BizzBizz: Is This Why Kaduna State Chief Of Staff Was Replaced??
The Former Chief of Staff Muhammad Sani Abdullahi Dattijo address Muhammadu Sanusi II as the former Emir of Kano while delivering a speech at the just concluded KADINVEST6 .0.
Muhammadu Sanusi equally addresses Muhammadu Sani Dattijo as former Chief of Staff and assures him he will understand Why later. Weeks later, Dattijo was deployed to Budget and Planning ministry.
I dont know what our elites have turned themselves into, looking down on fellow citizens as if it is not our sweat that made them. When you measure thier achievements before public service, youll see we have millions of Nigerians in their categories but the moment they are given public appointment, they suddenly becomes demigod.
That how that spoit FFK was calling journalist stupid for asking question. I don't blame him, the MC should have called him deposed Emir
mrvitalis: What are you offering ? State it clear ..north is offering us vice , SSG , finance and work ministry plus NNPC ...what can yorubas offer Igbos ?
Obasanjo offered better as a president, stop being childish
Buckeyemedia1: The sooner you know nothing like any Mumu referendum the better for you, Haiti has been independent since 17 April 1825, almost 200 years, no one is separating Nigeria, you will vini vici vida Nigeria will still be here after you are long gone.
Why are you so obsessed with Nigeria. Nigeria will not develop with the present arrangement and the longer we delay it the worst the country becomes. What is the pride of being a Nigerian when every development indices is in negative? You sha want to be suffering and smiling
You have always be incoherent and irrational, starting from your username, your sour comments and your views about important issues bedeviling this country.
If your wish is for Nigeria to remain one, you are free to express it rather than your arrogance display of false hope when all indices point otherwise
ijustdey: Attorney-General Malami, Others Sacrifice Presidential Ambitions For Buhari's 3rd Term Agenda As President Plans To Visit Scotland, France, Others
A similar move was made about 14 years for former President Olusegun Obasanjo, which failed.
Eastlink: Have you ever seen me play second fiddle. I’ve said it here countless times, that any Igbo politician asking for VP should be disgraced and banished out of Igboland. The Presidency as it stand favours the SE more than any other region. And until you get vocal about it and do the politiking we’ll always hang in the peripheral. It's better we fight for it and fail and re-strategize strongly next time than act the coward and be trampled upon.
How do you get vocal about something your leaders are not talking about.?
It not in their communique which your likes are hailing as sophistication. I swear, I am not getting your drift
Eastlink: You want SW to take Presidency come 2023 to the detriment of the SE. It's always your nature to be greedy by rubbing shoulders with the NW by applying their greed for power in the south. But when they ask you to match words with action and stand alone, you begin to look for selfish @Southern Unity”.
Remind me the last time you stood alone in the political battle against the north. 1. Operation Wetie 2. Arrest and imprisonment of Awo 3. Abacha political assasination of your tribesmen. 4. 2023 will reveal the answer if you don't know when to quit that greed
While we have gotten our share of misfortune with the Biafran war, we know when to use our head and understand the game. We know the political process in Nigeria is skewed in favour of the NW/Fulani hegemony, and until the country is restructured or balkanized nothing will change.
2015 and 2019 was not handed over to NW, the battle was between NW and NE from the two major party and NW became victorious on the two occasions, that's exactly what would play out in 2023, if your likes advice your people to chicken out, I trust SS and SW will not
Igboid: The SE don't owe you a shit too, stop sending Akeredolu to come solicit for our support. We no send una. Look at Umahi and how his face is constantly frowned, does he look to you like someone that send una?
The North will rule NIGERIA till eternity as far as SW and SS don't rally around for a SE president. You can go mark it down somewhere. You started it in 2015, we will finish it for you.
Let the military come, we have survived worse and yet stand tall.
Is that a threat or a wish, you can't blackmail other region into submission when you are yet to lift a finger. Heaven would not fall when it eventually happen.
Eastlink: Which power did the SE enjoy. You mean the ceremonial Presidency of Zik?
Ok, Shagari from the NW ruled in 1979 and yet the NW have produced two President in Yar’adua and Buhari and one Vice in Sambo.
The NE ruled with Tafawa Balewa as Prime Minister and yet Atiku returned as Vice under ObJ and contested for Presidency severally.
The SW ruled under Shonekan and took power with Obasanjo Presidency and Vice under Osinbanjo.
The SS was lucky to rule as Vice under Yardua and took Power as President with GEJ.
The Middle-Belt/NC ruled in Military capacity for more than 30 years.
But the SE have only gotten there as Deputy, First with the ceremonial President of Zik and later with Ekwueme as Vice. The only time the SE wielded power was just 4 month with Ironsi military junta.
So for fairness and equity, the SE deserve the Presidency.
Your analysis shows Igbo have had it's share in Presidency.
Your analysis even buttress the fact that SW is as qualify just as NW did during Yar'adua having produced Shagari from same region. You mean there is no equity by having Buhari who just like others is from NW?
TheSupleemLeada: What's funny is how you think your leaders are playing chess when in reality they're playing ludo. Last time I checked no Yoruba leader came to beg the south east for votes in any election, plus southern presidency is only but a few in the issues that where brought up, the VAT issue which would largely benefit the oil producing south south and other productive states are also being supported by the south west which have nothing to loose in the long run. Plus how does my opinion or the opinion of south west governors affect the decision of the political parties and decision of millions of voters in the north and south? It's one thing to field an Igbo presidency it's another thing for him to win. Or do you propose we rig an Igbo president into office?
The dude is so naive to think one can be neutral when critical political decisions are being taken. The issue of VAT is one way southern politicians think would solve growing agitations for seccession and restructuring coming from youth that are getting impatient with Nigeria project, how one should think that's not priority worth discussing by the SE governor baffles me
But he comes to equity must come with clean hands.
If are telling the North to give up presidency to the SOUTH because they just completed second term, why then do you want the presidency thrown open to SW and SS in the South, both of who have tested the presidency since 1999 , and VP as well, when SE haven't tested any of those.
The answer is simple; You are not interested in any equity or justice. You are out for your own interests even if it means SE burns in the process. Which to me is fair enough.
Since SE has also Learnt to play you at your own rules and games too.
So let all man relax and play the game.
You are not wise, Nigeria doesn't start in 1999 dude neither democracy. The first Nigeria president after independence was an Igbo man, stop robbing it on all other ethnic groups who haven't tasted power since independence
BKayy: The class they will learn it in just got started.
After this VAT saga, Lagos will be at the mercy of Hadiza Bala Usman and Pantami (their brain Box) . She will decide their fate
What is your point exactly, that Lagos and Rivers will lose VAT case at the Scourt?
Get this into your head, the issue of VAT to state is a settled one, it is either they get it at the court or via restructuring, it is a pity that you are cheering your Governors to be neutral when they have a stake
Igboid: There is no hate here bro. If you see any, maybe it's your reflection, we tend to see what is in us in others.
So you know Nigerians should vote just any credible candidate, yet some of you have been putting pressure on the North not to contest in 2023 while mischievously citing need for equity as reason why power should return to South. But when we remind you that the SW has been president twice and vice president twice since 1999 while SS has tasted VP and Presidency within that same time frame, and so therefore for real equity it should be SE presidency Agenda in 2023 and not be thrown open for the other two zones, you all suddenly change music. You see the dishonesty and blatant insult to our intelligence as a people.
If SE after all the support we gave to Obj for SW presidency twice and GEJ for SS presidency twice and even supported their 13% derivation, cannot get you lots to support us for 2023 out of magnanimity, equity, fairness and everything right , honest and just, then forget it, we have already gotten a good measure of all of you. We will play you at your game from now onwards.
No emotions should be attached.
What consign you with how other region play their politics when you too have a level playing ground to play. The way things are going SW PDP will have no choice than to support SS in their primary if PDP eventually zone it's presidential ticket to South.
Stop being emotional and face the reality, I know many genuine Igbo don't reason the way you do because you have allowed emotion to becloud your sense of reason
BKayy: Are you still waiting for a soothsayer to tell you that the North will retain presidency in 2023? If you know the organisation in charge of Nigeria, you won't be talking this crap. For the record, all of you are not half as smart of Ali Isa Pantami. That is a clue on what you are up against
Shut your crap and stop displaying your mediocrity in the public, stop ridiculing your kingsmen because I know some of them are strong enough to slug it out with anyone from any region. Be man enough for once and fight for what you so much desire, SW and SS would not fold thier hand and let north continue, if it is your destiny to remain slave to the north, thats your business and not other region from the south
Igboid: So finally, SE governors got the memo and delivered!
Kudos to Governor Ikpeazu, Ugwuanyi, Uzodimma, Obiano and Umahi.
Unu nwelu ubulu zuru ezu.
The way they completely avoided the matter of VAT like it's no man business is a music to my ears. And they refused to get drawn in the mischievous *Southern presidency* SW is leading, when if it's about equity, fairness and magnanimity, they should be talking of SE presidency. Seeing as SE had supported SW president in 2003 and 1999 and SS president in 2011 and 2015. But these people are not honest, so we have to play them at their own game.
We have finally mature as a political zone in this country.
IPOB and other emotional Igbo youths eager to see SE stand with SW/SS at this point in time, should grow a brain and think like a people with ako na uche.
Everything aburo gidigidi. These our governors are not worst than their counterparts all over the country, I understand we want them standing with us for Biafra, but that is not possible for now. To get Biafra, we have to solve the Nigeria Political puzzle and I'm happy that current Igbo governors have a better grasp of the Political conundrum of SE than those before them. Politically now, the North are not our enemies, neither are the SS and SW our friends, let alone brothers. Everyone is out for their own interests and we MUST protect our own interests even if it means getting other region burnt to ashes figuratively, we will still do it.
There are millions of reasons why we should be angry with our 5 SE governors, but their stance on VAT and Southern presidency isn't one of them. On those two issues, they represented us well so far and should be commended.
Udo.
The way hate is growing in your heart is becoming alarming, nobody will dash any region presidency if that's what's peppering your body.
Nigerian will vote any credible candidate irrespective of region that doesn't mean the politicians from those region would sit back a expect a free launch.
SE position on VAT would determine Southern support they would get at the appropriate time. So, stop emotional whining and confront your plague. There's no free launch in politics. No one would dash you president in 2023 if you don't work for it
BKayy: Neutrality means that we have nothing at stake. Ok let me pour all out since you can't grab from the signs. Lagos is staking their Port monopoly. Rivers is staking Igbo Oil wells.
But are we staking? Nothing. We have absolutely Nothing to lose but gain. So tell me why we should interrupt the party?
Look I don't have time for all these sensational victim mentality.
Which constitution, policy or law monopolised Lagos port. The fact remains that Lagos port attract more patronage because of its economic advantage over other ports and not because of any monopolization. Stop whipping up sentiments and focus on subject of discussion that wants Igbos neutrality in VAT issue thereby exposing them as major parasite
Igboid: Are you interested in the fact that my region was stripped of it's oil rich lands and was ceded to neighboring region? Are you interested in the lack of federal parastatals in SE?
Are you interested in dilapidated state of every single FG road in SE?
Are you interested in SE being the only region with 5 states?
Are you interested in the bureaucracy FG have used to ground Enugu International airport that was becoming a hub for Ethiopian airways in Nigeria forcing Ethiopian airways to relocate to Portharcourt?
Do you fight with us for these injustice against us?
Why then should we care about your perceived injustice to your own region? Do you take us for fools.
We have nothing against your VAT war, don't get us wrong. It's just not our problem or priority. And if any one offers to solve one of the above of our problems, in exchange for us to have you lose your VAT war, we will do it without blinking an eye, knowing you have done same to us in the past and would do same in the future if the positions are reversed or opportunity presents.
It is what it is. We are the monsters you made.
If you suffered all these, was it River or Lagos that inflicted it upon you. Why don't you take you case to FG and slug it out with them. Canvassing for neutrality in the VAT matter is simply saying your region have been benefitting from VAT so we would prefer the status quo
FakeUnity: Shut the hell up, go back and read the earliest threads about RUGA, the East was the FIRST to reject it, while numbskulled baboons mocked them about shouting marginalization when 'RUGA starts paying like crude oil'.
Months later you ignorant mockers were the ones rejecting RUGA.
Governor Fayose was very vocal about RUGA, he even went ahead an enact anti grazing law when your Governor was nowhere to be found, besides what medal do you want receive for 'being first to speak against RUGA'
FakeUnity: You said the same when the East was the first to reject RUGA. When we told you and your fula masters we were NOT interested in that Greek gift. Swines like you had your stupidity turbo-charged asking the East not to shout marginalization when states start sharing 'RuGA national cake'.
How far with the RUGA largess today? haven't majority of you myopic mor0ns joined the East in now rejecting RUGA?
Where did you get all these your congesures from? Which part or region support RUGA apart from Miyetti-Alla
The two parties involved in this issue are the North on one side and SS/SW on the other side. The SE has elected to play Neutral and pitch tent with the eventual winner.
That's sophisticated politics 101!
Cry me a river.
. Your neutrality has nothing to do with merit of case. But don't come here tomorrow to shout maginalisation
Igboid: Did take your meds today? So you mean Rivers State was stupid in dragging other SS states along and Lagos was stupid in dragging other SW along?
If the presence of other SW and SS states other than Lagos and Rivers will not influence court outcome, why then did the governors meet?
Are you saying the Governors are stupid while jellyfish like you are wise?
Ewu Gambia, sit down let me lecture you. This is not just a legal case, this is a political face-off. Know this and know peace. You want to turn it North vs South. But this is not SE battle, we have nothing to lose or gain in this battle, so we will play the Neutral game.
And should the North need an alliance, we would be willing to offer it, once they are ready to trade on our own terms. We should be eyeing the return of all Igbo speaking territories carved into SS from Imo and Abia (Egbema and Oyigbo) as a starting point.
This is the type of sophisticated politics SE Should be Looking to play to get even.
Not victim or sympathy politics where by we support ingrates and people who ganged against us in the past to feather their own nests!
Go and hit your head on the wall if you are angry. I hope we have PAs and Aides to SE governors taking notes here.
Why are you dragging almighty Igbo in the mud with your kindergarten mindset. The part you suggest Igbo to take is an old and outdated strategy that doesn't suit the present political climate.
Look at the way every regions are airing thier views, from establishment of security outfit to open gracing, I tell you, playing neutral at this point would only expose your region parasitic tendency, diminish thier worth as a stakeholder in Nigeria project and make them worthless in the sight of other region.
We are in era of 'soro soke' as far as Nigeria is concerned, stop advocating for a strategy that doesn't suit the tend of time.
You can't be vocal on seccession and mute on VAT issue. It clearly portray you as parasite
Iyaebe: This should not come from Tinubu considering his presidential ambition, he should be open to accept everyone both good and bad plus the irrelevant ones
There are some game that doesn't worth staking, you win one and lose 10, FFK is just like one, he is a liability to any party he join
