From what you posted, there is nothing pointing to the tenant being the culprit. It is your own conclusion. This is how injustice is being perpetrated in Nigeria and God is punishing us with bad leaders.
Who says the agents himself is not the one stealing and vandalising your house. Probably, you told him you want to renovate the house, he will start to imagine what you will really not need again and probably want to dispose off. That is when the stealing instincts will set in.
Just as some guys as advised, get a guard, and get locks for the emptied apartments.
Also, report the case to the nearest police station for record purpose.

This is my own advice for you. But never be part of people that perpetuate injustice in the land.

Last time I read on Nairaland about a 17 year old lady caught in pain state that threw one of her twins that is sick in the bush because she couldn't find the guy that impregnated her to take care of the sick child. She travelled from Ekiti state to ogun state.

One evil is likely to result into another. So, it better if girls are more of concern and be advised from not getting themselves into the mess.

PoliticsNigerians Not Ready For Peace To Reign by Trustworthiness(op): 9:08am On Jun 29, 2018
I do not have problem with anyone politicizing the current insecurity problem. After all, the APC used similar partisan propaganda while in opposition. But I have a duty to expose fake news, exaggerations and incitements where I see one.

Most Nigerians do not want justice. What we want is for 'our own' to have the upper hand in every conflict, and when the reverse happens, we claim sole victimhood in a conflict where both sides have played a role in the ongoing bloodshed.

That's exactly what we are dealing with in this latest cycle of violence in Plateau State. On the Tuesday before the escalation, four Fulani cattle traders where stopped and killed in Plateau State. The news of their tragedy didn't make any headlines. By Saturday, Fulani retaliation left more than 100 people dead. In reaction, the natives, while still being victims, blocked highways and killed travelers suspected to be Muslims.

None of the two sides has justification for doing what it did. The first action of killing Fulani cattle traders was barbaric. The second action of Fulani retaliation was equally barbaric. And the third reaction of blocking and hacking unsuspecting travelers is equally, equally barbaric.

We should ask ourselves why people decide to take laws into their own hands instead of going to the law enforcement for justice? The answer to this is not far fetched. Nigerians have lost confidence in the system to protect them, or in the event of injury, to give them justice. People resort to defending themselves and getting their own version of justice through reprisals.

But one problem with ethnicised self-defense is that it can be easily turned into an offensive and oppressive tool against 'the other' in our areas of superiority. And one problem with reprisals is that they do not follow the eye-for-an-eye rule. No! The aggrieved party is always trying to exert maximum damage on the other party and in the process creating multiple layers of grievances that grow thicker with each round of violence.

Unfortunately, Nigerians are not interested in those realities, in those facts. We are only interested in our sentiments. If it is our own that is at the receiving end, we classify it as genocide of unprecedented proportion. We stage protests and delegetimize those who refuse to join us in our type of mourning. If it's the other that is at the receiving end, the first rule is to ignore it. If it's difficult to ignore, then we under-report it and present it in a way that our own appear blameless.

That's why communal conflicts continue to run amok under the helpless gaze of successive presidencies. More than 1000 people have been killed in a single violence under Obasanjo. Those who believe Obasanjo was the problem were made to eat their words after the killing continued under Yaradua. Those who believed Yaradua was the problem were proven wrong as the killings grew even worse under Jonathan, and those who believed Jonathan was the problem now appear clueless as the killings continued under Buhari.

The fact that we didn't learn anything from these realities means we are not ready for peace. We chose which tragedy to mourn, which victim to sympathize with and which perpetrator to condemn. It is heart-breaking to see supposedly educated people subscribing to this sentiment of free-floating ethnic and sectarian passions. Our own is not moral courage but moral hypocrisy, but if it takes some moral hypocrisy to wake those in power to their responsibilities and bring an end to this tragedy, then we need more of that hypocrisy.

Unfortunately, that will not work. What will work is when we regard any attack against any Nigerian as an attack against all Nigerians. What will work is when we realize that our communities are tied by a common destiny as Nigerians, that what we have in common is greater than the sum total of our differences and that it is either we progress together or we perish together because no single Nigerian tribe, sect or region will triumph at the expense of the other.

When we are ready for peace, we will sit down and look at the problems and proffer real solutions. For example, if cattle herding is the problem, we can find ways to phase it out through ranching and other modern nomadic practices that will eliminate conflict between farmers and herders. That's because the so called herder who is stuck in his this outmoded way of life is a victim of his own of ignorance and therefore needs to be liberated.

But if the problem as we have seen with people opposing long-term solutions like ranching is for the ethnic group they hate to completely disappear so they can carve out their own ethnic or sectarian Bantustans, then I'm afraid we are miles away from peace. Because in the world we live today, it is impossible for one single ethnic or sectarian group no matter how powerful to exterminate the other.

Therefore, while it is the primary responsibility of those in power to secure the country and arrest this tragedy, the ultimate choice lies with all of us, whether we want peace and justice for everyone or we want the type of peace and justice that only benefit our own.

winningwinner:
Thanks a lot, but how much money will I be able to make now that will bring back the usual love my wife had for me? Will I be able to satisfy her in anything again? I actually need to dislodge her father and start marrying her as my wife or else I take a far journey away from home.
My advice to you is this:
Get enough money that can last you for 6 to 12 months then leave Abuja to another part of the country without your wife knowing where exactly you went to. You may discuss your movement with your own parents and siblings about your plans. And they must not inform the wife and her parents about it.
Anytime your wife call you on phone, do not pick it but discuss all issues with her on whatsapp only. Message only and not whatsapp voice call.
If she ask you to come back home, tell her you will come back when you are able to be her husband. Because, now you don't know what you are in your matrimonial home.
But, when your father in-law, pick the call and man up to him. Tell him you are not happy, as your home is turning to somthing else. Tell him you left the house to be able to be the husband of man home , so that the love between you and your wife that is once there to rejuvenate again. Let him know you left your former place of work because of his daughter, for love. And now you are being treated by her irrationally because of his interference in you marriage through his generous support for your family.
He may ask you to come back to resolve issue. Never fall into the trap except you are able to get something tangible.
Likewise, move out of the house to another house you can pay the rent, probably smaller apart away from her parent, without packing anything her father bought for you to furnished the house. Let her see what you can afford to buy yourself and not what her father bough for you. What she sees in your house or apartment must be what you bought and not what her parents bought for you.
Let her know, if she still in love with you, she must be ready to leave with you as per your capacity and not her father's capacity. That her parents will not be there for you two forever.

Note: You need to handle the issue with care and avoid issue with your mother in-law.

And be prayerful.

Good luck

PoliticsObasanjo’s Dangerous Rhetoric: Buhari’s Supporters Are Not Morons by Trustworthiness(op): 11:24am On May 12, 2018
Obasanjo’s dangerous rhetoric: Buhari’s supporters are not morons

By Dr. Ugoji Egbujo

When Obasanjo  gets going, he leaves no stone unturned.  He has taken on Buhari and has not spared the president’s supporters.

President Jonathan now refers to him as the boss of bosses. Perhaps Jonathan learnt that a little late.  Perhaps Obasanjo has got away too many times with an exaggerated sense of self importance.

When  Obasanjo  pulsates with  ego he deems it  righteous anger. He breaks rules, and mends them. He tramples on principles and trashes them.  They are not meant for him. Hypocrisy relieves him of many moral burdens ordinary men suffer.

He  likes the limelight. He doesn’t like to be ignored. He wants President Buhari out. President Buhari benefited from his support three years ago.  Obasanjo feels righteous indignation against a bumbling  ingrate. He  perhaps believes he handed Buhari the presidency.  Obasanjo always overestimates himself. He once thought we would want him as president for life.

President Buhari has ignored Obasanjo’s letters and his tantrums. Obasanjo is  infuriated, inflamed. His tirades against the president have  acquired a new acidity. Obasanjo now talks  like a despised, wounded oracle. And that is a big problem.

Obasanjo cannot understand why Buhari should retain any support.  Isn’t it enough that  the messiah has declared the unrighteousness of Buhari?  Obasanjo  cannot understand why his wish is not command for Buhari supporters. So with an oracular temper, he  has diagnosed insanity in  those who still believe Buhari should remain president. Obasanjo is Nigeria’s political health inspector. He certifies and decertifies. He can re-certify  Abubakar Atiku if he likes.

Obasanjo has right to freedom of speech. And as an African elder he has license to some excesses. African elders often claim clairvoyance.  We should indulge him. But no statesman has right to political intolerance. We know he often dishes what he cannot consume. He must learn to respect alternative views.

Democracy is founded on equality. There are no morons, no  subhumans.

Obasanjo claims patriotism. He lays claim to democratic credentials. He thinks President Buhari has failed irredeemably. He could be right. But many Nigerians have contrary views. Many have allowed optimism  help them retain faith in the president.  Many  are stuck with Buhari because they haven’t been presented better electable alternatives. Many are frightened of a past of wanton looting of the treasury.  But Obasanjo thinks anyone who has contrary views about Buhari’s stewardship is a slowpoke.

That is provocative. Buhari supporters may not be geniuses but they are no fools.

The  moral  duty of an elder statesman should be  defend truth and justice,  and promote peace.  Obasanjo could be telling some truths. Many are disappointed with Buhari. But there is no truth in Obasanjo’s denial of the  reasons why many still support the president.  Many see the president as the least corrupt amongst a pack of wolves. The president could be clannish, but many are endeared to him because he has rejected personal  gross accumulation of wealth.

Obasanjo has played many peace roles in the country. But when his ego marches before him, he sees himself an infallible oracle.  Middle of last year, he went everywhere attesting to Buhari’s above average performance. By the end of that year,  he ordered Buhari not to contest the 2019 elections, for woeful performance. Like all gods, Obasanjo is contemptuous of any scrutiny of his actions.

Obasanjo  has led the country longer than anyone else yet he carries on like an unrecognized or jilted messiah.  He could be the best leader we have ever had. But we are where we are because we have not had  any long period of good leadership. At no time during Obasanjo’s rule  the country focus on grooming leaders and enthroning principled politics.

Obasanjo must know that Buhari’s supporters have seen enough of presidents who personally champion corruption. They are not morons.

When Obasanjo refers to Buhari supporters as morons, he manifests and validates political intolerance.  We can criticize leaders without inciting the public against them.  We can sell ideas to the electorate without dehumanizing them.

When a father of the nation like Obasanjo submits to political desperation what would become of the grassroots where sentiments flourish more than reasons. If Buhari’s supporters are morons, and politics in Nigeria is played partly  along ethnic lines, how is Obasanjo not sowing national discord?

Obasanjo knows that people support leaders for many reasons.  Some could have voted for Obasanjo in 1999 because he was a Yoruba man. Many others voted for him because he said he was a born again Christian. Others may have voted for  and supported him because he had a multitude of  children. Obasanjo wouldn’t have called any of these groups morons.  They may have voted him for mawkishly sentimental reasons but they are no fools.

Obasanjo, we all know, has messianic aspirations.  But those who aren’t interested in his salvation should be left  to rot in their chosen  hell. His right to freedom of speech and his position in the society do not relieve him of the burden to respect the humanity and opinions of others.

A national leader like Obasanjo cannot take to speeches that poison the political space to service desperation.

Obasanjo and those who want Buhari out must make their case without hinderance.  Dismantling Buhari at the polls could prove difficult. But they must  tame their rhetorics.  They must not let frustration get hold of them.

We are not in the thick of things yet but flames are already being lit. In 2015, the then  Vice President, Namadi Sambo, told a Jigawa  campaign crowd that Buhari chose a pastor with 5000 churches as running mate  for a reason. He was sure Buhari wanted to undermine Islam. We got away with  many incendiary speeches then. But 2019 looks much more precarious.

The country is already engulfed in violence. The country has been fed more political bitterness and acrimony than it can chew. The electorate doesn’t need any further irritation. The bile and blood  that have already been spilled  will make the 2019  electioneering campaigns a little more inflammable. Our leaders  must  show a good understanding of the times.

Obasanjo and the opposition should show their  desperation  in facts and figures, in reasoned  respectful arguments, in evidences of bad leadership by Buhari.  Obasanjo fails woefully when he demeans Buhari’s supporters. Those who want Buhairi out must reach his supporters with love and reasons. Obasanjo has sworn to see Buhari defeated. Obasanjo may have good intentions.

Obasanjo  and company must strive to get Buhari defeated at the polls. But this cannot be done by inciting the public against Buhari or against his supporters. If flames are sown, fires may  be reaped.

Its very hard for Igbo artistes who has made it to support rising fellow artist .maybe bc d rising artists however don’t also support them.. Look at d sponsor’s of @the_headies ,not even one big man or company from d east, all sponsors r from Yoruba..why won’t d Igbo’s nt be segregated n nt given awards?? We make so much money n all in our mind is only business n nobody is thinking about improving entertainment in east just very few like SIR EMEKA OFFOR had in d past contributed to entertainment.

Look at d #12thheadies last nit..from d red carpet, no Igbo anchor, no Igbo presented an award, except Ebuka who of course is a Yoruba personality, no Igbo artist performed n no Igbo artist won an award in all categories. Even SONG OF D YEAR DAT was supposed to go to MAD OVER U BY @runtown was given to a Yoruba Artist.. I work on d radio n I call tell u DAT MAD OVER U received high air play from December 2016 wen it dropped till mid 2017 wen IF by DAVIDO came out..
But wot do I know? I’m just an ordinary OAP

With dis analysis, I’m finding it difficult to accept DAT #Headies is a Nigerian award..I feel its more of a YORUBA AWARD even though d Igbo’s contributed as d architect of their own problem n therefore I’m calling out d whole Igbo Artist to come out n support their up rising artists just like @davidoofficial is doing n let our rich Igbo men try n support entertainment… If u attack me on MY wall,be rest assured DAT u will be BLOCKED.. CelebritiesRe: BBNaija: Miracle Has Sold His Soul To Devil & Illuminati - Chat Between 2 Guys by Trustworthiness: 5:27pm On Apr 26, 2018
alBHAGDADI:
The sad part is that nobody will believe the guy's observation which is very true. Before you rubbish his points, first ask yourself which spiritual being will bless someone for having sex in a house for 3 months?

God Almighty or Satan?

Satan is definitely the one that rewards people with such wealth and for doing nothing unique or extraordinary. But Naija youths do not know all of these cos their false pastors don't preach the bitter truth anymore. It's only sugarcoated sermons they preach these days, that's why millions of youths who went to Church still stayed glued to their tv just to watch the winner of the immoral show.

Is there anything like Illuminati? Yes and it's everywhere. They own the BBNaija show which is all scripted to favor whoever sacrifices to Satan the most. There are currently three ways to fame these days.

1. Become an homosexual, bisexual, transgender, bestial etc.

That is why you find so many hollywood and nollywood actors as gays these days. Even musicians and the most hardcore rapper you know of are closet homosexuals.

2. Blood sacrifice

You either sacrifice a family member, your best friend or your child. If you find that part too hard, then you will have to sacrifice youself such that your time on earth will be numbered. Ask yourself why parents or siblings of some stars die shortly after their fame rises. What about those stars that die shortly after they become famous?

3. Trust in God alone

This is the hardest part to fame and you may never get there. You can only attain such fame if what you are doing is positive and is God's will for your life.

You can't become famous by doing something evil and immoral without bowing down to Satan.

Look at all those getting endorsement deals these days. Bobrisky gets endorsed for openly being homosexual. Tonto Dikeh gets awarded as a Niger Delta ambassador for peace even when we all know how violent she is. Bisola who sucked d*ck on TV becomes UN ambassador. BamBam who got sexed in the toilet is currently getting endorsements. Yet, some folks want me to believe it is God the creator of heaven and earth that is blessing them.

I lay the whole blame on Daddy G.Os who no longer preach the truth. They rather waste resources to preach about prosperity on TV, a medium that is capable of turning things around if used to preach against this evil generation. The more the youths hear about prosperity in Church, the more they never realize that BBNaija's logo is satanic, the concept of the show is immoral and only for those who are ever ready to sell their soul to Baphomet the god of this age. He offered Jesus Christ the world only if Jesus would bow down and worship him. What makes you all think he is not applying the same tactics today and to weak humans?

A word is enough for the wise.
Probably all the Church GOs you are referring to are Illuminati members. Just a thought though.

This is strange. If you really pay to have access to water in your apartment, then it is the responsibility of the landlord to fix the water pump as it is now a money generating business venture.
I also assume that the landlord sells water to outsiders as well.

Any money you pay towards the repair should be deducted from future monthly payments.
What you ought to have asked is, if he pays separately for the pumpimg machine electricity bill. If not, the N500 he pays every month is for that. He needs to pay for the repair of the pump
RomanceRe: If Your Fiance Wears This To Your House... by Trustworthiness: 9:53am On Mar 27, 2018
This reminds me of a true life story of a guy. He is a graduade, looking for job then. He had a lady he used to visit with the intent of marrying her. Because the guy is broke, his shoe was just like that picture the op posted.
Anytime he visited his so-called fiancee house, the lady and the her siblings will always laugh at him. Sometimes the lady shout on him to get a better job just like other guys.
When the embarrassment was getting to much for the guy, the guy quit the relationship and moved on. Barely, a week or two he quit the relationship, the guy got a job with a multinational where the pay changed his life for good.
Now, the lady wish the guy could come back so that they can start a new leave. But the guy had proposed to another lady immediately he quit the relationship with her. The guy and the other lady had met the new lady's family and already having plans for marriage. Thereafter, the guy got the job with the multinational company.

Lesson learnt:
1. Never look down on anyone as long as such individual is not lazy. The present condition of the nation might be what is delaying the progress of the individual life.

2. Never waste your time with a lady seeking only after what you have to offer today. She might be the one blocking the positive progress in your life.

Mat and wrapper in a mortuary? Am sure people will believe this.
Liars are easily identified if you pay closer look at the evidence around the scene.

Good catch. Fake god of men everywhere.
Christianity EtcThe Scripture Teachings: Between Christianity And Islam by Trustworthiness(op): 11:00am On Feb 14, 2018
Robin Scott Scott shared this on her Facebook page:

Christians and Muslims are more alike than different.

Please read that which I have discovered - Robin

1. Jesus taught that there is only One God and Only God should be worshipped as taught in Deut 6:4, Mark 12:29.
Muslims also believe this as taught in the Qur’an verse 4:171.

2. Jesus didn’t eat pork as taught in Leviticus 11:7, and neither do Muslims as taught in the Qur’an verse 6:145.

3. Jesus greeted with the words “as salaamu alaikum” (Peace be with you) in John 20:21. Muslims also
greet each other this way.

4. Jesus always said “God Willing” (insh allah), Muslims say this too before doing anything as taught in the Qur’an verses 18:23-24.

5. Jesus washed his face, hands, and feet before praying.
The Muslims do the same.

6. Jesus and other prophets of the Bible prayed with their head to the ground (see Matthew 26:39). Muslims do too as taught in the Qur’an verse 3:43.

7. Jesus had a beard and wore a throbe. It is Sunnah for Muslim men to do the same.

8. Jesus followed the law and believed in all the prophets, (see Matthew 5:17). Muslims do too as taught in the Qur’an
verses 3:84, and 2:285.

9. Jesus’ mother Maryam dressed modestly by fully
covering her body and wearing a headscarf (hijab) as found in 1 Timothy 2:9, Genesis 24:64-65, and Corinthians 11:6.
Muslim women modestly dress the same as taught in the Qur’an verse 33:59.

10. Jesus and other prophets of the Bible fasted up to 40 days (see Exodus 34:28, Daniel 10:2-6. 1 Kings 19:8, and Matthew 4:1-Muslims do so also during the month of Ramadan. Muslims are required to fast the full obligatory 30 days (see Qur’an 2:183), and others take it a step further by fasting an additional 6 days to increase their rewards.

11. Jesus taught to say “Peace to this house” when entering it (see Luke 10:5), and to also greet the people in the house with “peace be unto you”. Muslims do exactly what Jesus did and taught. When we enter our homes and the homes of others we say “Bismillah” and also greet with “as salaamu alaikum” (peace be upon you) as taught in the Qur’an verse 24:61.

12. Jesus was circumcised. Circumcision is 1 of the 5 fitrah in Islam, so Muslim men are required to be circumcised.
According to the Bible in Luke 2:21, Jesus was eight days old when he was circumcised. In the Torah, Allah/God stated to the Prophet Abraham that it is an “Everlasting covenant” (see Genesis 17:13). In the Qur’an Verse 16:123 Muslims are required to follow the religion of Abraham. The Prophet Muhammad said, “The Prophet Abraham circumcised himself when he was eighty years old.”

13. Jesus spoke aramaic and called God ”Elah”, which is pronounced the same as “Allah”. Aramaic is an ancient, Biblical language. It is one of the Semitic languages that also include Hebrew, Arabic, Ethiopic and the ancient Assyrian and Babylonian language of Akkadian.
The Aramaic ”Elah” and the Arabic “Allah” are the same.
The Aramaic “Elah” is derived from the Arabic “Allah”, and it means “GOD”. “Allah” in Arabic also means”GOD”, the Supreme GOD Almighty. You can easily see the similarity in their pronunciation so this concludes that the God of Jesus is also the God of the Muslims, of all mankind, and all that exist.

Let us reason together and promote peace in the world

Must you be foolish and stupid at the same time?
I don't think he is neither. People should learn to do good and keep it to themselves and avoid placing it on social media for everybody to see. This is apparently a showing off. This spoils all the good you might you have done in the sight of God. So, lets avoid publishing it on Internet or any other means.

The best of good deeds is the one done by the right hand and the left hand is not aware of it. So, keep your good deeds to yourself and for the whole world to know.
