Any alliance between Fulani and South is wash! Why can't we have a Yoruba/ Igbo alliance? An Igbo/Middle belt or Yoruba/Middle belt alliance for once? Must they be part of every government?
Politically, they are superior. That is our reality. The stage was set for them to be relevant politically. Their elites have used poverty and lack of education/exposure to suppress the reasoning of their people. They will always listen to them. Best bet is to align with them and when u have the power force through a proper Restructuring...thats the reason I will never forgive GEJ and OBJ....A northern president will NEVER do it.

If southwest can not support the south east knowing its their turn, then the south east has no other option than to support the north and vie as vice president let the power elude the south. Greedy, betrayal and blackmailing south westerners.
Stop blaming the south west. A credible candidate from South East will get something substantial from the south west even if Tinubu buys Lagos, Osun and Ogun as usual. The problem is, the South East has to present a good candidate, and make a proper alliance with the north. The south east should understand that whatever agenda they have, they need power to be able to execute it, why not do what you have to do to get the power first. What you need to be president as things stand today is the votes from the north, not south west. if u get 100% of south west votes(80% is even difficult for a credible yoruba man), its still not enough if u don't play ball with the north.

Na by foerce...... If you want a better Nigeria, advice your boss to support the current VP, PYO.
He won't throw PYO up for presidency, e get why e nominate PYO for VP, na who no go grow wings pass him power e want. just like Atiku, the man is obsessed with ruling Nigeria...add 8 years to his age, this might be his last chance....will it happen? It is clear for all to see

Who told you that? What about his closeness to Dogara and Ganduje? Many northerners appreciate his loyalty to Buhari and will work for him. Many are waiting to see if Buhari will reward his loyalty before falling in line. As for me, I prefer Osinbajo though.
If they really value his loyalty and will go any length for him, why are they waiting to see if Buhari will reward his loyalty before falling in line again, this means those Northern politicians will align with whoever the president sides with, and thats the point we are trying to make, looks like the president will say it is fair play instead of saying No Tinubu (which is the North Agenda). With a Tinubu presidency, there is so much at stake for the North. The north thrives on political power n influence. The number of coded businesses these Northerners run, without structure n experience is alarming. BureauDchange , getting oil importation contracts and selling the contract there n then...that is all they do, all they need is just letter from someone. Tinubu will likely shake these tables and they know it. Govt agencies employment nko. Another southern political heavy weight likely to be created(chief of staff). Southern governors become more influential in the scheme of things. So much at stake for them. Either a northerner or southern puppet for them.

a chief executive officer is the highest-ranking person in a company or other institution, ultimately responsible for taking managerial decisions.....it doesnt matter if the business is selling on instagram or twitter or facebook or nairaland or wherever, once there are other lower officers and you take managerial decisions, it is not wrong to call yourself the CEO...Mama Silifa selling Lace at Idumota is a trader and also a CEO if she has other people that help her in running her business.

Politics › Re: Fuel Subsidy Returns As Open Market Price Of Petrol Hits ₦183 Per Litre by tunapawizzy: 8:20am On Jan 16, 2021
themanderon:
Why must we import for goodness sake. Why do we have 4 refineries that are not working despite the billions spent on TAM? Who is benefitting from our refineries being grounded? Why is it that when we earned less Nigeria was able to build those refineries but we cannot build ANY despite the fact that our income from crude has gone up astronomically over the years. These are the questions Nigerians need to demand answers for.
Q1-we must import in order to fund luxurious lifestyle of the politicians that are importing, dont forget importers are also donors to political parties(especially any party in power)
Q2-the refineries are destined for doom because over the years, staff have been employed based on who submitted their names NOT what they can offer
Q3-the elites, the politicians, the ruling party/government (APC now and PDP in their period too)
Q4- growth rate of thieves is 4 times more than the growth rate of income. we generally celebrate wealth in this country and most people aspire to be like these thieves . it is on paper that chinua achebe and wole shoyinka are role models, we actually live our lives trying to become dasuki, saraki, tinubu and d rest

Which kind of madness is this, why can't we produce local fuel consumption in this country.
Because fuel importation is the business of politicians and when we produce fuel that we consume, they will be out of business.....
Because over the years NNPC and its subsidiaries that should manage our refineries have been employing daughters and sons of politicians that know nothing about managing refineries(they cant offer what the dont know), the brightest n most hardworking that are hardworking are left on the street to hawk gala, drive uber and do all sorts with their degrees.
Because it is easier for government officials to extort money from fuel importers(through kickbacks) to fund election and expensive lifestyle.

What you feel is not important in the ways the flagbearer of the APC will emerge.

In a democracy, there's freedom to support or not support a particular candidate.

Tinubu running for the presidency is a plus for the advancement of democratic culture in Nigeria.

I do not know. I just know there are rumours that the governors of those states are not loyal to Tinubu and now the assembly speakers of those states are d only ones(among the APC-controlled SW states) not present at this important meeting. I feel this cannot be a mere coincidence
