Hello guys i need your help was using PayPal to make payment before but due to one reason or the other my PayPal account got suspended. Till today I got a mail that I can only withdraw my funds I can't send or use it to make payment.the problem here is my prepaid card that was linked to my PayPal has expired and I have gotten a new. they gave you an old meter which doesn't consume much, oya never for any reason allow them to change it, cause if they realize, they'll start pestering you to change to a "smarter" one.

Please house, I'm so confuse if i should accept or reject sellers proposal on an item I disputed.
This whole dispute thing started on Feb 28 when I opened a dispute on a screen I bought. After uploading my evidence, aliexpress stepped in and offer to refund part of the payment or make a full refund if I chose to return the item back to the seller.
Of course I refused, cancelled the dispute, and reopen another dispute for a full refund without returning the item.
Now I'm confused if I should accept or reject the seller proposal, of which his comments is totally different from proposal refund.
Please house, help me seek to this.

Most times, I drive my mom's car to work, but since fuel scacity i do enter public bus and I'm always scared.

I do close from work by 6pm but I get stuck in Lagos traffic till 9pm before I get home.

I'm always conscious about the type of bus I enter, if men are too much in the bus, I will not even enter.
