Read the 2 comments above yours [from evryday], you will see that you do NOT need a permit for a factory fitted tint. Even the police know this but they will actually use your ignorance against you if they know that you dont know the law. A lot of you that are saying you need a tint don't actually know the law, even some of the policemen didnt know it until i actually showed them the press realease- trust me, i have been stopped numerous times with my factory tint and didnt spend more that 10 mins with them before being sent on my way. |
You DO NOT need a permit if its "factory fitted". There's a post on Nairaland that has the press release from the Commisioner of police [or whoever made the rule last year]. Just print out the press release and show it to the cops when they stop you. I carry one around with me always, but make sure its actually factory fitted cos they know how to test it. |
^^^^^^^ They were never going to play their first team against Nigeria anyway |

@Pato405 That's NOT what i was implying. I said that based on the fact that the OP intends to move to Nigeria soon. So if building an accommodation is now going to be factored into the equation it would mean that they would not be able to move until they complete the house. |
@OP I think your budget is a little bit too extravagant. Some of those things you have listed are luxuries and are only intended for the very wealthy and not for someone who still intends to work for someone else. I'm sure you don't have people driving you around where you currently live so i don't see why you cant do the driving yourself. As far as 24 hour electricity goes you can achieve that if you really want to but it will really hit you in the pocket. You're gonna have to cater for some down time during the day when everyone is at work/school, and that should lighten the burden a little. If you plan to build your own house before moving over and you haven't even started building yet then you might as well forget the whole idea of moving back in the near future and just plan for your retirement cos that's not a reasonable option if you haven't even started. My advice is to trim down that initial list of yours and throw away the mindset of coming to Lagos to live like a king until you can actually do so, and everything should be fine. There are other decent areas where you can live in lagos that wont cost you an arm and a leg so i suggest you look into that option too. |

Food, food and more food! That's all Naija girls appreciate. Take them to a place where they can stuff their mouths full of carbohydrates otherwise they might end up flogging you with those flowers. ![]() |
The messed up thing is that people who don't have any reason to go through those toll gates will not take part in the protests and will leave the protesters to suffer the wrath of the corrupt politicians Eventually they wont have any choice but to go home and start paying the tolls. |
do you still have them? |

The omolola girl resembles one kain hungry girl like that, while the 190 guy seems to be a very desperate guy [he doesn't seem to be able to approach a girl in real life, thank god for the internet]. People need to stop opening threads about these two losers! |
