I served in Anambra during the tenure of Peter Obi. Every corper that serve there would confirm that corners were given stern warnings during orientation about the state of insecurity in Anambra.

Having lived in Lagos and Anambra I would tell you without mincing words that Obi's performance is below average and cannot match the performance of Akpabio of Akwa Ibom nor Amaechi of Rivers State and I will sum my point up with the recent flood that is ravaging Anambra.

Lagos State as a coastal city is vulnerable to flooding and when you factor population and topography of the two states, Lagos is expected to experience higher flooding than Anambra state but what we have on the ground shows Anambra experiencing more flooding than Lagos.

This is simply the result of leadership performance in the two states. While Lagos state took it up to construct huge drainage all through the city, town, and villages in every Local government in the state, the Anambra government could not conceive such an idea even when flooding has become a reoccurrence disaster in Anambra.
