember some creepy guy from 10yrs ago on FB. The only problem I see here is if you were using the FB account to Fraud innocent people and she realized that you are a criminal and don't want any of it. so good luck and God bless you |
Sorry, the moment you pay, you initiated the rent contract. The exception will be if this is a signing clause that spelled out the terms of agreement before you made the payment. As said by you, there isn't such. Pay your landlord and continue to be a good tenant. You will build your own soon |
I got into property investing just because of this simple idea. Im glad you are taking this lane too. I currently do this on a smaller scale as well. Now here comes the question some may be scared to ask: Is This Open to All Nigerians or Easterner ![]() Mind you am asking because I was discouraged from participating in your earlier Estate initiative. Im a Nigerian and believe we are one nation and any Nigerian can invest in any area but I was shocked to the amount of friends and families that dislike venture in the Eastern states; it was an eye opener that our generations still reason that way. Therefore, address this issue once for the house and God bless Nigeria |
spyder880:Does the plan calls for Swimming Pool on there First Floor? I see Dowel Bars extruded |

This is some of the issue we face when we run from our home to foreign countries...you dont get to pick what you like or dont; its a full package of both "good and bad" |
we nigerians are just difficult for no reason... simple matter...if you are a Doctor in Nigeria, please share light on the simple truth. What do you guys make? |
Nigerian fails to realize that the country is a Developing Country, it requires time and true patriotism by its citizens to work. Those countries you guys are running to have gone through the same struggle and faced it head-on; not run like cowards like most nigerian are. USA is OVer 200years of civilization and likewise UK and many Developed country. Those that are developed made a decision to stay and fix their country ,not run to the country of the day then. To travel abroad is not bad in itself. Just like the Chinese, you are suppose to go LEGALLY and Acquire necessary skill to take back to your own country of origin. Not Born-Throway. I was born abroad but doing everything back home and change the tiny bit i can with my acquired training: just like the WISE chinese. ITs only a stupid set of people will spend their USEFUL age abroad serving a country the will never be theirs. Bizibi: |
