Then you advertise same on the pages of the dailies and other means by which you are sure he would see it.
Okay agreed again.

What if the defendant now take a court injunction (not sure that is the right term) to stay the hand of the plantiff from publishing ?(As is the certificate suit of Messer Buhari)

Before putting on the dailies, you should also serve the person involved at his/her residence.
I totally agree with your comment.

I have a question though - what if the defendant refuses the court summons in his/her residence?

Bayswater:
We are talking of an IPP plant here. Where will they even transport the gas from?
You also need to check out the cost, is that IPP station worth all the cost that is going into its operation? Capital NO.

There are no two ways to getting gas to those IPP plants in Lagos, they will always need a gas pipeline, gas compressor facilities and underground gas units.

The idea of transporting compressed natural gas to the plant using Osinbajo's tankers is not only absurd, it is does not make any sense commercially.
A thread was earlier opened on the Osinbanjo goof and the issue laid to rest.It will candidly be a waste of time and a digression discussing it here again. Search for the thread, something about "Osinbanjo does not know gas" or so.

The only reason I quoted you is to correct the misinformation and to clarify that CNG is transported every where in the world for SMALL scale industry users.

Bayswater:
We are getting there.

The first mistake that needs to be corrected is the impression you people have given us that 'CNG' would be transported to the IPP sites by tankers.

Again nobody transports CNG with tankers in this age, even CNG refuelling stations are directly connected to gas units which are in turn connected to gas pipelines.

I don't know if you know that CNG requires extensively bigger storage space than natural gas.

Hence transferring/transporting it via 'gas units' or 'your tankers' for long distances to the IPP location seems a daunting and very expensive exercise - it is absurd!

I'm sure you know such plants will require a large amount of steady supply of gas. I just don't see how that could be achieved with 'osinbajo's tankers'.

Even the Island Power Project you people have been using as reference point was designed to have a gas pipeline directly feeding into its gas units.

Unfortunately, they have not been able to lay even a kilometre of this pipeline; that pipeline is still a pipe dream because the cost far outweighs the benefits.

They never considered tanker transportation of gas smiley

What is osinbajo even hiding? He started mentioning tankers, what happened to the gas pipeline they planned to construct?

You really need to quit 'talking theory' here, we need to stop bamboozling our people with strange ideas that can't work abeg.
CNG is still being transported all over the world for small scale industries/users.

The idea of compressing the NG ensures space maximization.

Change2015:
http://www.lseb.gov.ng/content/aes-power-barge-project

In 1999, the Lagos State Government (LASG) entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Enron for the purchase of electricity. This was the first Independent Power Project in Nigeria. The PPA divided the project into three phases. Phase I was for three barge-mounted electricity generating units, having an aggregate nominal capacity of 90MW. Phase II was the design, construction and operation of a simple cycle electricity generating facility with a nominal capacity of 548 MW. Phase III was another set of barge-mounted electricity generating units with an aggregate nominal capacity of 180MW. Phase II did not materialize; hence parties proceeded only with Phase I and III. The barges are located at Egbin near Ikorodu.

In view of the legal and regulatory regime at that time, the arrangement therefore was for LASG to buy power from Enron and for same to be distributed by NEPA to the geographical areas specified in the PPA. The purchased power was to be distributed to those geographical areas in addition to, and not in substitution for, any electricity that is generated otherwise than by the barges. These areas were Ikeja, Oshodi, Victoria Island, Marina, Lekki and Apapa.

The plant commenced operations in June 2001 with a total aggregate capacity of 270 MW injected into the national grid.

Ooni's exact words were: there is something we do at the source, which is not done in any other part of Yorubaland.

I hope you can decipher what he was saying?

Did you notice the emphasis on SOURCE and the subsequent qualifiers which mentioned it is NOT practiced by any other part of yorubaland?

And the pause BEFORE he called on the obas to point their sticks? huh

are you viewing the clip with understanding or with something else? huh
Thank you for helping me and quoting completely (don't forget i watched it last night) thank God you can now see that is an uncommon blessing so it has shown all your earlier posts and comments as pure propaganda.

The first ipp was in lagos State, done by Tinubu and Obasanjo insisted all the power must be distributed by nepa, so lagos got almost zero benefit. You get your history right. On the island especially the major hospitals and police stations and street lights are also on ipp. Don't claim this for Jonathan, even the train development plan was initiated by Obasanjo in 2006. An original idea that Jonathan has had, the country is yet to discover. Ish

Bayswater:
Osinbajo said they will use tankers to supply gas to ipp plants, that's the policy thrust of the APC on power.

I know some people will clap and scream this is a novel idea.
Some will even come on Nairaland to state this as fact.

Unfortunately, Yemi osinbajo needs to be corrected that the gas power plants use is not the liquefied natural gas his tankers carry lol
He made a serious boob there, I wonder why the PDP guys did not call him out.
You are wrong.
A lot of practising engineers has already debunked and demystified Osinbanjo's statement on a thread on Nairaland.
Wrong again.
CNG tankers carry compressed natural gas and this is economically and operationally not feasible for a typical IPP (small to medium scale sized not the modular plants the LSG is building) which will required large amounts of MMSCFD NG hence the need for liquefaction hence LNG....... as I have already elaborated on the aforementioned thread a while ago.

Whoever created this thread did not watch the clip or just fabricated the sensational story for mischievous gains and to mislead people.

Oba Sijuade said "...We are going to perfom a rite we only perform for those that are our own,Mr. President sit on that chair..." That was when all Obas stood up with their staffs of office to face him. (All after Mauzu's elaborate speech).
Channels TV and NTAi showed the complete clip yesterday evening much to my indignation I might add.

Ordinary people (at least not as important as Goodluck) are ones blessed by the horsetail all over Nigeria.

OP in case you are not aware Ooni is a card carrying member of the PDP and is one of the richest monarchs of our time and his daughter Princess Sijuade is a faithful GEJ supporter.

You are african and you know what lying on traditional ruler means ko?
I wish you luck in dealing with any repercussion of this balant lie.

We have more cogent reasons to vote out the corrupt kingpin of Lagos and his political stooges.

Try paying excessive tax from payee, deal with LIRS and LAASA (if you have a side business), pay tolls from VGC - VI - VGC on typical office days then finally see all your hard earned money is going into the wrong purse.
