Since such software is illegal and as a company we cannot support such software so I suggest to contact hackers or try to visit their web site. They might be able to help you.

Thanks for your prompt response. You would agree with me that the regular software releases by the hackers for Strong Decoders is the cutting edge for your products and hence its popularity among fta viewers.

The latest software releases for SRT 4922 series is the best for PowerVu as it is easy to edit & add because you are the ones that will input the frequency and the keys unlike SRT 4950 series which is very cumbersome because it has its keys & frequencies pre-installed and will not save your editing.

Here are some of the list of Satellites receivable in West Africa and are PowerVu enabled:

@Truly1, SRT 4950H opens only two transponders on
Apstar and ISO20c. Apstar opens on its own but
do this for iso20c; go to one of the sony channels
and it will say scrambled, then press f1 8280, it
will show key edit menus, go to seca and scroll to
68.5 transponders keys, press blue button for edit
key, and change sid/ident all to 0000 before 00
and 01 for all the transponders under 68.5. it will
open sony channels and HBO + CNN India ie
p 02cb 00 123456789abdc
p 02cb 01 123456789abcd should appear as p
0000 00 1231231233
p 0000 01 1234565786 try it and see and remember to insert the keys every time u power it on

Guru in the house, please tell me what I have done wrong that, with the latest sw 3.34p on my SRT 4950H, none of the PV* channels has agreed to open on IS20@68.5E. The Sky N**s,H*O,CNN, Sony etc. all have refused to open though I upgraded the decoder from sw 3.24p straight to 3.34p. So those using the SRT 4950 series should help me out because no single channel has opened

This latest sw 185p is working fine so check the frequencies you entered before under the keys section.

I would advise you to go for Strong for that kind of satellites

Hello House, I have just sent an email to Dr. Emile Hanna of Strong Technologies Dubai on the need to make PVu of SRT 4950h more user friendly like SRT 4922 series.
I have noticed that no amount of editing & addition on Seca would make the PVu work on 4950 in most instances, so lets hope they would do something on this issue soon.
I was the one that wrote him initially on the need to make 4950 series PVu enabled too just like 4922 & 4930 series of which he promised & did. Its only that it is complicated the way it is now even with the latest software.

Ksliman, you don't need to splash providers key like this, we know, u don't need to tell us one day it will be encrypted. lets show some form of decorum. kindly re-code what u put up there. Some of us saw it since morning and started sending it to each other, bet it by tomorrow eve if not this nit, dat key will go off. there is a particular key i sent out some times ago, we are still enjoying it till today because of the discreet way we went about it, even one other key for a sport channel is out for sometime now, but it was handled professionally and as i speak its close to two weeks now and is still on, splashing providers key on any open forum will definitely not las more than 24hours, lets b wise.

Strong is better for tracking without dialectical plate, so I advise you use Strong LNBF.

Started with Supermax LNB but changed to Strong dual band LNB, which seems better but not able to increase the signal above 58% and make it stable. What else can i do, please revert. I have the strong dual band there currently. You may forward your number to me on 0807790011, so that we can talk better. Dont worry, i'll do the calling.

That Strong dual band LNBF is not effective, change it to Strong single C band LNBF and you would see the difference.

Please Guru's in the house i need your help on IS20 on east side. I have tried up to three times with my installer, but we are not getting enough signal quality for the Sony channels to be stable, instead if its not cracking, its showing scramble at 56-58% signal quality. Aljazeera is at 68-70%. My set-up is 1.8m strong pan dish with 4922a strong decoder and 185p patch. Please i love this east side so much and anyone that can help on what to do to increase the signal quality and make this SONY channels stable will be much appreciated and can reach me on 08077790011 or email:ojsegzy@yahoo.com.

Change your LNBF to Strong; tweak it to get 78% and above on Aljazeera then you are good to go because you need at least 61% on Sony before you can enjoy it

Android iptv box consume data very well and it depends on how you watch it. To watch it 24/7 for one month you need 600GB of data or more

Just like streaming HDTV or YouTube 1080i or downloading HD video

Data and network reliability is always a challenge in this part of the world and not until this is dealt with, nobody can really enjoy the so called IPTV if we are not to deceive ourselves

@Imopipi23 and those with 1.8m and 2.4m complaining of unstable signals and reduced signal levels on Sats like NSS-12 @ 57e,NSS7 @ 20w etc with Circular polarized signals (R or L) should change the follow-come dielectric plate with a glass plate of similar dimensions and witness an increase in the signal strength. You can cut the glass at any glass-cutting shop or do it at home using a glass cutter. Ditto to those with bigger dishes who wish to track off-footprint beams.

Pls is it plastic glass or pure glass?

Check your TP, if you have similar one in your keys area, vary it a little
