IslamRe: Is Bank And Cooperative Loans Haram Or Halal? by Trustworthiness:
HAH:
The issues of interest is very controversial in Islam as some said is Haram while some said banking is business and every business there is profit.

Last Ramadan when Dr Ahmad Gumi said bank loan is not Haram there was serious backlash but his argument is that there was no express saying that bank interest is Haram in the quran or hadiths, infact when the prophet was living there was no money and banking, trade is done either by barter or gold and silver, he also argued that interest and usury are different.

According to Dr Gumi banking is business and in every business there must be profit regardless of what you call it, he said how do you expect you to collect 10,000 from me in 2014 when rice was just 8000 and pay back only 10000 in 2016 when rice is 20000 clearly the creditors lost money due to inflation. He said most of the scholars that said bank interest is Haram said is Haram cos it looks like usury but he said in Islam because something looks like something does not make it same, he further gave and example with water and whisky, he said both look alike but different when tasted, he also said should your ancestors come to life now if they see maltina they will all conclude is alcohol so looking like a thing does not make it same.

If you go to jaiz bank today that professes islamic banking what they charge is no different from what other banks charge as interest all they did was change it name .
The issue of Interest is never a controversial issue in Islam. It is well spelt out in the Qur'an. See the quotations from the Quran posted above.

Foreign AffairsWhy Trump Hates Africans And Arabs by Trustworthiness(op): 8:07pm On Jan 25, 2017
DONALD TRUMP'S FULL SPEECH ON WHY HE HATES AFRICANS & ARABS.

We are not obliged, even for a second, to try to prove to anybody and especially to blacks and Arabs that we are superior people - we have demonstrated that to the black and Arabs in 1001 ways.
The America we know today was not created by wishful thinking. We created it at the expenses of intelligence, sweat and blood.....we do not pretend like other whites that we like the blacks - We must admit, without any fear, that we don't like them, and for so so may many valid reasons.

The fact that blacks and Arabs look like human beings does not necessarily make them sensible human beings. Hedgehogs are not porcupines and lizards are not crocodiles because they look alike. if God had wanted us to be equal to blacks and Arabs, he would have created us all of a uniform colour and intellect. But he created us differently.Whites, blacks, yellow, the rulers and the ruled. intellectually we are superior to the blacks and Arabs. That has been proven beyond the reasonable doubt over the years.

I believe that a white man is an honest, God fearing person who has demonstrated practically the right way of being a human.By now every one of us has seen it practically that blacks and Arabs cannot rule themselves. Give them guns and they will kill each other. They are good in nothing else but making noise, dancing, marrying many wives, alcoholism, witchcraft, indulging in sex, pretending in church, jealousy, fighting and complaining of nonsense.

Their only main concern (which according to me is stupidity of the highest magnitude) is same - sex marriages. They keep pointing fingers to us,we the west, that we have legalised it in our countries, and that we always outspokenly support gay people around the world. And because they always foolishly want to demostrate their ignorance, hatred and fear about the subject, some of them have even enacted harsh laws to codemn their own gay citizens. This shows that beyond illusions and doubt, what people do with their own bodies is Africans main concern.I hear they even strip their women publicly.

Let us all accept the fact that the black man is a symbol of poverty, mental inferiority, laziness and emotional incompetence. To make the matter worse,he can do everything possible to defend his stupidity.Give them money for development and they will fight and create hatred and enmity for themselves.Drill oil wells for them and they will not have peace all the days of their life.See,for instance, what's happening in Nigeria,Southern Sudan,Malawi,DRC just to mention a few.
this proves to anybody including a stupid fool that Africans do not know what they want. isn't that plausible?
Therefore that the white man is created to rule the black man, Africans will always have day dreams. And here is the creature (black man) that lacks foresight but only sees what is near him and still fails to know what to do. A black man is stupid to the extent that he cannot plan for his life beyond a year. Therefore how can they develop and live longer.

Corruption in west (And China) is a big abomination but in africa,it's so huge that it is slowly becoming an acceptable way of life. They sing and rejoice to their corrupt political leaders. They worship their scandal-ridden religious leaders like their gods.Lest you forget, these so called Africans are praising, dancing and praying for the people that have impoverished them, and who comes to hide their loot here.
Then which fool argues that the black man is not born a beggar, grows a beggar, looks a beggar, falls sick as a beggar and dies a beggar. this has been proven beyond reasoning. I wonder why even up to now most Africans still go to school by force and those who are at school are are just drug addicts who don't know what took them there. This is a pregnant stupidity in Africa that needs Jesus's immediate second coming. the body of Africans is a very fertile ground for all diseases in the world because they don't fear even HIV/AIDS. This leaves me with a question: are our eyes created the same with those Africans,,.? I hear there are still cultures in Africa that prohibit them from using latrines which is very annoying.
They cried for independence but have failed to rule themselves. For sure being African is a very untreatable disease that even prayers are not enough.
They have minerals but they cannot do anything with it.Therefore let us (whites) go to Africa and pick what we can pick and leave what is of no use.Poverty is a disease to the whites but to the blacks it is very normal.

The worst tragedy in Africa is that if you dare stand up and speak up for what's right, you may end up regretting. The few wise and open-minded Africans who have tried to educate these fools about civilization have met the worst. They have been pushed hard on the wall, they have been silenced and others have been killed.
Before I finish, let me tell Africans that before you jump and call me a racist,an anti-blacks or whatever term you may wish to use against me,first tackle runaway corruption, dreadful terrorism, tribalism, poverty, unemployment, diseases, illiteracy ,ignorance and inequality that have put your whole continent on the verge of collapse.Hate me or love me I don't care.I know this is the plain truth which will never see the light of the day to the cowards that are afraid to be told as it is.
Jesus please hurry and save Africans and Arabs. A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE.

By, Donald .J. Trump.

PropertiesRe: Estimated Cost Of My 6flat Foundation. Overpriced?? by Trustworthiness: 7:18am On Dec 24, 2016
From the picture of your plan you posted, the partitioning is much. You can also do a little simple mathematics.

1. Sum up all the length from you ground floor plan. The length, breath and all partitioning within the plan. Divide it by 18 inches, if the measurements is in inches. If the measurements is in millimeters, divide it by equivalent of the 18 inches in millimetres.

2. Multiply the number you arrived at in 1 above by the number of coaches your foundation will have.

That will give you an appropriate of blocks your need for the foundation. This value is usually like 5 to 10 percent higher than the actual as the cement mixture space to hold the blocks together not considered.

Note:
If you are not sure of the price given to you by your Engineer, consult two more Engineers and compare the quotations and ask questions based on the differences of item and price quoted.

LORDOFAFONJAS:
Islam needs to be reformed....
Islam do not require any reform. In fact, it is a perfect way of life for people who are knowledgeable.

The problem with most of you Christians is that you don't want to respect others people's religion and ways of life. On the day you people start to avoid creating religious problem through your insults on other people's religion, then there will be peace on earth.

Moreover, the Muslims and Christians must learn and understand their differences and avoid crossing the boundaries.

Likewise, the government must make a law, to put anybody who start a religious bigot, both in the public and on social media, to death. Because, anyway such action of religious bigotry could lead to the death of more people. So, instead of more people to be killed for the problem caused by an individual, it is better to putt such individual to death to serve as a deterrent to others that might want to do the same among the Muslims or the Christians or whatever the religion you might be claiming.

When your son, GEJ was the president of Nigeria he refuse to sign the FID for the Brass LNG when there is oil boom. Now that the price of crude oil per barrel has falling, you want the new president to perform miracle.

Even if he want to do what you want, the FG alone can not sponsor the project. Such investment are always joint venture partnership.

You can only get a partner to invest in a business if you can 100 percent protect his business and the cost of production is low. Blowing up pipeline, kidnapping and forcefully collection of money from contractors that are working for theses IOCs do not speak well of your region. All these add up to the cost of production for these oil and gas company. Because, the contractors will pass on the bill to the Oil and Gas company.

You need to create an enabling environment for any would be company to come an invest in you area. Left to me, the FG have no business with any business except to regulate.

A lot have been invested on your people through amnesty programme, money given to your communities by the oil and gas company and their contractors. A lot of your people have been sent abroad to study. Some are sent abroad for special training. Let them use those trainings to empower themselves. The oil and gas company cannot employ everybody. You people need to realise that now. Diversification of the economy of your region is the only answer to your problem not bombing oil and gas facilities around you. Make sure your elected leaders are responsible for the post you elected them for. Let your community leaders also be responsible for the money they are collecting from the oil and gas company and their contractors.

Hold all the NDDC chairman, past and present, responsible for the money given to them but not using it judiciouly to better the life of your people. Instead, they were all using the money to enriched themselves. As far as I know, all the NDDC chairmen have been from the Niger Delta area. Most of the past NDDC chairmen went straight to contest for governorship election after their tenure in office. Where did they suddenly get the money. You did not ask.

The present president of this country, PMB, want to rewrite all wrong through fighting of corruption. And want to ensure money meant for a purpose is used judiciouly for what it is meant for. Creating more problem will not yield and positive development for your region but will be chasing away any would be investor from your region.

Stop the destruction, get reed of your greediness and selfcenteredness, call your leaders to accountability, be friendly to people that are not from your communities and protect them all time, let all the youth to start thinking out of the box. No more free money. Oil and Gas company can not employ everybody. You should also be thinking diversification from oil. Oil is no longer economically reliable.

A stitch in time saves nine. And a word is enough for a wise.

LITTLE PIECE OF ADVICE:

By now, it should be clear to all of us that this year will be a difficult one and to survive it, you just have to start planning from Day 1.
Be prepared to let go of some things and spend only when absolutely necessary. If you have saved money, try not to touch it quickly.
Avoid capital projects in the next few months until you are certain of replenishing your bank accounts.
Avoid social travels that bring no added income.
If attending a burial, wedding, naming ceremony, marriage anniversary will eat into your savings, avoid them. You would be called names, accept the name calling but understand that these same
people will call you worse names if you have to borrow from them to feed your family.
Reduce your responsibilities. Your first duty is to your family. If you don't provide for them, others will rarely do so.
Talk to your friends who are working not to bother asking you for favours. Many of them wear Armani shoes and will ask you for extra money to maintain their lavish lifestyles.
Avoid those who ask you in advance what you are going to get for them on their birthdays or Valentine day. They tell you things are hard but refuse to agree that things are hard for you too.
If your friends on social media send you a private message complaining about hardship and asking you for help, tell them if you start helping everyone on social media who has asked you for help, you will end up begging for help too.
Cut your pants according to your size. If you think that staying in Lekki will take more than half of your savings, move to Otta.
The downfall of a man is not the end of his life.
Help your friends to start cutting costs by cutting costs yourself. Don't spend thousands to celebrate your birthday because you will be putting pressure on them to celebrate theirs.
If they call and ask how your birthday is going to be, tell them "Ground no level". Tell them you hope things will improve next year.

Who is Jimi Lawson? He must have been paid for this writeup of his.

It is only a political bigot that will not see the policy direction of this present government and their effort to put the country in a progressive path.

The president has been very realistic in his approach in the governance of this country and ready to fight corruption that has been hindering the positive progress of the nation.

As at today, 7th of March 2016, the price of crude oil have risen to $40 per barrel. This shows that the meetings of the president the the Arab countries regarding the issue of oil price dwindling is yielding a positive result.

Our police force is now working. The police are taking their job more seriously now. Yes, their are still bad heads that needs to be flushed out.

EFCC is now working again. Unlike the toothless bulldog it was turn to.

More revenue are being generated by the custom and the Nigeria port authority. NNPC is not accountable. Publishing their earnings. Ghost workers are detected and flushed out. More money will be available to execute projects that will be beneficial to the people of the country.

Stringent measures are taken to ensure the country becomes an exporting country rather than be an importing country that is making the youths of the country unemployed.

The economic team of the president already have their blueprint, waiting for the budget to be passed.

If we all could not see these few things I have mentioned regarding the policy direction of this present government headed by PMB, then I can but not agree with those companies that are saying most Nigerians are unemployable. We are only good at cram and pass. "la cram, la pour".

My country people, if the present government fails, it means we have all failed. Let's throw aside all forms of bigotry and support the president and his team to move the country forward positively.

LET'S US ALL ACT WELL OUR PART.
