Politics › Re: An Opposition Against Gbajabiamala Will Be Viewed As Opposition Against Lagos by tuniski: 5:21pm On Mar 26, 2019 |
MetaPhysical: Honorable Femi Gbajabiamila must emerge the Speaker HoR in 9th Assembly.
Any zone that opposes his emergence or compete against his victory is viewed as enemy of Lagos State.
We need all zones to line up behind Lagos and bring Gbajabiamila in as Speaker. Gbaja ko gbaje ni! SW should forget about speakership or senate presidency. |

seunmsg: The Adamawa election will eventually be cancelled. The party in court was unlawfully excluded and that’s a very solid ground for cancellation. If the high court fails to cancel the entire election by Friday, the election petition tribunal will cancel it. I hope the high court cancels it before Friday so that we don’t waste time and resources progressing in error. The supplementary is on Thursday. Let the mushroom party go to the tribunal to prove its case. Bottom line Fintiri will be sworn in on May 29th. |

walex25: I can see that you have a keen interest in this Zamfara state polity conundrum.
The Appeal court though have served its judgment, however, there is every chance that the Supreme court could likely upturn the judgment. Let us all watch and see how the whole saga span out! The supreme court is very likely to uphold the verdict of the appeal court. The appeal court has a unanimous verdict, that is a clear indicator to what the supreme court win say. |

Johnnyessence: Fintiri is a goal .Another victory for pdp loading . Can't Wait for Osun conclusion so that the fraud called supplementary election is officially declared illegal. Principle of margin of victory negates the constitutional requirement of simple majority and 25% of 2/3. |

freeze001: You do not have any more facts other than your rabid, blind support for APC even where the party or its candidate are clearly in the wrong. I see no superiority to acknowledge much less bow to. Ihedioha and Imo issues do not require much comment. We are all glad that Rochas failed to turn Imo to his family empire. You sure have legal background. That guy is interested in winning an argument rather than expanding intellectual engagement and horizon. Keep it civil, I hail. |

freeze001: The governor has no locus standii or cause of action. It is not his party that was omitted and he is not substantially affected by the inclusion or otherwise of that party. It is left for the candidates/flag-bearers of said party to prove in the substantive suit before the court. School him more. |

Zona123: Please APC should stop all these their noise about server hack, if they believe that INEC's server was hacked by the opposition PDP which enabled them to get the figures they quoted at the tribunal, what does that imply? Isn't it clear that they actually stole PDP's mandate? Let us reason this very well, APC knows they have a skeleton in their cupboard and they've clearly shown that they never won the election. I don't know how you guys view this, as for me I suspect APC has something fishing. As for the documents on public domain, I don't know if they meant this one Not this one. |

Is it not the same Anambra, that Nwoye of APC defeated Peter Obi Godson in a Gubernatorial election?
Why are you guys so dumb? The 2nd position didn't defeat the 3rd. Rather the 1st position defeated them all. |

freeze001: No, the appeal court in Abuja overturned the decision of the federal high court because it did not have jurisdiction in the first place to hear the matter. It had been filed outside the required number of 14 days. The CA in Abuja therefore only addressed the ruling of the Federal High Court and not the Zamfara State High Court which allowed the APC to field candidates. Now this appeal was against the judgment of the Zamfara state High Court so this is an appeal arising from a different judgment. It is not the same as what was decided in February. You remember the Rivers issues how both factions went before all courts form High Court to Supreme Court twice? This was because there were different issues by different factions on the same subject matter of fielding candidates. School him please. |
