While Kwara State is empowered by section 28 of the land use act to acquire any land for overriding public interest, that right must pass legal muster & they must be able to prove why it is only that land that the Government can use in the whole of Kwara State. The revocation of Saraki’s title smacks of vendetta & victimization against a political adversary & must not be allowed to stand.

In scheme of things, Abdulrasaq cannot withstand the influence & reach of Bukola. He’s just enjoying the protection of Tinubu & Buhari for now.
