I wonder what our Muslim brothers are doing for the sake of Money, Just imagine what Mal Hudu did in the Holy month of Ramadan in Adamawa State. Later he will swear with Allah that he's a Muslim people should trust him. This is the high level of disgracement and abuse of religion.

Even Abacha would strongly argue that it isn’t possible to declare someone who wasn’t voted for in an election, APC and INEC just blew the final whistle on our democracy by declaring Binani in Adamawa, even after Fintiri clearly won the election. This is daylight electoral fraud.

Three weeks ago they declared Aisha Binani of APC winner of Adamawa Governorship election, it turned out that Ahmadu Fintiri of PDP was leading with over 31k margin.

Now they have again declared Binani elected, but the Returning Officer will declare Fintiri as expected. 4+4
PoliticsRe: Adamawa: The Declaration Of Binani As Winner By The REC Is Void - INEC by TruthsFM: 11:53am On Apr 16, 2023
The INEC REC in Adamawa, Hudu Yunusa, is not the Returning Officer for the election. He has no authority to announce Binani as the winner of the election. Which is why he didn't announce any results - he just purported to declare her winner.

Never seen anything like this before

Breaking News:
The attention of the Commission has been drawn to a purported declaration of winner in the Adamawa Governorship election by the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) even when the process has clearly not been concluded.
2. The action of the REC is a usurpation of the power of the Returning Officer. It is null, void and of no effect.
Consequently, the collation of results of the supplementary election is hereby suspended.
3. The REC, Returning Officer and all involved are hereby invited to the Commission's Headquarters in Abuja immediately.
Detailed statement to follow shortly.

So, what’s the results of the re-run?

How votes did Fintiri get?
How many votes Binani got?

What’s the margin?

What’s the total collated votes?

INEC🤣😂😂😂😂

It is illegal, fraudulent and barbaric for INEC REC in Adamawa State to announce Binani as the winner of the elections. He doesn’t have the jurisdiction as He’s not the Returning Officer. Once upon a country.
PoliticsRe: Breaking: APC Binani Declared Winner Of Adamawa Governorship Election by TruthsFM: 11:29am On Apr 16, 2023
Before Saturday’s Supplementary Elaction, Gov. Fintiri is leading Aisha Binani with 31,246 votes margin

And yesterday during the supplementary election, after the coalition of 10 LGAs Fintiri is leading her with 434 votes margin

434 + 31,286 = 31,680 votes margin!

With this… margin it’s impossible for Aisha to defeat Fintiri yet someone declared her winner 😂

Not true!

The attempt by Tinubu pre-Presidency to ridicule Atiku in Adamawa is funny. Fintiri clearly won the election but it is funny the REC was instructed from Abuja to declare Binani as the winner. It is over for democracy. Everyone should move on. It is going to be a long lonely ride.
PoliticsRe: Breaking: APC Binani Declared Winner Of Adamawa Governorship Election by TruthsFM: 11:25am On Apr 16, 2023
Nigerians should get ready for Tinubu Presidency. I wish everyone well. Nobody should bother to contest in 2027 just wait for the declaration. A winner has just been declared without results in Adamawa. We have played ourselves into Tinubu Presidency. This is just pre-Tinubu Era.

Nigeria 2027 election will be the funniest election in the history of democracy. They will declare the winner without counting votes. They just tried it out in Adamawa by declaring Binani even after losing the election. The REC said he was instructed to declare her from Abuja.

Fintiri Maintain leads with 11,771 votes even if the remaining 10 LGAs is given to Binani. Freely.

From the 10 LGAs announced so far from supplementary election. The total PVCs collected is 17,064. Total Votes casted Between
APC and PDP is 7'420.
PDP polled 4292
APC polled 3128
Merging = 1,164

Let's add it up with the result before supplementary

PDP 421,524 + 4292 = 425,816
APC 390,275 + 3128 = 393,403
Merging = 32,413

Let's talk about the 10 remaining LGAs. The total PVCs collected 20,642

Let's assume we dash Binani the remaining 20,642 of collected PVCs from 10 LGAs to be announce later.

Binani 393,403 + 20,642 = 414,045
Fintiri 425,816.
Merging = 11, 771

Wike 😈😈😈😈
PoliticsThe Crucifixion Of Dino Melaye By Mejabi Malcom by TruthsFM(op): 3:41pm On Apr 14, 2023
THE CRUCIFIXION OF DINO MELAYE.

I'm still at a lost as to how people are abusing and some blaming Dino Melaye for responding to an unprovoked attack from Wike. To the best of my understanding,Dino couldn't have singlehandedly made Wike win PDP Presidential primary election, neither could he have made Atiku nominate him as VP. What then is Dino's crime apart from the fact that he, as an adult decided to follow his conviction in his choice of Presidential candidate?
Except we decided to stand logic on it head,Dino should have freedom of choice as a senior citizen of Nigeria. That Wike supported him in his political quest to be governor doesn't mean Wike should control Dino's life. Was the support he gave Dino meant to buy his life and existence? So that Dino should become a robot and zombie to Wike, whether right or wrong? I don't get it!
Dino supported Atiku and even as a spokes person of Atiku campaign organization,Dino restricted himself a great deal whenever Wike and the G-5 issue came up until Wike went berserk and started throwing tantrums to Atiku, anybody and anything around Atiku. You can verify from the early videos of interviews Dino granted in the early stage of the campaign. So, in the face of the unprovoked attack from Wike currently ongoing, what should Dino do? Seat back and allow Wike ridicule his hard earned pedigree and reputation? Dino was already several times member of the Nigeria parliament before the help Wike was said to have given him that we now understand was meant to buy his body, soul and spirit. Dino was never ready nor willing to trade his life and existence for political support whatsoever. Whether you like Dino or not,he in the current circumstances has not done anything to deserve the unwarranted attack, disrespect and bully that Wike has and still set to subject him to.
Moreover, who is a saint in the game of politics? Honestly speaking, it's always best that ; don't talk when you drink and don't drink if you must talk. People should stop demanding for people's lives because they once help them. Somebody helped everybody too.

NOTE: I'm not a fan of Dino but truth is truth anytime everywhere.

WIKE VERSUS ATIKU IN THE PRISM OF THE AMBITION OF SIM FUBARA AND DINO MELAYE

by Russell Bluejack

I decided to juxtapose the unmatchables for Nigerians under the spell of Wike's concatenated lies to receive reprieve. Suffice it to say that this piece is what impinges itself on my mind on my birthday. The Rivers man, whose love for the bottle is unparalleled, has always carried himself as someone who wines and dines with the pope in the Papacy, but a critical reflection on the true acts of this husky-voiced fellow blows the lid off his pot of lies.

Wike has always hidden his scorn for Atiku in his dramatised love for power shift, but recent revelations by Dino Melaye paints a truer picture of the reason why Wike is bellicose. Of course, it hurts to the marrow when a greedy cum selfish politician's inordinate quest to extend his political lifespan hits the rock! Such was the vitriolic pains Wike felt when his persistent calls to those in the sanctum of Atiku's political adventure ended as a disaster.

The Rivers patron of 40 years whiskey may have successfully shrouded his failure in his phoney love for power shift, yet most of us understand: not every man has mastered the art of contentment. Wike, like most politicians at the cradle stage of politics, lacks the political maturity to see politics as a sport where the sportsman either wins or loses. Every political adventure is akin to a tossed coin with two probabilities - a head or a tail. For men of easy virtues like Wike, the coin should have a head on both sides. Pathetic!

But to understand the difference between Atiku and Wike better, one has to peek into the ambition of both Dino Melaye and Sim Fubara. Sen. Dino Melaye loves Atiku and has never failed to show it. He was the mouthpiece of Atiku in all the 2022/2023 national PDP outings. Sim Fubara, on the other hand, was the brainbox behind Wike's use (or rather misuse) of Rivers State coffers. Fubara, a civil servant, rose to prominence in the state on account of his always available "Yes, Sir" response to Wike's licit and illicit financial dealings.

Dino wishes to become governor of Kogi State on merit, for he is loved. Fubara, on the other hand, was forced down the throat of Rivers people by his lord and master, Wike. The unknown Fubara is now the governor-elect of Rivers State (pending the outcome of the petition), since Wike sees him as the last political path towards tenure extension. Just as Prince Uche Secondus, a Rivers man, was axed by Wike for selfish reasons the unknown Fubara is governor-elect for same reasons.

My point is, while those who are with Atiku ascend the echelons of their political career on merit, Wike's stooges are forced down the throats of Rivers people. Atiku and Wike are worlds apart. The former is an accomplished businessman whose political prominence anchors on persuasion while the latter is a politician whose only reason for participating in politics is pecuniary. Someone like Wike ought to have been Atiku's mentee for about 10 years so he can be imbued with the requisite political virtues. Atiku Abubakar keeps telling whomever cares to listen that he does not have any preferred candidate in Kogi PDP primary, despite the interest shown by his ally, Sen. Dino Melaye. Atiku is the man Wike will never be.

PoliticsKogi Gov’ship: Court Dismisses Suit Seeking Nullification Of PDP Delegates Lists by TruthsFM(op): 1:12am On Apr 14, 2023
An Abuja High Court on Thursday dismissed a suit seeking the nullification of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates lists for the governorship primaries scheduled to hold on Friday.

Governorship aspirants: Abayomi Awoniyi, Abdullahi Haruna, SAN, Ruben Atabo, SAN, Mohammed Usman, Musa Wada, Kingsley Lona, Gideon Ojata, Dr M. Bolufemi filed the suit.

They are alleging that the delegates list unduly favours a co-aspirant, Senator Dino Melaye.

Defendants in the suit are the PDP, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Abdul Ningi, the chairman of the ad hoc delegate Congress committee and Warman Ogorija, the secretary.

Delivering a ruling, Justice Peter Kekemeke, held that the court does not have the jurisdiction to entertain the suit.

“The subject matter from the suit is the list of the delegates to be used for the PDP Kogi primary on April 14.

“It is important to note whether the court has the jurisdiction to handle the matter.

“The court cannot hear a matter which is exclusively within the jurisdiction of another state,” he held.

Mr Kekemeke held that the FCT is treated as a state in the federation and each state is responsible for the matters arising in the state.

“It is different from the Federal High Court, this court can only assume jurisdiction in the matters within the FCT.

“This court by the virtue of 299(a) is like a state high court.

“As much as I would like to grant the order, by the law, I am constrained and restrained to grant the order.

The claimants through their counsel, P.O Okolo, SAN, through motion on notice, had prayed the court to grant them the order.

They prayed for an order of interlocutory injunction restraining the first and second respondents either by themselves or their agents, proxies, representatives or whosoever acting through them on their behalf from accepting, dealing and using the list of delegates contained in Exhibit E1-E16.

They also sought for an order of mandatory injunction directing the first and second respondents to receive, treat, deal or use the list of elected delegates contained in exhibit E1-E21 for the purpose of conducting the first respondent Kogi governorship primaries on Friday.

The claimants, specifically sought an order of mandatory injunction directing or compelling the first respondent to remove or delete from its record or not to recognise or treat, deal or use the purported list of delegates pending the determination of the originating summons.
